Resilience keynote speaker, bestselling author of Okay, Now What? & founder of the Nicole & Julie Fitzsimons Foundation

Kate Gladdin is a resilience keynote speaker, bestselling author, and coach who has shared her message with more than 300,000 people across corporate conferences, women's leadership events, and youth programs, and was named one of Australia's 100 Women of Influence. Born in Sydney and now based in Sheridan, Wyoming, she is the author of Okay, Now What? and host of the podcast by the same name, heard in more than 50 countries. She founded the Nicole & Julie Fitzsimons Foundation, which has delivered travel-safety education to over 200,000 students and more than $300,000 in grants to young performers and athletes navigating their own adversity. Her work rejects the idea that resilience is positive thinking, teaching people instead to reclaim their agency and build something meaningful from what they cannot control.
