Ben Joseph Stewart is a filmmaker and musician whose documentary *Kymatica* won Best Scientific Film at the 2009 New York Independent Film Festival. After producing *Psychedelica* and *Limitless* at Gaia, he created *The Magic Plant* (picked up by Gravitas) and *DMT Quest* (shared by Joe Rogan, Graham Hancock, and Alex Gray). He has since produced *Awake in the Darkness* with Aubrey Marcus and is currently working on *Welcome to the Machine*, exploring technology as an extension of self. Before filmmaking, Ben toured with his rock group Hyersonic, playing Lollapalooza alongside Jane's Addiction, Incubus, and A Perfect Circle.
