Andrew Genovese The Real AF Guide to Spirituality

EPISODE 281 · ANDREW GENOVESE
The Real AF Guide to Spirituality

Andrew Genovese spent four years nomading through 50 countries before his hostel collapsed in Nicaragua and a psychedelic journey in the Guatemalan mountains forced him to stop running. What followed: motor function loss in both hands, the darkest winter of his life in New York City, and the moment his body began to move in circles while he sat on the edge of his bed, breathing — the entry point to everything he now teaches.

This conversation strips the performance off spirituality. Andrew walks through his father's volcanic rage and sudden death at a stoplight, the nervous system work that makes real transformation possible, and why most people saying 'message from the Arcturians' aren't receiving anything except the need to be special. We go straight at the robes, the personas, the Love & Light bypassing — and land on what it actually means to live with an open heart without losing your discernment or your spine.

  • Nomadic escape as self-medication Andrew spent four years outside the US — 50 countries, six-month stints in Australia, South America, Asia. Traveling felt normal; coming home triggered waves of anxiety so severe he feared becoming a modern slave. The movement was both soul-calling and avoidance of the mirror.
  • The hostel collapse & psychedelic pivot Nicaragua 2018. Andrew co-built a backpackers hostel — 100% occupancy month one, business partners drunk and ego-driven, hundreds gunned down in the streets during political unrest. The business shut down instantly. In Guatemala days later, a psychedelic journey in the mountains: light of God entered his head, moved through his arms. He heard: you have to trust, let go of this old life, you're going to New York City.
  • Father wound — the legend and the monster Andrew's dad: Italian, charismatic, worked 35 years in the music business with Offspring, Madonna, Rolling Stones. Backstage childhood. Dad was Andrew's hero and his daily terror — unprocessed rage from his own childhood, calling Andrew's mom worthless, projecting volcanic anger. Died suddenly at a stoplight in 2012 (massive heart attack). Andrew was 24. Dad visited him nightly in dreams for months: 'I'm still here.'
  • Motor function loss & the dark night New York 2018. Andrew loses motor function in both hands and arms — shooting pain anytime he grabbed a towel, a glass of water. Dozens of doctors, no answers. Darkest months of his life. Contemplated suicide by the Hudson. Heard: surrender. Started breathing on the edge of his bed. Body moved in circles. That was the entry point to his healing path.
  • Spiritual bypassing & the performance The robes, the persona, the Love & Light slogans. Andrew calls it out: most people saying 'message from the Arcturians' aren't receiving anything — they're saying it to look evolved. Spirituality doesn't look like anything except becoming radically yourself. If Michael Jordan Bulls jerseys feel spiritual to you, wear them.
  • Open heart = capacity + discernment Not wearing your heart on your sleeve 24/7. Not taking on every social justice cause. Open heart means you can be with someone, feel warmth, let vulnerability surface when the moment calls for it, then shift back to laughing with your homies. It's the opposite of emotional reactivity. It's embodied presence without the performance.
  • Nervous system as the portal Andrew: 'Someone can't give more if their nervous system learned thousands of micro moments that giving more would not be safe.' The body remembers. You can't affirm your way past that. Nervous system capacity is what allows you to hold God, hold love, hold connection. Without it, you're trauma-looping.
  • Downloading codes — demystified Joel asks point-blank: what does that mean? Andrew: it's tapping into your own hard drive, your own DNA, ancient wisdom within you. Bits of information about who you are, where you're going. Some for you only, some meant to be shared. But half the time, people say it to pedestalize themselves — 'I have access to secret knowledge you don't.' Strip the glamour, speak plainly.

(4:05 - 4:32) And all I know is I'm feeling very transformed and inspired already just by seeing his face on this Zoom call right now. Andrew, welcome to Here for the Truth, man. How are you? Send it, brothers. Excited to be here with you guys, to drop in to have a beautiful, deep, fun conversation. And wherever it may lead, hopefully it ignites a spark in someone who crosses the conversation. Totally, man. (4:32 - 10:16) Sounds good, man. One way we always like to kind of dive in, especially with the first time guests, is we kind of want to unpick your personal hero's journey a little bit. So like, what was some of the major rites of passage in your personal life that led you down this path, some of those main catalyzing moments that you feel like culminated into who you are today? Yeah, I've been in pretty deep reflection in the moment in my life currently and just what a special moment it is for me and how many just amazing things are coming forth. Just reflecting on the many hours throughout my 20s of traveling the world, traveling and being a nomad was a very important part of my journey, like literally just living out of a backpack this big for six months, living in Australia for a year, doing South America, Central America for six months, Asia for six months. I mean, I've been out of the U.S. as an American for like four years total, which is extremely uncommon for an American. Most Americans haven't even been to even five countries yet or 10, and I've been about 50. So traveling was a very vital part of me getting lost, so to speak, and kind of just in a sense, not understanding why there were so many miserable, depressed, anxious people on antidepressants like all over the world. You know, my whole family being from New York and like riding the train in the underground in New York City and seeing like so many people like falling asleep on the person next to them, like going home from work at like 8 p.m. and then literally having to do that again and again and again. And I was just like, what the fuck is this life? What's the point of all of this? And so I just kept traveling. I kept nomading. I kept flying to different places, and that's kind of where I felt normal or whole, so to speak. And then I would come back home and I would have levels of like just self-doubt and unworthiness and anxiety that literally felt like it would just kill me at times. Yeah, it was tough. It was fucking hard when I would come home and I would just have moments of just being like, I can't exist in this. Like the level of anxiety was just so intense of the thought of essentially the fear was, what if I was just to be a slave my entire life, essentially, which was a modern day slave punching a clock. And that ultimately was my deepest fear. And so I just, I kept traveling. I kept nomading. And that led me to 2015, 16, 17, where I was working two jobs, you know, bartending, slaving away at another job, setting up lights and staging for shows and concerts, because my dad worked in the music business for 35 years. And when I opened up my backpackers hostel in Nicaragua, I was firing on all cylinders. I was quote, unquote, living the dream to the, you know, thousands of people I met all over the world from, you know, Spain and the UK and, you know, friends from Australia and Canada and all over the US. And it was like, whoa, Andrew's like doing it. Like he's doing it. He's opening a hostel, like he built it from scratch. They bought the property like, and our place was just going for six months, you know, we have, we're at 100% occupancy within the first month, actually. And people around the country were talking about how unique and how cool our place was. And, and something inside of me knew like, this is not it. Your one business partner is a drunk. Your other business partner has, has an ego the size of the entire country, the entire United States. And every day I woke up and it was like, here you are, you're, you've done what you've set out to do, and you're miserable. And so that led me to, you know, hundreds of innocent 18, 19, 20 year olds being like gunned down in the streets in Nicaragua during that time of the hostel opening. And the business shut down like that. Like we had no guests, we had no, no one coming to the hostel. And it was just kind of like, instant energy shift. I had my two weeks off. And it was during that time where I traveled up through Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, and in Guatemala, I had a psychedelic journey in the mountains where I'll never know how to articulate it in words, but essentially I felt like the light of God enter like the top of my head and it went, moved into my arms, elbows, fingertips. And that was, that was probably one of the most defining moments, you know, of my life where essentially like the lights kind of came on. And in that moment, my spirituality came on, my realizing of God and that like, I couldn't run any further. So to just, to speed up the, the story, essentially in that moment, I heard, you have to trust in the moment. You have to let go of this old life and you're going to New York City. So I flew up, going from living in a tiny little surf village in Nicaragua. Where was this in Nicaragua? This was about an hour and a half North of San Juan del Sur and Pacoyo, a place called Pacoyo. (10:17 - 13:06) So about 45 minutes from Ometepe, really, really beautiful place. Horrible, horrible community and vibe within the place. It was just like, you know, the locals, all they were trying to do was just steal from us, you know, break into our place. The locals always just mean mugged us. I was just like, yeah, it was a very like kind of tense environment within the town. There was a very kind of goalie, dark energy within that town that we were living in. It wasn't, yeah, it wasn't nice. And so that led me to getting to, to Mexico, flying to New York City. And my aunt and uncle were, I was like, I called my aunt and uncle, I was like, my business just shut down. Like, I have no money. I have no idea where I'm going to live. I don't know what I'm going to do with my life. What year was this? This was eight years ago. So 2018. And how old were you? Let's see. I was 30, 30, I'm 38 now. So that was, that was 30, which always, or not always, but often seems to be a very big year for people in their like spiritual awakening 30s. So commonly like the year where shit went awry, and just everything started to fall apart. That was the case for me. So yeah, I got to New York, got a job right away bartending, started losing motor function in both of my hands and arms. Anytime I would grab a towel to like dry my hair, there was like this intense, darting, shooting pain going into my hands, wrists, arms. Anytime I'd grab like a glass of water to drink, it was like I was never not reminded of it. And that was without question the darkest few months of my life. And I was in like, what felt like the pits of hell during that time. I had everything stripped of me, the business, no money, living with family. I didn't know, just everything felt like I was like, okay, what else can be taken, which is often how it happens to create that space of awakening. And so it was in that time where I went to dozens of doctors all over the city. I already knew that Big Pharma was a complete load of bullshit. I knew that no doctor could help me. And I knew that they would just say, hey, you know, take all these pain pills, solve your pain. And I got exactly what I knew I would get, which was nothing, no solution. And there was a key that was turned during that time. And that was where one day I started, I just sat on the edge of my breath. (13:06 - 13:27) And that was on the way from looking at the Hudson River, just contemplating, God, it'd be just way easier if I just hurled my body in the river and just killed myself. Like, that'd be way easier. And I heard you need to just surrender, you know, surrender. (13:27 - 17:23) And I think it was like that day or the next day when I started just sitting on the edge of my breath, I was just breathing. And then my body started like moving around in a circle. And I was like, what the fuck is happening? This is bizarre. And I kind of put two and two together that my body was like moving, like an energy, like something heavy, you know, sadness, grief, disconnect. I didn't know at the time. And so then I just started researching meditation, breathwork. And that led me down the rabbit hole during that time of New York City of 10-hour walks a day, contemplating life and like a deep inward journey of curiosity and fasting and, you know, just experimenting with 48-hour fast, 72-hour fast, you know, 96-hour fast, 24-hour fast. And it was just down the rabbit hole I went when I was going through, like, the intensity of not knowing where life would go, where life would lead. But I kept following my breath. I kept going back to my body. And it was in October when I finally received, you need to fly back to Southern California. You need to fly back home and heal, do the rest of your healing there. And it was that month of December where I did the rest of my healing. In January, I had no pain in my arms, hands. Finally, I felt normal and it was like an entire new life quest. Is this 2019 then? 2018, I got back to California. And 2018 shifting in 2019 was really when like, it was like, okay, here's your new life. I want to rewind a little bit. Because you started off saying, oh, I'm in my 20s, I'm traveling, I'm doing this and doing that. What was it? Where did you grow up? What was it that led you to kind of go on more of this path? Because I've spent time backpacking, not to the degree that you have, but probably like a total of a year of backpacking around the world. So I'm just curious what it was like, growing up in high school, who were you then? What did you see? What did you want more of? What was your home life like? I'm just curious what led to the... Because I think when you meet people who are like, the art of vagabonding, traveling around the world, everyone has their own reason for it. But in a lot of ways, I feel like a lot of people do it as a form of escape too and self-medication at times. I'm not saying everyone. And so I'm just curious what it was for you. My dad was very nomadic. And my dad went on tour with Offspring and Madonna and the Rolling Stones and Def Leppard in the 90s. My dad was in the heart of drug, sex and rock and roll during that era. And he was backstage. And my childhood was being backstage with my dad at Elton John, at Billy Joel, at all these shows, which at the time was just kind of like whatever. But as I grew older, I was like, wow, that was actually really unique. I got to experience that as an eight-year-old, 10-year-old, nine-year-old, 12-year-old, 13-year-old, you know, and onward. And yeah, my dad, my dad was my hero. He was an absolute legend, one of the most special charismatic humans I've ever met. And not because he was my dad, he was just a freaking legend. He was one of those dudes that if you would have met him at an event, people would have been like, if you met Andrew's dad, like, unbelievable. Like, you got to talk to him. He was just a really, really, really special guy. That's the Italian side of my family. And my dad was very nomadic. (17:23 - 18:17) And my dad always talked about his travels to, you know, Brazil and Scotland and Sweden and Norway. And he just, he loved going places, loved it. When my dad went to Australia in the 90s, it was like a life-changing experience for him. Like, just, you know, not Australia. Joel, you're from Australia. Like, it's not like today where we have, you know, like social media and you just go everywhere. It was a lot kind of more, less traveled at that time, you know, by like Americans and people from Europe. And so people were like really, really excited to meet him everywhere he went. And like, just talk to, you know, chat to an American in a pub and stuff like that. So he really instilled that in me, you know, at a young age. And then when I was in university, my roommate had been to a ton of places at like 17, 18, 19. He did all this traveling. (18:17 - 21:07) And he was like, yo, bro, come on over. Like, and he'd pull out his laptop and he'd be showing me all these pictures from where? Greece. And he'd be showing me all these pictures of all these cats in Greece and the islands and Croatia and Hungary. And he's just like, he would constantly say like, dude, you got to, you know, get out there. And I was just like, yeah, I need to do that. And so that was really where the seed was planted in wanting to travel. And then I'd say in my 20s at 23, 24, when I was shifting out of university and into the world, my dad, my dad died in 2012 when I was 24. So when my dad passed, it really rocked me to my core. And I mean, I was just a, I was a fucking mess for the next. Was it like, like sudden and unexpected? Yeah, he was literally driving to work and pulling into work and at the stoplight right before he got to work, he literally had a massive heart attack and died literally right at the stoplight with, you know, my dog in the car. And luckily he didn't get hit. So he didn't get like wrangled or anything like that. And then I was in Arizona partying and I got the phone call. And that was where, yeah, I mean, my life was never the same after that because I lost the person who was like my rock. You know, my, he was my dude. He was a fucking legend. I adored him. And so after that really was like when the anxiety and like the fear, and then I was shifting into leaving university, I was graduating university in six weeks. So when I was going through the last six weeks, luckily I had friends who just turned in all my work. I was a shell of a human. And I had, I told my dad that year prior, I said, Dad, I think I'm going to, you know, that's amazing. He was also bummed because he loved Australia so much that he thought I would stay there and live there forever. And I was like, I'm not going to live there forever. I'm just going. And you know, we'll see what happens afterwards. And so after he, my dad died, and then it was kind of like, all right, well, like, do I still go? Like, well, you know, what do I do with life? And then my dad started visiting me every night in dream time, telling me one thing. I'd be in the jungle. I'd be in the forest. I'd be on a bridge in like far off place in Venezuela, wherever I was, and my dad would appear. And he'd say the exact same thing. I'm still here. So it really wasn't until that, when I was like, whoa, like, God is a thing. God exists. (21:07 - 22:10) I didn't know that God existed before my dad died, because the dreams were so surreal. I couldn't even, I couldn't even tell if I was awake, if I was like awake walking around, or if I was dreaming. And that's how real the dreams were for months, leading into June, July, August into October, when I flew to Australia for that year. And it was just a knowing that I had to just live my life. And I had to not just live my life, but I had to explore and live life even more so, because it showed me the fragility of life, of my dad literally just driving to work and like, dying, like, just there, just right there at the stoplight before pulling into, into work. And yeah, it was really that level, all those things combined with then really just feeling this need to like, live my life and also like escape reality and find myself, which led me to, you know, just traveling all over the world and being super, super nomadic during those years. (22:10 - 22:19) Yeah. So, you know, it's so interesting that like, how death can be such a great teacher. And we, you know, we talk about it on this podcast all the time. (22:19 - 22:37) We talk about it in a group coaching program. You know, one of my favorite phrases is a memento mori, like, remember, you will die, like, keep that close to knowing that you will die. And because of that, what do you choose to do? And so to see your legend, your hero, your father who inspired you in like life, just like that, the snap of a finger ends. (22:38 - 23:00) What now? You know? Were your parents still together? What's the relationship to mom like at this time? Yeah, they had separated my last year in high school. So at 17, so they were parted for about seven years before that. And yeah, my mom and dad had a terrible marriage. (23:00 - 23:13) I mean, just horrendous. And that was part of the, you know, thousands of hours of just disassociating, shutting down. I adored my dad, but he was also incredibly unsafe and volatile. (23:14 - 23:49) Because he had so much anger and unprocessed rage from childhood that I just recently discovered only a few years ago of where it was coming from. You know, this just hurt, wounded little boy that wasn't safe, that was projecting his rage and anger onto his family daily. And just being extremely discontented with just the worst match marriage that you could possibly pretty much have that I chose, that we chose as a soul to, you know, go through that level of, you know, just turmoil and just chaos in the household, which was pretty much daily for me. (23:50 - 23:59) Yeah. You know? So yeah, they weren't together. They somehow, they did the classic story, stay together for the kids. (23:59 - 24:09) Yeah, yeah. It's like, God, I wish they would have separated, you know, 10, 12, 15 years before that, or maybe at the very beginning. But yeah, that's not how it was meant to go. (24:09 - 24:41) What's that process like for you? Because I'm curious, you know, we idolize our parents in some ways, and then we come to a point where we realize, oh, they're flawed human beings, and they got issues. Like, what was that like for you? Obviously, like, were you witnessing, obviously, discontent within the marriage and seeing things, but it was like, was there a time where it's like, you put your dad on a pedestal, and then as you go through your process, you reflect, you do your own inner work. You're like, oh, man, there is some fucked up shit there that wasn't ideal. (24:41 - 24:58) I need to own that and realize that, you know, he, just like all of us, was a complex, you know, human being that had his own issues, you know? Like, what was that process like for you? Like, the awareness of that. Do you know what I'm trying to say? Absolutely. 100%. (24:58 - 25:11) I mean, we will all have to go through that journey at some point of the inner child work, the deeper psychological work, so we can be free. Because if you don't, you're just trauma looping for years and years and years. Yeah. (25:11 - 26:00) Going into the same self-doubt, the same unworthiness. It was, I'd say, yeah, it was confronting when I had to fully recognize and acknowledge that the man who I loved and adored and people were obsessed with when he walked into a room caused me so much pain and suffering through his own projections and his own unresolved trauma, you know? And I had to, I was really able to always see my dad beyond his wounding and, you know, how I would teach the inner child to anyone and teaching it. It's like, essentially, look at your parents today, if they're alive, as just two wounded children. (26:02 - 26:14) They haven't gone through the work. They're still projecting. They're still living in a reality that, you know, money is not infinite, water is not infinite, resources are limited. (26:15 - 26:53) You know, they're still living in this confined box. And so, it really all goes back to finding empathy, compassion, and deep understanding that on the higher scope, the zoom-out lens, that we designed them perfectly for our soul's evolution to be beacons of light and leaders of love during this extraordinary time. So, I had to find gratitude for my mom and my dad through the incredibly challenging, disconnected path they walked. (26:53 - 27:14) And watching the man I loved, my example of divine masculinity, calling my mom worthless constantly and calling her useless, which led her to want to just take her own life multiple times, which I witnessed right in front of my eyes. Yeah. My mom literally almost died right in front of me, blood jerking all over the house. (27:14 - 27:24) It was dark. Yeah. You know, those are some of the unworthiness and things that I had to sit in the on-fire in hundreds of deaths and rebirths. (27:24 - 27:39) But then, you come to a place where I found so much love and acceptance for them experiencing that level of challenge to lead me into who I was here to be in this life, you know. Yeah, we're sharing all that, bro. Yeah. (27:39 - 27:56) Robert Bly talks about, you know, we have to make two rooms in our psyche for our father, like one for the kingly aspects of him and one for the monstrous shadowy aspects of him. You know, and that's the process required to fully embrace and integrate the father and to welcome him back. You know, it's like we have to see both sides of him. (27:58 - 28:12) Yeah, exactly. I saw the love that he emanated, how good people felt around him, how much joy, how much laughter he brought to a room. In a room of a thousand people, he was just magnetic. (28:13 - 28:29) I mean, people wouldn't have forgot. I mean, the man's name was Tonto, for God's sake. You know, it was just, his name was legendary, he was legendary, and he carried lots of trauma that was just unresolved. (28:29 - 28:42) That, you know, his friends, when they'd see him blow up, it was just like, dude, you got to get a handle on that anger, that rage. It's going to kill you at some point, and it did. Yeah, yeah. (28:45 - 28:54) Well, you can go if you want. Sure, I'll go. So, like, obviously we hear the phrase spiritual awakening a lot, you know. (28:54 - 29:56) In your personal process, like, what is spiritual awakening? Like, what does that actually mean to have a spiritual awakening? I just kind of want to unpick this concept together a little bit. Hmm, yeah, you could go in about six billion different directions with this. Yeah, and ultimately, you know, spiritual awakening, it's a sloughing away, a peeling of the onion of everything you thought this reality was at one point, pertaining to the things we have to do, the way we have to show up, the way this world is, the way it runs, the deep ego attachment, identity attachment to who we believe ourself to be based on past distortion and ancestral distortion and past trauma, all the stories that construct the psyche of this is what I am, who I am, this is how I walk, this is how I show up. (29:57 - 30:41) And so, like, when we go on the spiritual awakening journey, it's just the unveiling of all of the untruths, you know, it's really more of, yeah, of course, we constantly say remember, we are remembering. And ultimately, like, the remembering doesn't ever take place if you don't do the inner work to constantly be a spelunker, an underwater cave diver to, you know, navigate all the golden nuggets in there, all the triggers, all the emotional charges, all the stories of, you know, a woman being like, all men are bad, or all men are dogs. It's like, well, where did you learn that? Where is that coming from? Well, you know, I experienced this and this. (30:42 - 31:22) Okay, where did that come from? What's deeper there? Who is it connected to? What's it connected to? And is that a story that you're willing to release? It's like really being like a detective and curious voyager of this existence to really come into deep humility that you don't know shit. And even as I learn more and gain more wisdom, never in my life in the last year do I feel like I don't know shit. It's like this weird paradox of you feel like you know so much, and then you're like, I don't even know anything. (31:23 - 32:04) Yeah, but that's, I mean, that's the wisdom, you know, that's humility, that's standing between the tension of opposites, you know, we don't want to get sucked into like, this idea, this identity, they're like, oh, look, I have some knowledge, I have some wisdom, I have some followers, people think highly of me, like, I'm the chosen one, you know, which we see very often in like, a bunch of different communities, a spiritual community, you know, personal development community, whatever. And so it's like having that understanding. My question to you is, how do you like, how do you navigate? How do you deal with people in your work? You know, because like, you know, the spiritual community, you know, sometimes has a certain connotation with it. (32:04 - 32:40) And like, you just go on, go on the internet, go on Instagram, there's so many reels of the typical spiritual dude, you know, the spiritual girl, like, it's become this cliche. And so like, there's this almost bypassing that exists so often in that world. So like, how do you like, deal with people that just want the fucking lovely slogans and to say the things like, oh, I chose this life? Like even that, like, oh, I chose this life, you know, it's just like, sure, I feel that on one level, but it's easy to say that, you know, as opposed to like, really understand it and embody it and go through a process. (32:41 - 32:54) Like, you got to get to that point, you got to get in the muck, you got to deal with the wounding, you got to deal with the confusion before you can say shit like everything happens for a reason. You know, like, oh, I was abused yesterday. Oh, it happened for a reason. (32:54 - 33:11) Really? Like, you just jump straight to the spiritual platitudes, as opposed to understanding being is deep and complex. And you have to go through this process to even come to this place to truly embody the light and the wisdom. You know, so like, you know, obviously you're in that world, you spend time in Bali, you go to these different places. (33:11 - 33:40) I'm sure you come across all different types of people. And so people do you call into your workshops that you maybe work privately with? Like, what's that? What's that like? Like, how do you like, show the compassion and the understanding of these kind of higher principles and fucking lay the hammer down sometimes and be like, you're not dealing with your shit. You're just running away and escaping and putting on a fucking robe and put on some mala beads and saying kumbaya and om and think you're some elevated human being. (33:43 - 34:14) And that is what I, you know, appreciate about you and Joel and what you guys are bringing forth to humanity is planting the seed of just like that spirituality doesn't look like fucking anything. It looks like you in your rawest form, which is infinite possibilities. And it definitely doesn't look like, oh, I saw a chick wearing this dress, so I'm gonna wear that dress because that will make me go into this thing. (34:14 - 34:46) It's like, cool, if that's what resonates with you, that is amazing. And if wearing Michael Jordan Bulls jerseys feels really spiritual to you, then that's what you should wear. You know, it's like there is a lot of when we go to some of the more spiritual hubs like, you know, Tulum and Ubud, Sedona, Mount Shasta, there is a reason why God is calling so many people to these areas of the world. (34:46 - 35:07) There is a very deep, energetic reason of why these places are forming. And I believe they will be among some of the first places to come online, so to speak, activated moving forth into these coming years. And so that being said, you'll find some of the absolute magi there, and you'll find the most disembodiment. (35:08 - 35:19) It works that way. You'll find the most disembodiment, and you'll find the people who you get in conversation with where you're just like, okay, I have to leave immediately. I don't want to talk to this person. (35:20 - 36:00) It's, you know, obviously, as you sharpen your sword and you come in closer communion with God, you refine your boundaries and who you want to give your energy to. And really, your ultimate purpose for being here is being the living embodiment, the living prayer of what we envision to bring forth. And that's just literally being as real as fuck, real AF, as you guys say, being authentic and being fiercely yourself, which is, ironically, the true cosmic joke of this existence is just being yourself. (36:00 - 36:32) It's so damn challenging for people, because we're always trying to be something to get others' approval or look outside of ourself to be like, hey, you know, I put out this spiritual post about blah, blah, blah, is everyone going to like pat me on the back and tell me how awesome I am? Yeah. You know, and that's what creates the illusion with like social media. Who would Erosimus be? Who would Joel be? Who would Andrew be without fucking these followers? I don't have as many as you guys, so I think I'm okay. (36:33 - 36:48) You're on fire, bro. The truth is probably more us than we've ever been without it, truth be told. Like it doesn't define us and it doesn't make us who we are. (36:48 - 37:37) Yeah, it's a fine line, because many people can become trapped in the context of their audience, you know, like they build an audience and they build a followership by posting a certain way or by presenting a certain way. Then all of a sudden, they become trapped by the audience and the following that they build to continue just to be that way, you know, whereas I think there's a way to do it where it's like you can express and build authentically and like maintain the power to like always pivot because you'd like to just always been authentic from the get-go in that capacity and it becomes an awesome vehicle to express oneself and to experiment and to create and to play, etc. But yeah, I mean, it's a fine line for sure, because we see so many quote-unquote influencers that literally now we're just like disembodied personas ultimately. (37:39 - 38:09) Yeah, and I literally just did a video on it, I think like days ago, like seven days ago, and I said, I wish I didn't have to do this video, but you just you would not believe how many people out there are just completely full of shit and are pretending to be something, pretending to act a certain way, and they're not. They're talking about men being divine masculine. Meanwhile, they're having sex with other women behind their wife's back. (38:10 - 38:40) That's not divine masculinity. Yeah, there's a lack of integrity, lack of authenticity, and also to like for ourselves to recognize that like where we're full of shit sometimes, you know, it's like again, like to not buy into the positive projection field of like, oh, this person has all these followers, this person is a leader, like, yes, I received that and I am and I'm a fucking human being and I'm not perfect, you know, and I think that builds the trust and then also allows an individual to pivot when it's needed because we're not stagnant, we're growing, we're evolving. Let's say you had, you know, 100,000 followers 20 years ago. (38:41 - 39:01) Okay, let's just say, you know, like if you were saying the same exact shit from 20 years ago, that would be a red flag to me. You know what I mean? Like you're just the same exact person saying the same things over and over again, you know, so it's like to have the humility and the vulnerability to be like, I'm on this journey just like you. I'm a human being. (39:01 - 39:04) I have knowledge. I have wisdom. I can inspire you. (39:05 - 39:12) You can use me as an example and you're your own fucking person. Yeah, that's it. You don't have to look like me. (39:12 - 39:24) You don't have to talk like me. You don't have to do the same exact things as me. But if I say something or do something that inspires you to go deeper inwards, to know yourself on a deeper level, to figure out what you want and how you want to live your life. (39:24 - 39:34) Awesome. I don't need fucking followers and cookie cutter images of me. You know, what is your unique gift that you've been given from God, which is your life and go live that. (39:35 - 39:53) You know, you were talking about it earlier, but Joel and I are, that's like, we talked about like, what is the ultimate spirituality and the spiritual assignment in life? It is being, becoming who you were born to be, this unique essence that only you could bring forth, you know, and it's a process and it's a journey. It's not this thing. Oh, I got here. (39:53 - 39:56) I'm 18 now. Okay, that's it. I got it all figured out. (39:57 - 40:07) So those are my two cents on that. And yeah, a hundred percent. I mean, Roslyn, she just brought it like full spectrum. (40:08 - 40:52) I can look back and in 2020 and 2021, and I could feel the depth of death and rebirth and I can have compassion for my own inauthenticity. I can have, uh, compassion and moments where I might've done a video and that day I was barely surviving, you know, going through so much shit internally. And so therefore I can bring it back to love and empathy and compassion for the dude who's just going to festival after festival, spiritual bypassing all the shadow work and being like, yeah, if I just go to another festival and get around soul fam, I'll just, I'm doing the work, but they're just avoiding, just continuing to have fun. (40:53 - 41:09) And I can see myself in that man through the amount of years that I was avoiding myself and my own shit. Cause it was so overwhelming and I felt like mountains to climb. So what did I do? Constantly got hammered, blacked out as much as possible. (41:10 - 41:28) Hundreds and hundreds of times escaped, traveled, had fun, had sex, had went to everything to avoid truly feeling God in my body and truth in my body. So I numbed it with escapism and not feeling. And so therefore I can, I can see that man in myself. (41:29 - 42:02) I can have compassion, you know, for the, for those people that don't, haven't found their authentic self and are just kind of going with the herd of what that means. But like when we, when we are really authentic and we show ourself and we speak what's true, right? That's going to piss people off because it's offensive to the fact that they're not being authentic and stepping into their light because unconsciously that terrifies them to truly show themselves because that would be vulnerable. That would be raw. (42:02 - 42:26) That would leave them open to the possibility of rejection, of being made fun of, of being bullied, of being picked on. But it's like, man, I've gotten more, I've gotten hundreds and hundreds of comments of you're, you're this, you're a total blah, blah, blah. You're spiritual, you know, or whatever. (42:26 - 42:55) And it's just like, as you come to know God more and more than yourself and you feel, you become the embodiment of love. It's just like that has, that has zero weight. Yeah, when you're, when you're truly like at a place where you know yourself to the degree that you do at the time that you do and on our own purpose, like that noise doesn't matter as much, you know, like the people in the crowd, the people that are trying to tear you down, it doesn't matter as much. (42:55 - 43:09) And like, you know, authenticity breeds trust, like real authenticity. You know, we had a great podcast episode, I don't know, a few months ago, this guy, George Bryant, he's got a podcast called the mind of George Bryant. Awesome dude. (43:09 - 43:24) And he talked about how he built this huge company and his business and he was into health or whatever, but then he secretly wasn't taking care of himself, wasn't healthy. And then one day he's about to go speak to like, I don't know, 5,000 people or whatever it was. And then just something hit him. (43:24 - 43:31) He's like, I'm just going to fucking speak the truth. His wife said to him, you're going to go out there and a lot of these people again. Oh yeah. (43:31 - 43:47) And then he just went out there and just said the truth of what was happening. And so now he has this thing where he goes, no matter when I talk, wherever I go, I start with 60 seconds of truth, whatever that is. So it's like, let's say you're having issues with your partner or like your health or whatever, you just like lay it on the line. (43:47 - 44:03) And then you can go in to like giving your gift, well, your different kind of gift and like dropping your wisdom, dropping your knowledge. But again, there's something about like, because again, like the more you do it, other people get permission to do it. And then they also see you more as a human being and then they can open up more. (44:03 - 44:18) And I just feel like that's the way moving forward. Well, you poke a hole in the performance in the mask straight away. Like you're no longer floating above, you know, you're no longer just like trying to live up to the crowd's expectations of who you are, like literally like expressing what's happening in the moment. (44:18 - 44:24) Like, I'm feeling overwhelmed. I'm feeling burnt out. A part of me really doesn't want to be here, but let's go, you know. (44:24 - 44:47) Yeah, you literally just reminded me of a video. I just came, I saw my face, what I was wearing, everything in 2022. I did a video just saying, Hey, guys, you know, I've been receiving so much validation from all of you from like likes recently and hearts and comments. (44:47 - 45:16) Like I've been putting a lot of my self-worth externally into this audience and I just want to like, just, just share that. And I've actually been going through like a really challenging time and it was a really hard video to put out there because it was just like, it was just such a deep thing that was coming up to the surface. But I mean, it's like, you know, obviously at that time I was like, all right, people are just like, fricking, you know, F this guy, bringing you his bubble bar or whatever. (45:17 - 45:33) But instead, you know, you just get tons of like love and praise because it's just so real. And while it was hard for me to share that, it was, it was just what I was going through at the time. It was the truth, you know, and I recorded that video at like 12 at night, which I never do because I just felt so alive. (45:33 - 45:48) And I was like, I have to just share this now. Yeah. You know, it's like, I feel like, like naive kind of seekers, they're kind of looking for someone out there who just like has it all figured out all the time. (45:48 - 45:59) So then they can believe that that's possible and attainable and achievable. Yet, like my experience tells me time and time again, that like no one has it all figured out. Everyone has their shit. (45:59 - 46:28) Everyone on some level at some point is going to come back and have to navigate in a turmoil and relationship issues or whatever it might be, you know? And I feel like the more that all of us, especially public voices like you, like you did, like foster and cultivates, like being more real in that moment, you just break the projection field for so many people. And you create so much more permission and self-acceptance within the collective to just be like, fuck man. It's like everyone has their shit. (46:28 - 46:53) If I can just accept myself more, be more real in this moment, then I'm going to move through it quicker than pretending there's some guru or another self-help book or another whatever it might be that's going to help me get to this point where life is just, you know, problem free. Is that, that is the ultimate denial of reality is thinking that there's this utopic existence where life can be challenged for your problem free. And I just don't think it exists. (46:54 - 47:17) Well, no, it's an, and it's also anti-nature to the natural world, which we are a part of, we are nature. And it's like, there isn't a one season, you know, we go through multiple seasons, things shift, things die, things are reborn, you know, there's fluidity, there's movement. And so this idea that like perfection exists, like, oh, I'm going to always have a 10 out of 10 relationship. (47:17 - 47:24) I'm always going to have a 10 out of 10 self-concept. I'm always going to have a 10 out of 10, you know, career. I'm always going to have a 10 out of 10 relationship with my kids. (47:24 - 47:39) I'm always like, that's just ridiculous. And yet again, it's like that desire for perfection and certainty that, you know, clouds the reality of uncertainty and not knowing and that things shift and change always. Yeah. (47:40 - 48:02) And especially like down spiritual paths, like when you're feeling shit, like then the part comes like, I'm just not spiritually hard enough. I'm just not being here now hard enough. I'm just in my head too much, you know? And like that was my personal experience because in 2015, I had like my first real major shift in consciousness as I might describe. (48:02 - 48:08) And at that time, I came into the work of Eckhart Tolle. I read The Power of Now. I read The New Earth, you know, and I was anxiety-free. (48:09 - 48:14) I was anxiousness-free. I was problem-free for a period of time. Literally, I was in this state of bliss, man. (48:14 - 48:36) It was so fucking real to me. Like I talk about how like all of a sudden, I went from this state of extreme anxiety to now having the most like serene experience like taking the garbage out or emptying a dishwasher like everything was more vibrant, everything was more whatever it might be, you know? And I thought literally, I lived in a state where I thought this is never going to end because it kept lasting. It kept lasting year after year after year. (48:36 - 48:52) And then as I developed more responsibility, got married, had kids, like things began to shift. But it's like I remember my state of mind back then is like when the darkness or the demons would creep in, it's just like, oh, I must be thinking about the past too much or thinking about the future too much. I'm just not being here hard enough. (48:53 - 49:24) I'm just not meditating hard enough, you know? Then it's like this self-judgment piece starts to play a bigger role in one's life on a spiritual path. It's interesting because a lot of these practices, sex, you know, groups, things that kind of can play a segue of our journey, of our spiritual awakening, it's kind of something that we get guided to at the more baby stages, at the beginning stages. And they serve their purpose and they serve their role. (49:24 - 49:53) You know, something like, you know, there's no denying that The New Earth by Eckhart Tolle and Power of Now is a great book, you know? And still today is a great book. And two years later, it's like the inner child's like, hey, I'm still down here feeling terrified, feeling scared, feeling unworthy, feeling all the times I used to get hit and I had to shut down. It's like then he starts coming to the surface and then it gets louder and louder. (49:54 - 50:54) And it's like, okay, the Power of Now isn't really helping me anymore. There's something else that's being asked of me to dive into the deeper psychological work, to really feel my body, to feel God through my heart, to understand the multidimensional nature of the psyche of ancestral trauma. And that, yeah, many of us did choose to transmute a lot of pain that's not even ours, going back a long time throughout our family lineage, you know? And so there's no avoiding that with the deeper psychological work and the mother and father wounding and the inner child work and feeling that pain, that trauma, that anxiety, that tension through our body and essentially in our own way, becoming like a master alchemist of being able to see the divine perfection in this life, especially when it's incredibly challenging. (50:54 - 51:13) Because yeah, you guys are right. We can appear to be perfect on social media and this life is anything but that. We have a month where we feel like we're on fire and then the coming weeks we're like, hey, can I reverse time? Can I go back to that timeline that I was just on? No, you're on the same timeline, bro. (51:14 - 51:23) The path is not linear. Backward, diagonal, in a circle, up, down. It's just like part of the path. (51:23 - 51:50) And then there comes a point and I feel this tremendous opening. I mean, literally the astrological alignment that we've had in the last 24 hours, yesterday, has not happened since the 1800s. It's a monumental day waking up today and the level of openness and possibility and transformation and opportunity that is awaiting and lies for all of humanity. (51:51 - 52:09) So we are continuing to find more ease, more abundance, more love. The transfer of so much wealth and abundance in so many different ways of realizing that resources like food and air and water, water is an infinite supply of God. It never stops. (52:10 - 52:27) When you go to a waterfall in Ecuador and you're like, how is water just pouring out of the top of that mountain? It's coming from the infinite supply of God, of earth, because God is water. And it doesn't stop. It just continues. (52:27 - 52:56) And so that's why paying for water is literally the definition of insanity, because it's something that is so fervently abundant in this world. And that's just one example. But yeah, we continue to peel away all of the untruths of what's going to continue to bring us into balance and harmony and knowing and not perfection. (52:57 - 53:30) But a deeper knowing that, yeah, things are transforming and they will continue to transform in a way that, of what I've seen, is incomprehensible. And that's not to say that we'll never experience things like sadness and grief when we lose our grandma or lose an elder of the tribe. That's still going to be present, where we feel super heavy on days, weeks, months, when our wife is killed or something just tragic, devastating happens. (53:31 - 53:38) So it doesn't become all love and light. Well, yeah, exactly. And I think that kind of stuff makes me just appreciate being human more. (53:38 - 53:56) I love those moments where I touch on those parts of me, whether it's just going through my day and reflecting or listening to a song or watching a film. I don't want to disconnect from the totality of who I am. I want to be there with it. (53:58 - 54:26) It means something to me. And actually, I feel like the more I grow or evolve or shift my consciousness or continue on my awakening path, life gets richer and fuller. I wouldn't even say it gets easier in the sense like I'm just more equipped to handle things, but like I'm not living in a one season world like back in the days when I was younger and I was like a people pleaser and I was like, oh, I just want to have fun and be nice to everyone. (54:26 - 54:38) Everyone be nice to me. And like life was great in a lot of ways until you realize what all that is covering and what else is there within you to explore. So I like the richness of life. (54:38 - 55:03) I love being with a friend or someone where we're getting deep and maybe our eyes are watering up talking about something that we're moving beyond just the surface level conversation. Those moments matter. I think that's why I even was drawn to being an actor, you know, in my early years and training as an actor is because it's like in some way when we watch movies or whatever, it's like we're witnessing life with the boring, the quote unquote, boring parts cut out. (55:03 - 55:31) We're seeing this depth of connection and emotion. Sure, there's craziness in that world and in the movie world. But like there is something so deep and powerful about being able to look at another person and they have their heart open and then you have your heart open and you can connect and communicate with them, you know? And so it's like, you know, how do we bring them into our life more, you know, in the right situation? I'm not an advocate of just like wearing your heart on the sleeve 24 seven and wallowing in vulnerability and keeping yourself open. (55:31 - 55:49) You have to have the discernment and know when and with who you can open up or certain parts of you can come out to play. You know what I mean? Yeah, I kind of want to double click there and demystify something you just said. What does it mean to like have your heart open? You're asking me or you're asking? Whoever, both of you. (55:50 - 55:58) Well, you go first. What does it mean to live with an open heart? Like what is that? Yeah. Erasmus, you mentioned the totality of God. (55:59 - 57:00) You know, I think for me over the last year, feeling the totality of God is the more I know God, the more I am present in my heart. In the subtlest moments when you are having a conversation with someone to really, you catch yourself being in your mind and you just feel your heart in every moment through the most mundane acts of walking out in nature, doing laundry, putting away the dishes, looking at seeing God through your child's eyes, like fully being present with God in your heart is to bring in a new existence in every moment because it all goes down to anchoring in just a deeper level of presence and love and realizing that time is actually just a construct here on earth. It's not even real, which means February is not real. (57:01 - 57:04) Monday is not real. Friday is not real. 3.30 is not real. (57:05 - 57:33) So it's like the more we can feel God right now, as the three of us drop into this conversation, the more we create space for the true God consciousness or the Christ consciousness, which is not tied to Yeshua or a person. It's a frequency. We're bringing forth this ancient frequency back onto earth through us, through the plants, through the trees, through the animals. (57:34 - 57:40) And that's through the remembering. That's the remembering of God moving through every aspect of life. Yeah. (57:41 - 58:08) Thanks for sharing that, man. I want to add to that too, is like when I think about that, what does it mean to live with an open heart? Or it's like, well, what are the barriers to having an open heart, to be connected to something deeper within, to look out in the world and see things happening and occurring that trigger a certain type of emotion. And not like living in this constant state of emotional reactivity, but to just be with someone and to feel a warmth within you, to feel this openness. (58:09 - 58:17) It's just there. It's with you. There aren't parts of you that are just completely blocking that deeper level of connection. (58:17 - 58:27) And so you can just have a normal conversation and then something comes up. Maybe you're talking about your father. Maybe you're talking about a relationship that didn't go well or whatever, or something that's happening in the world. (58:28 - 59:08) And there's just like a different type of feeling, like a vulnerability that's there in your communication and in your connection. I think that's what it means to live with an open heart is to be able to take in another person, to take in life experience in a different way beyond the cerebral. You telling a story about your dad, there's a time and a place to just tell a story and go, okay, he was this way, this way versus telling a story and remembering him and feeling him and maybe having tears come up in the moment because you're talking about how much you love him and the impact he had on you as a father. (59:09 - 59:41) And then the moment sometimes flows out and then you're talking shit with your fucking homies again and then you're laughing and then you're getting, you know what I mean? It's like, open heart isn't like fucking what we're seeing on TV where everyone's just sacrificing who they are to go after every single fucking cause, you know? Yeah. And just take on the new, whatever the new social justice thing is, oh, I have an open heart. I don't think there's discernment there for a lot of these people. (59:41 - 59:50) And I think a lot of people are co-opted, you know, in that regard. Being located in the wrong direction. You know, and then that's my opinion, of course. (59:50 - 1:00:05) And other people may disagree with me, but like, I think this openness is like, to have an open heart, almost you have to have discernment as well, like built into that. It isn't just- You just lived it in real time. Like, you literally lived it in real time. (1:00:06 - 1:00:18) You showed us, you brought in the vulnerability, then you brought it back. Like, it was pretty incredible. What you said reminded me of that great Rumi quote, you know, your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you've built against it. (1:00:19 - 1:00:32) Yeah. And I think this is why, like, I know it's becoming more cliche and people are paying lip service to it, but it's a big part of my life, my wife's life, what we do in Rise Above the Hurt, but like the nervous system component, you know, this word is a buzzword. It gets thrown around out there. (1:00:32 - 1:01:00) But like, what is happening in our physiology as we meet life, as we meet relationships? You know, how was our nervous system impacted by the way our parents, our teachers, our, you know, people in our life treated us? And so, how do we build that safety and that capacity to even be with another person? To even be with them when they're having an emotional experience and have the capacity to just hold it as opposed to, oh my God, I hope you're okay. Here, take a tissue. Oh my God, are you okay? Let me pat you on the back 17 times. (1:01:01 - 1:01:25) You know what I mean? Like, whoa, chill. Like, just, can you just be with me? Yeah, you know, and so it's like, you have to have that ability within yourself and to be able to kind of go in and go out, go in and go out, you know, and not just 24 seven be emotional mess or completely blocked off from it, completely disconnected. And everything is just like from here up. (1:01:25 - 1:01:35) You know, it's like, can you give me more of you? More of who you are? I want more. I appreciate all the words you're saying. Wow, you're brilliant, but I want more. (1:01:39 - 1:02:09) And I love what you said, Gerasimos, because someone can't give more if their nervous system has literally thousands of micro moments where they learned that giving more would not be safe. It's like, I want to give, and every single part of their body, their entire being, every cell is just like, no, I can't put myself out there. I can't give more. (1:02:10 - 1:02:32) I can't open my heart because opening my heart was not safe. And that's dangerous, right? So like the nervous system is truly a absolute key piece to bringing in heaven on earth, which is not a place in the clouds. It's a place in our hearts, place in our body, and it's a place in the human psyche. (1:02:33 - 1:02:59) Yeah, literally, because you build more capacity for it. And we have to be able to hold that level of God, that level of love, that level of connection. And it's like, you can't even know what authenticity or being real even is if you have so many micro fragments of distortion and being like, well, feeling shame would be unsafe. (1:02:59 - 1:03:09) Feeling guilt would be unsafe. Feeling anger would be unsafe because then people might think I'm an angry person. Yeah, for so many men, showing vulnerability would be unsafe. (1:03:10 - 1:03:36) Right. Like even going back lifetimes and lifetimes, being around all these men and revealing to them that I'm quote unquote weak or that I was addicted to pornography and cheating on my spouse and then breaking down and sobbing and grieving the man that needed to go outside of himself to fill an empty, empty void. Yeah. (1:03:36 - 1:03:45) That would be unsafe. Yeah. And this is why reading a single book or escaping to a mountaintop to fucking just meditate, like, it's great. (1:03:45 - 1:04:16) It's a great experience. But like, it's just so much more on the journey, you know, of really getting to know yourself and instead of ascending out to wherever, but really, this is kind of cliche too, but descending back to yourself, descending back into the ground and understanding your physiology, understanding that your inner architecture and the complexity and the multiplicity within you, like having a deep understanding of that so you can have a greater awareness, so you can self-reflect in different ways. And so ultimately, you can have more compassion for others. (1:04:17 - 1:04:32) Because when you know the depth and the complexity within you, the light and the dark, you see that on the world and you go, okay, yeah, I get that. I understand that. I know that aspect of me as well, as opposed to, you know, complete repression and projection that occurs in the world. (1:04:33 - 1:04:46) You know, and that's why we see so much of what we see going on. Most people can't really take ownership and have a deep self-acceptance of their humanity and all of it and the potential. Sure, not everyone's the same. (1:04:47 - 1:05:02) You know, we're unique beings, but there's things that are universal. There are archetypal qualities that we all hold. And so, you know, part of this awakening journey is getting to know and embodying and integrating these aspects. (1:05:03 - 1:05:10) It doesn't mean we need to become them. We just have to know what they're about. We have to be able to feel into it, you know, and go, oh, you're there again. (1:05:11 - 1:05:22) Okay, thanks. Not today, Satan. Not today, you know, like I'm going to choose a different path, but I don't want to fucking completely shut down, repress and go, la la la la la la. (1:05:22 - 1:05:24) I'm such a good person. I'm good. I'm amazing. (1:05:27 - 1:05:34) Just affirm your way to freedom, bro. That's it, dude. You know, but anyways, I just love these. (1:05:34 - 1:06:01) I love that these conversations are happening. More people are talking about it, you know, and a lot of lies are being brought to the surface and we're just becoming more real, you know, again, we don't have to sound the same. We don't have to look the same, but if we all can be as authentic as we can, as real as we can, as expansive and integrated as we can, when we dialogue with people, when we connect with people, when we inspire people, you know, coming back to our humanity, we don't have it all figured out. (1:06:01 - 1:06:08) We don't fucking know everything. And we also know a lot of shit too. You know what I mean? It's like we're three dudes. (1:06:08 - 1:06:16) We do the work that we do in the world. There are people who respect us and admire us and receive inspiration from us. And let's keep it fucking real. (1:06:17 - 1:06:23) Three dudes, one podcast. Three dudes, one podcast. We haven't reached the end yet, guys. (1:06:23 - 1:06:27) Just wait. That's it. I can't wait. (1:06:27 - 1:06:45) We got to, like, whatever, 20 minutes or so. Yeah. And look, Joel, going back to what you said, like, there are a lot of leaders who are wanting, desiring, unconsciously to be pedestalized, you know? Of course. (1:06:45 - 1:06:56) Are wanting to be looked at as they're above their audience. They're like, come to me. Consciously, they might not know that, but it's all unconscious. (1:06:56 - 1:07:02) I can fix you. I'm here to lead you. I'm here to save you, in essence. (1:07:03 - 1:07:30) And it's like the unconscious need to be pedestaled is coming from a deep shadow of, like, wanting to be above higher than everyone else. But it's like the people who are coming into Here for the Truth, for example, are going to be the people that are meant to come into your specific frequency. There'll be people that are meant to come into Alex Zek's frequency. (1:07:30 - 1:07:45) There'll be people that are meant to come into my frequency to learn from me. That doesn't mean that, like, it's just a role that you're playing. An exchange of consciousness, an exchange of energy to be like, oh, yes, that's right. (1:07:45 - 1:08:01) I do remember that I'm not unworthy. I do remember that I'm here to serve a lot of people. I do remember that a new reality is possible for me when I'm willing to see all the identities, all the ego attachments that I've been running through for so many different years. (1:08:02 - 1:08:19) Any teacher that's literally like, hey, guys, just come to me, you know? I'm your guy. Putting himself or herself on a pedestal unconsciously, like, go the other way. Like, we need leaders of people that are guiding them back to their own heart, their own power, their own divinity within. (1:08:20 - 1:08:29) That's true leadership. Well, first of all, I love that we're talking about this. We're recording this podcast on a King of Clubs day today, you know, which is all about thought leadership. (1:08:32 - 1:08:38) Well, no, January 27th is a King of Clubs day. Tomorrow is a Queen of Clubs day. Every day of the year. (1:08:38 - 1:08:53) We've had multiple episodes on the subject, on like the true meaning of a deck of playing cards, you know, from like a symbolical lens and a numerological lens. This is a freaking card magician. What's your birthday? What's your birthday? August 24th, 87. (1:08:55 - 1:09:08) Usually I know some of these off the top of my head, August 24th. It was just a week before your wife. Yeah, so it would be, he might be the end of the, he might be the end of the clubs. (1:09:09 - 1:09:16) Yeah, I think he is. He's kind of like an early club. That's how we understand on this point. (1:09:18 - 1:09:24) Yeah, August 13th is King of Clubs. So go down 11. So it might be like a two of clubs maybe or something or ace of clubs. (1:09:24 - 1:09:29) He might be, he might be an ace of clubs or two of clubs. Two. Two of clubs, cool. (1:09:29 - 1:09:33) Oh, that's my, that's my cancer card. That's what nurtures me. That's why we're friends. (1:09:33 - 1:09:40) That's why we love each other. Uh, but anyway, so the reason I just bring that up is like, obviously it's not coming out on this day, but we're recording it on this day. And it's interesting. (1:09:40 - 1:10:12) A lot of the themes that we're talking about relate to the King of Clubs and this need to kind of find the middle path to stand between the tension of opposites, to be a thought leader, to communicate with wisdom and truth, to be a truth seeker. Um, so yeah, I just wanted to highlight that. And Oh, what I wanted to say before that is that the more authentic, and again, that word sometimes fucking annoys me, but like the more real that you can be, you are going to attract people that resonate with that level of realness, you know? And like you said, it's going to be different because you're different. (1:10:13 - 1:10:27) And I can only speak from personal experience. Like, you know, Joel and I met whatever it was like five years ago, we built what we built. And it's been so beautiful to witness the people that come into our world because it's like, they're just kind of like operating it. (1:10:27 - 1:10:51) I mean, they're not the same, but they're operating a similar level. They're into the things that we're into, you know, the, the totality and like the diversity of our interests and, and keeping it fucking real. And I love that, you know? And so it's like, the more, as you continue to just be real, like your version of real, they're going to be like, Oh man, I really, you know, Andrew, like hearing him talk and seeing him and his long flowing hair and how beautiful he is like, Oh man, I just want to, I want to enter into his world. (1:10:51 - 1:11:05) I want a piece of that. Joel, remember when you thought I, I straightened my hair? Your hair is like, so like, you know? Hey, by the, by the way, his personality card is the king of clubs. Oh, wow, bro. (1:11:05 - 1:11:19) We'll talk about this. You have two different cards? Well, no, we technically have like, like 13 cards in your life pack, but you have your main card, which is your birth card, which is your primary light, your primary gift to give in this world. And then your secondary card is also known as the planetary ruling card. (1:11:20 - 1:11:31) My friend and teacher, Alexander Dunlop, who wrote a great book called player cards, write a secret guide to life on earth. He calls it a personality card. So it's like how you shine that light in the world, but we'll talk more about it offline, man. (1:11:31 - 1:11:35) It's dope. I'll send you some stuff, but Joel might have sent you something. But yeah, that's, that's cool, man. (1:11:35 - 1:11:47) We're definitely like, we have great connections there from a, from a card standpoint. Your personality card is my birth card because June 17th is also the king of clubs. Anyway, it's to be continued by any of our listeners that have watched our episodes with Alexander. (1:11:47 - 1:11:50) They know what we're talking about. Yeah. Yeah. (1:11:50 - 1:11:54) I was trying to get an episode numbers. People can get back to it, but yeah, just search. I've never even heard about this. (1:11:54 - 1:12:03) So I'm like, oh, okay. Usually when I'm rapping with people, I'll bring it up, but we probably don't have a chance to cover everything we met at Confluence last year. But yeah, it's dope, man. (1:12:03 - 1:12:10) I'll send you some information. I'll send you some pictures from, from one of my books that I have from Alexander, but it's cool. It's just, you know, another system of knowledge. (1:12:10 - 1:12:14) Obviously I'm into human design. I like the card system. People are into astrology. (1:12:14 - 1:12:29) And again, it's like, these are tools. These are esoteric tools, ancient tools, whatever you want to call it, where, you know, we, we learned to like, understand that we have this unique fingerprint, this soul blueprint, these unique gifts that are ours. And so how do we play our cards right? Yeah. (1:12:29 - 1:12:40) You know, interesting. The phrases, these phrases that come into being, where do they come from? You know? And so it's like, the more you play your cards, right, the more magic can happen in your life. And people don't need this knowledge. (1:12:40 - 1:12:51) Some people just do it intuitively. But I think we're coming. It's interesting that a lot of stuff's becoming more popular because we're moving more towards like this authenticity of individual expression. (1:12:51 - 1:13:17) And we're moving out from this collectivistic tribal, like this, this, this, this desire for homogenization, like, like from everything around us to go, who am I, who am I as this unique being? And so I think some of these, these tools and this ancient wisdom can highlight that and can affirm us more in our path where we stake our flags in the ground even more. But like, these are my fucking gifts. Fuck yeah. (1:13:18 - 1:13:24) Let me keep moving forward, you know, so. Episode 239 for those listening. 239. (1:13:24 - 1:13:28) Yeah. That was our second one with him, but it's good. I'll send you the link to that, man. (1:13:28 - 1:13:37) You might dig it. Hey, Andrew, let's, let's, let's do another demystification. What does it mean to download the codes? Say that again. (1:13:37 - 1:14:02) What does it mean to download the codes? When people say download the codes, I'm always confused what that means. Can you break that one down for me? What does it mean to download the codes? So there are certain things that I think a lot of people out there say, and I, you know, I don't necessarily say that. No, I'm not saying you do, but yeah, you have, you have the inside knowledge though. (1:14:03 - 1:14:09) Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I think the case, so here's what is coming through right now. (1:14:10 - 1:14:27) I think a lot of people like to use the word kind of like downloading something because it's almost like they're, they're getting it. They're tapping into a system, right? That's like out there. And God is where it's God's everywhere. (1:14:27 - 1:14:30) The field is everywhere. The field is in us. God is in us. (1:14:31 - 1:14:57) But it's like they're downloading the codes essentially from their own hard drive, you know, from their own DNA, from their own ancient wisdom within them. So it's like certain pieces of information about who we are, where we're going, you know, what bits of information of, you know, what's going to be taking place, you know, over the years. It's like, we don't get certain pieces until, until we know we're truly ready. (1:14:57 - 1:15:50) Or sometimes we get bits of information that are just for us that we're not meant to share in public. Or if we're a person who has that role of being a mouthpiece, you know, we get a piece of information or download a code that is ready to be shared for humanity that can help assist us in a deeper knowing and remembering of, you know, many lifetimes, many, you know, even the times of destruction of Atlantis and Lemuria, that can help us plant a seed within humanity of not repeating where we've been before because of AI takeover and transhumanism and continuing to like merge with the true organic God timeline of community and nature and remembering within and how powerful we are internally. So it's just like- Damn bro, I think you just downloaded the codes in real time. (1:15:51 - 1:16:01) Yeah. I just, did I just download them? Yeah, but like, this is my issue. Again, obviously I have my issues and judgments with certain elements of the quote unquote spiritual community. (1:16:02 - 1:16:14) But like when someone announces that, like, it's like, I'm more special than you. I downloaded them. Like immediately inherent in that is like, oh, I got this special connection to the secret knowledge or the wisdom. (1:16:14 - 1:16:24) And so here I'm giving that to you as opposed to like, these are my thoughts. These are my opinions. These are my personal insights. (1:16:25 - 1:17:08) You know, it's like, like spirit told me, okay, what is like, what do you, so other people's spirit isn't telling them, like, it's just like, it's like this way I feel like to like continue to pedestalize yourself as if this person that has access to like the secret knowledge and the secret wisdom that's somewhere, somewhere out there, you know what I mean? And so it's just the language that I'm combating and what that implies, you know, because then I think about like, you know, even like take it out of the spiritual world. Like God told me to kill my best friend, you know what I mean? Like these crazy, God gave me this, I'm channeling the God or like the Pope speaks directly to God. Like, there's just these things that like, kind of like play on me where I go. (1:17:10 - 1:17:29) And again, why Joel asked the question, what does that really mean? Because I'm sure you see people say this. And I'm just curious, you know, what that is. It's the exact same energy of many people with any kind of following, whether it's 50,000, 1,000 going, I have a message from the Arcturians. (1:17:29 - 1:17:48) And they are saying, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's like, I will straight up tell you, most of those people who are saying that are not receiving shit from the Arcturians. They're just saying that because it looks them, it makes them look more evolved, more conscious, more star seedy or whatever. (1:17:49 - 1:18:00) And so we can even break that down. But how do you decipher like, oh, this, oh, wow, that thing that just came into my consciousness came from the Arcturians. And this one came from the fact that my dad used to beat me when I was younger. (1:18:00 - 1:18:35) And then this thought came to me from, you know, the conversation I had with my friend last week. You know what I mean? Like, I'm just trying to like, most stark difference. I'm just trying to figure out, like, when I think about reflection and like, you know, what's coming to us, like, it's like what they're also masters of differentiation of like the thoughts and the wisdom that's coming to you within your like your mind activity, you know? So it's like, I just like to kind of poke holes at things sometimes because I'm like, what are you actually fucking doing? You know, like there's some there's some knowledge and wisdom I have or I've gained. (1:18:35 - 1:18:56) Maybe I've read some books. Maybe I sat under a fucking oak tree. And it's like, is that coming from me? Is that coming from God? Is that coming from my aunt Ethel? Like, you know, a tree from the tree from the tree from the tree, you know, I don't know, you know, like, and so it just feels seems very like certain again, it's like this, this like dance between certainty and uncertainty. (1:18:56 - 1:19:05) It's like we leave, we lose the mystery of hold on. I'm getting a download from aunt Ethel. Yeah, what is she saying? She's saying that you're not real AF. (1:19:06 - 1:19:18) And you're not laughing into your into. Ah, man, like, fuck, I get. I got to sit under my fucking my grandmother oak tree, like for at least four hours to burn the Ethel altar. (1:19:19 - 1:19:51) Yeah, you know, and listen, like, listen, I'm not I'm not trying to knock knock on the fucking spiritual world community. There's a lot of depth and wisdom in that. But like, I feel like some things are worthy of poking fun at sometimes because when you see something become a meme, when you see people saying and talking the same way and acting the same way, you're like, well, where's that? Why is that? Where is that coming from? And then it makes me think of like, again, like you're a person who's wearing this persona and saying these words and doing these things in a way like that, like thousands and thousands of other people are doing it the same exact way. (1:19:51 - 1:20:42) And so it's like, what is the meaning of it? What what are we let's get down to the fucking foundation of this, you know, what it means to be a human being and why we get why we have certain thoughts and messages and what's going on in that front? And like, do we actually have all the answers that there is still a lot of mystery in terms of why certain people are the way they are and why they say the things they say, and why their lives turn out the way they turn out, you know? And so like, yeah, anyways, I think maybe you understand what I'm saying. Yeah, I think it becomes easier and easier to be able to take in when someone's truly bringing forth something that is authentically, you know, like I know some people who are insanely tapped in that receive telepathic information on the fly anytime throughout the day. And that's that's beautiful. (1:20:42 - 1:21:04) And we're all coming from different places within this universe or other universes, galactic lifetimes, angelic lifetimes. And so some people are that tapped in and, you know, many are. And there is it's not wrong to talk about the fact that there are many people who say those things because they do want to be perceived as as I want people to know that I'm chosen. (1:21:05 - 1:21:22) I want people to know that I'm special. I want people to know that I am that I'm different, you know? And so there is that unconscious kind of like putting out there of wanting people to know that, like, hey, just want everyone to know that, like, you know, I am a starseed. So there's we are seeded from the stars. (1:21:22 - 1:21:32) That is definitely accurate, I believe, at least. And if we're definitely accurate, I believe. Yeah, no, but honestly, thank you for saying that. (1:21:32 - 1:21:45) But thank you, though, because it's like, how many times do we and I'm sure I do it. We pronounce things in this like 100% certain way. And then like another part comes in and goes, well, no, that's my opinion. (1:21:45 - 1:21:54) That's what I believe, you know, like it's important. It's important in how we communicate and how we dialogue. Like, so I'm happy that you said that, you know, right. (1:21:54 - 1:22:14) And it's it's it goes back to an over identification of what you think, you know, or that, like, I know for a fact that I'm a starseed. It's like, well, what if it what if you're not? How would we have none of us? What if you're just part of the seed from your dad? That's it. That's the only that's only seed you come from. (1:22:14 - 1:22:25) I mean, how do you know that you're receiving something from Ann Ethel or the Arcturians or, you know, a code about, you know. Yes. I'm from from Ann Ethel. (1:22:25 - 1:22:45) You just don't know, you know, the flavor and embellish the language to make it more glamorized and to make it more enamoring to whoever's listening at that might resonate with that specific kind of words. And, you know, it's like. And I don't discount that people that maybe come across certain way, like they may have a lot of a lot to offer and a lot of wisdom and a lot of knowledge. (1:22:46 - 1:22:50) I don't discount that either. It's just interesting to observe. I think you're just low vibe, bro. (1:22:50 - 1:22:54) You're just low vibe. I think I am low vibes. You're just a super low frequency, I think. (1:22:55 - 1:22:59) You're not from the Pleiadians. You're from the Lamedians. Fuck, dude. (1:22:59 - 1:23:07) I think I need I'm going to spend I'm going to I'm going to just I'm moving to Sedona. And then after that, I'm going to move to Costa Rica. And then after that, I'm going to move to Bali. (1:23:07 - 1:23:12) And then after that, I'm going to move to wherever else. Although I'm in LA, bro. I'm in fucking Topanga, dog. (1:23:13 - 1:23:17) I just like live in the fucking vibes, man. You are pretty. You are pretty spiritual living in. (1:23:17 - 1:23:24) You know, dude, like I got the trees around me. I got a few hundred year old oak trees look around me surround. I got I got cats, bro. (1:23:24 - 1:23:28) You got five cats, bro. They come from fucking ancient Egypt. They're wise fucking beings. (1:23:28 - 1:23:32) All right. So damn right. That's some that's some quantum leap shit right there. (1:23:32 - 1:23:38) Shit. I didn't realize the gold that I was just like living. They're definitely creating the property and they're creating the property, bro. (1:23:39 - 1:23:46) Listen, dude, come out to LA, bro. Come hang out, you know, on my property, bro. We'll download the fucking codes, bro. (1:23:46 - 1:23:54) And then we can maybe create like an eight week program on how other people can download the codes for one thousand one hundred eleven dollars and eleven cents. Let's go. Yeah. (1:23:54 - 1:23:59) I mean, I think I want to create this program. That's like Ten Commandments of Real AF. Like, that's what I'm feeling like. (1:23:59 - 1:24:08) That's it, bro. Do we download that shit, bro? Anyways, everyone's given their flavor of medicine. Like, I poke fun. (1:24:09 - 1:24:24) And I also like, you know, much love, much respect to anyone out there that is doing the work to become more of themselves, to stay humble in the good ways of staying humble. You know, not this false humility, but just realizing we don't have all the answers. There's a lot of mystery out there. (1:24:24 - 1:25:07) And like, if you're living a life based on your highest values and inspiring other people to do the same thing, like kudos to you. I really appreciate you bringing it there because I, you know, fully hats off and honor the people that are whatever overly identified with needing to bring forth information from a guide or from the Arcturians or whatever. And who knows? Maybe that is like literally actually super aligned and they are, you know, but I think it's it can be talked about and at the same time brought empathy and compassion and understanding that all of us have been wherever aligned and authentic off the path, like things are never going to change. (1:25:07 - 1:25:48) And yeah, obviously together as one unit, as one tribe, we are all continuing to come and know what we're living in community looks like, know what collaboration truly looks like. And we will know what that means in these coming 48 months, more than ever leading into 2030 of how literally it's beyond its survival, us coming together and bringing forth our ancient gifts together to bring forth like a new humanity. What's next for you, man? Like, what do you, what do you let up by? What are you excited by? Like, you know, I know you just came from being away, living out of the country for like 10 months or so. (1:25:48 - 1:26:33) Like, what are you looking forward to? And are you planning on continuing to travel or you're looking to like create some more routes here in the US? Like what's up? I feel in this moment, I feel incredibly inspired by being able to share dimensional breathwork for the first time out of, you know, guiding, you know, more than 15,000 people in person and on zoom. And yeah, I've always known that the way I share breathwork is, you know, very unique and different. And I always bring a very like humble approach to, yeah, just people showing up and then being like, Hey, I've never experienced a breathwork shop that was anything like this. (1:26:33 - 1:26:41) And being like, Hey, I didn't, you know, I didn't heal you. You, you healed you. You, you came up, you came here, you showed up, you did the thing. (1:26:41 - 1:26:50) And, and I take ownership that this, the space I curate is, is it's unique. You know, it's very powerful. It's moving God through the breath. (1:26:50 - 1:27:13) And a lot of facilitators are more kind of like, it's kind of like the pink, the hot pink lady with hot pink, like stretch yoga outfit. And she's like, come on girls, come on, do yoga. It's like an exercise and it's not bringing the element, the frequency of God, like the God molecule through the breath. (1:27:13 - 1:27:33) And so I feel really excited to be expanding and teaching people all over the world to see this frequency of dimensional breath with people all over the world. That's what I'm really, really excited. What's like, I'm sorry, I have a business partner that keeps receiving the sites and molecule through his breath. (1:27:33 - 1:27:50) How can I support him in this process? This eaten molecule. Anyways, continuing all the conversation. Okay, well, I want to get him to work with some people to unhijack him. (1:27:50 - 1:28:10) All the tough shit that's on. How do you, obviously, because breathwork has gotten way popular over the last several years, more so, and there's different kinds of breathwork and there's different practitioners. If you're working with a large group of people, how do you, you can't be present for each single person, they're going through their own process, things may come up. (1:28:10 - 1:29:16) How do you bring more of a trauma understanding on an individual level to these, if you walk into a big fucking room, and there's, you know, 500 people or 1000 people laying on the ground, like, how do you how do you deal with that? Like, like, is that something you know what I mean? Like, because it's, you want to be responsible, you're taking people through this process, you don't know each person, their history, their physiology. So like, how do you how do you handle that? Or is it still tricky? Do you want it? You know what I mean? So, before I step into the space, and when I step into the space to create the safety, when I do my practices, and I communicate with my team and, and put out the prayers to really just give the medicine of God, the breath through each person and give them exactly what they're meant to receive, the codes that they're remembering, the release, the purging, you know, the feeling of the grief that they haven't processed. It's, I just, it's a deep communion with knowing that everyone will be held. (1:29:16 - 1:29:42) Everyone will be protected, everyone will be safe. And I'll be able to move my way around the room and get to all the people that I need to efficiently, safely, while everyone leaving just like more connected, more, more, you know, more remembering of their breath or remembering of a moment to pause to get still to listen to God. You know, to slow down. (1:29:43 - 1:29:55) And so, I think for me, it's just getting really, really intentional and just trusting that everything will be perfect. And it hasn't failed me yet. Oh, man. (1:29:55 - 1:30:06) So, you think of staying in the US for a bit? Yeah, definitely. I feel this summer could be a traveled year potentially to Europe. We'll see. (1:30:07 - 1:30:23) But, you know, I'm listening. I don't know exactly where the path will lead. But yeah, I'm just, I know that this year is going to be the most fruitful, bountiful year of, you know, my life. (1:30:23 - 1:31:01) And just taking in the abundance of just this life, you know, of God, of just love, of feeling love in my heart and just being so grateful for, you know, the very, very fucking challenging path that I've walked to, you know, that I don't get to talk about or that no one sees or knows of the people that I work with on one-on-one and intimately and in groups. You know, it has not been an easy ride for, I know for me, but for many of us. And I just feel really, really humbled and grateful to like be at this space of just like, it's kind of like I'm just, I keep saying this internally. (1:31:02 - 1:31:21) I open up my palms throughout the day and I just say, I receive God. I receive God. I receive God in the feminine fully, which means it's like I'm receiving the feminine energy of abundance, of receptivity, of blessings, of gifts, of life, of presence. (1:31:21 - 1:31:29) I'm just, I'm opening, I'm constantly speaking into my body, my heart, and my nervous system. I receive God. I receive God in the feminine fully. (1:31:29 - 1:31:54) Just really preparing my body to hold what we're here to step into and the way showers and the beacons of light that we're here to step into as people, you know, have a really challenging time in these coming years who are not conscious as the world shifts and changes, you know? So, yeah, that's what's alive. That's what's moving through me at the moment. Awesome, bro. (1:31:54 - 1:32:26) Thanks for spending time with us. I just love also just hearing about your journey, you know? That's why I wanted to get into like, you know, your early life and, you know, what's required to kind of walk the road less traveled, you know? And to answer something, answer some inner calling within yourself to go, I don't want to just follow the status quo, you know? There's something else out there for me. And, you know, that road doesn't always, that can be a bumpy freaking road, but it's worth it at the end of the day. (1:32:26 - 1:32:58) So I appreciate you continuing to walk on that road and looking forward to when our paths cross again, obviously holler and next time you're in LA area so we can connect. And real quickly, I would say real quickly, how can people support you? How can they find out your work? How can they take advantage of taking part of one of your Breathwork group sessions or work with you one-on-one? Yeah, let our audience know. Yeah, I offer one-on-one occasionally when it's alive. (1:32:58 - 1:33:10) I feel like this year might be the last year I ever offer it as I get called into higher purpose, higher calling. And so I do announce that maybe like once a year or twice a year. This year might just be once. (1:33:10 - 1:33:34) And yeah, if you're wanting to dive deep with me and if you're wanting to not just facilitate Breath, but really like this three months that we're going into, it starts in February and it's ongoing. So you can jump in in February and March and April, May. It's really about creating leaders and creating people to insource the power of God within them. (1:33:34 - 1:33:51) It's about New Earth stewardship, New Earth leadership, being a true beacon of light as the world collapses for people to go to, to look for stability and guidance. And then those people creating more leaders. So it's far beyond dimensional Breathwork. (1:33:51 - 1:34:03) And I require people to go through the eight weeks of shadow work, inner child work, psychological work. So they're not just learning Breathwork, but they feel embodied. They feel ready to share. (1:34:04 - 1:34:09) And they're not like, oh, I feel like an imposter. I don't know if I can speak in front of people. It's like you can. (1:34:09 - 1:34:19) We all can. And we all are here to step into that level of service. So it's going to be a really, really powerful three months. (1:34:20 - 1:34:30) And that's how you can work with me. And on my site, I have the central nervous system course, the inner child course, which are less than a hundred bucks. They're super cheap and accessible. (1:34:30 - 1:34:44) And then the reclamation, which is also accessible, eight weeks of the psychological work. And the framework that I friggin wish I would have had years ago. So I wasn't drowning in inner misery and unworthiness. (1:34:44 - 1:34:52) I created that eight weeks. So people have like a framework of like, how do I even do the inner work? What does it look like? Well, that's awesome, dude. Awesome, man. (1:34:53 - 1:35:04) Love you, bro. I'm just grateful that we got a chance to finally connect last year at Sovereignty Ranch, even though we share a lot of mutual friends. It was nice that we finally got to connect. (1:35:05 - 1:35:11) And yeah, excited to see you again. Yeah, that's all I have to say, Joel. Yeah, man. (1:35:11 - 1:35:17) Dude, so dope to drop in. And the website is andrewgenevesehealing.com. Is that right? andrewgenevesehealing.com. Yeah. Oh, man. (1:35:17 - 1:35:21) We'll pop that in the brief. At briefhealevolve on Instagram. Yeah. (1:35:21 - 1:35:27) Cool, dude. And I also have to say, like, I'm proud of us. Like, we didn't talk as much shit as I thought we were going to talk. (1:35:29 - 1:35:39) I had moments where I wanted to come in with more. But, you know, I think we struck a nice balance here for sure. Yeah, I thought we'd maybe go down a few bizarre random route. (1:35:40 - 1:35:44) Nothing to do. No, it's good, man. Because it's like, you know, we can have our bro moments. (1:35:45 - 1:35:57) And I just feel like people, wherever they are on their journey, are going to get a lot of value from this conversation. And, yeah, just a reminder to everyone, like, you're one of one. You're a unique being, you know, figure out what that is. (1:35:57 - 1:36:03) Live your life, honor yourself, and keep moving forward. And yeah, spread that love and light, bro. Yeah. (1:36:04 - 1:36:09) All right, boys. I'll see you guys in the Astral Realms tonight. We'll play some table tennis, okay? Yeah, let's send it. (1:36:09 - 1:36:19) Let's send it in the Astral. Hey, Joel and Erosmus, I appreciate you guys. I appreciate who you are and the way you show up and who you serve. (1:36:19 - 1:36:33) And your presence on Earth is legendary and powerful. And I see you guys both in the work that you're doing. I was really honored to be able to finally come in physical proximity with you guys this last year. (1:36:33 - 1:36:38) It was really special. And I'm looking forward to doing it again in a few months here. So, same here, bro. (1:36:38 - 1:36:41) All right, y'all. Thank you so much for listening. And we'll see you next time. (1:36:41 - 1:36:53) Take care. Thank you so much for listening once again. It's always so interesting to me, just the infinite variety of unique paths that human beings walk in this life. (1:36:53 - 1:37:07) And one of my favorite things about this podcast is just really getting to unpack those unique paths for each individual. That's why we start every conversation with like, what does your hero's journey look like? What did that path look like? Because there are no straight paths. There are no single paths up the mountain. (1:37:08 - 1:37:25) Yet, I believe as human beings, often for some reason within our psychology, we're so desperate to find a singular path, to find black and white answers, to find a trail that is easy to comprehend and easy to navigate. Yet, often we find that it doesn't exist. We take one path. (1:37:25 - 1:38:04) It feels good for a while. And we come across a point where we stumble and we're faced with a new crossroads and a new choice to make and a new decision to make. And what I've personally found and what I think Erasmus has concluded as well is like, at those moments in our lives where we're presented with choices, like self-esteem cannot be surmounted in terms of its paramount importance in the choice that we're going to make in our lives because sages and mystics and some of the greatest minds that have ever lived time and time again have told us that our self-concept is our destiny. (1:38:04 - 1:38:58) And what does that mean? Simply, it means how you feel about yourself in the unconscious processes that are happening within your being, creating your reality. How you feel about you on one level or another is going to result in the materialization or the objectification of the reality you experience and what you can dream and what you can vision for yourself. And that's why for us, the most important work in the crux of everything that we say, do, record, our membership community, our program Rise Above The Herd, it's about how do you feel about you? How can you develop more self-acceptance for self, a friendlier relationship with self? How can you lead with more purpose, more integrity, more consciousness? Because when we embody these pillars that make up one's sense of self-esteem, our self-concept shifts. (1:38:58 - 1:39:17) And as a result, reality has no point, has no choice but to shift. And I've witnessed it in my life and so have countless students that have been through Rise Above The Herd and connected to deeper levels of our work. And so Rise Above The Herd is now available as a journey that you can undertake by yourself. (1:39:18 - 1:39:42) And people have been loving taking this journey by themselves. And so Rise Above The Herd is the proven framework to decode anti-life programming, sharpen your discernment, deepen your intuition, and lead from a place of grounded inner authority. And Rise Above The Herd doesn't mean being better than anybody else because the reality is, regardless of how deep you go on this journey, there's more herds. (1:39:42 - 1:40:08) There's more circles. The more refined the herd becomes, the spiritual herd, the intellectual herd, the conscious herd, people, the awakened herd, right? We see it all the time. And so can you keep this path of extricating yourself from group think, claiming more self-ownership over your mind, your body, your intuition, your life? Because then the best life possible becomes available to you. (1:40:08 - 1:40:20) So you can learn more about Rise Above The Herd at hereforthetruth.com forward slash R-A-T-H, RATH as an acronym. And read more, find out for yourself and perhaps you'll undertake the journey and see what's on the other side.
