Allison Lurey Nixon

Allison is a self-sabotage and integrative nutrition health coach based in Atlanta. Diagnosed with Tourette syndrome at ten, she took herself off medication at fourteen and healed through dietary and nutritional therapy. She now coaches clients through the subconscious patterns that keep them small, and uses her platform to speak openly on motherhood, medical authoritarianism, and the courage to stand out.
