Eben Britton
Eben Britton spent six seasons as an NFL offensive lineman, drafted 39th overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2009 before finishing his career with the Chicago Bears, until a cascade of back and shoulder injuries and the painkillers that came with them ended his playing days at twenty-seven. What followed was a long unraveling and rebuilding: a suicidal crisis, a men's twelve-step room, therapy, yoga, and cannabis, plus two years co-hosting the Hot Boxing podcast alongside Mike Tyson. A certified yoga teacher now based in Texas, he coaches former athletes, busy parents, and burned-out professionals looking for a way back to themselves. He is the founder of The Athlete's Approach, a group coaching program built on physical resilience, mental clarity, and becoming who you were born to be.
