Katie Hess is a flower essence practitioner, author, and the founder of Lotus Wei — a flower essence apothecary partnered with practitioners, doctors, and wellness spas worldwide. Over 25 years she has hand-collected more than 300 wild flower remedies across six continents, building an intuitive system that helps people dissolve old patterns, open the heart, and live closer to their true nature. A practicing Tibetan Buddhist, she divides her time between Phoenix, the Himalayas, and wherever the next rare bloom is hiding.
