Veda Austin

Veda Austin is a water researcher, public speaker, artist, and author who has spent a decade photographing water in its state of creation—the space between liquid and ice. Through her crystallographic work, she explores water as fluid intelligence, revealing its responsiveness to thought, intention, and the natural world. She brings indigenous Maori perspectives on water as a living being into dialogue with emerging science.
