Cal Washington The Hidden Industry Behind Law & Power

EPISODE 260 · CAL WASHINGTON
The Hidden Industry Behind Law & Power

Cal Washington was a construction contractor, musician, and father of five when divorce dragged him into the legal system. What began as a custody battle revealed a multi-trillion-dollar industry built on child support orders — negotiable instruments functioning as money, bought and sold by private companies masquerading as government agencies. Through years of trial, error, jail time, and relentless study, Cal uncovered Lex Mercatoria — the ancient Law Merchant that sits above courts, governments, and corporations in the jurisdictional hierarchy. He learned how to use commercial instruments (bills of exchange, promissory notes, notices of liability) to hold judges, officials, and even royalty accountable. His $300 million promissory note after 60 days in jail forced the Clerk of the Privy Council to step down the day he received final notice. The Queen of Denmark abdicated her throne after 14 people sent her liability documents. Now co-founder of In Power, Cal is teaching individuals worldwide how to reclaim sovereignty not through protest, but through the same commercial tools the system uses to control them. This is the conversation about what happens when you stop playing defense and learn the rules of the game they never wanted you to know existed.

  • The divorce industry as commercial machinery Child support orders are bills of exchange — negotiable instruments that function as money. Courts generate these orders, keep the originals, and third-party companies (like Themis/FMEP) buy them at a percentage, running them as assets. Multi-trillion-dollar industry. The divorce isn't about truth or justice — it's about creating paper instruments that move through the financial system. Cal saw judges ignore testimony entirely because they were waiting to generate the order, which is the actual money.
  • Lex Mercatoria — the Law Merchant Ancient commercial law that predates and supersedes Admiralty. Originates with merchant families (Rockefellers, Rothschilds, Windsors) who controlled trade routes and commerce for centuries. Fused into common law in the 1700s by Lord Mansfield. Operates at the top of the jurisdictional hierarchy for man's laws. Courts, governments, and corporations are all subject to it. Once you engage at this level with proper commercial instruments, judges have no counter-move. They avoid the case, step down, or flee the courtroom.
  • Bonding and notices of liability All cases, lawyers, and judges are bonded — insurance against loss or harm. Cal learned to out-bond the court by putting higher-value instruments on the table (bills of exchange, promissory notes, conditional acceptances). When his bond exceeds the judge's insurance capacity, the judge becomes personally liable. Result: judges refusing to hear the case, stepping down, or offering extraordinary deference. Cal's $300 million promissory note after 60 days in jail forced the system into default.
  • The $300 million promissory note Cal arrested for driving without insurance, held without bail for 60 days. Refused to answer to the name, refused to sign anything. Friends filed a $300 million promissory note while he was detained. Judge admitted the note existed, tried to balance it with time-served credit. Cal corrected her: credit must equal the note to balance to zero. System couldn't reconcile it. After release, Cal escalated to federal level — the Clerk of the Privy Council stepped down the day he received Cal's final default notice. No retirement announcement. Just gone.
  • In Power Movement — scaling the process Started organically after Cal adapted his $300 million document for smart meter deployment. Taught 20 people in Seattle how to file notices of liability. City councilors stepped down, mayor stepped down. Detroit followed. Kelowna followed. Now 15–16 countries, ~400 participants. Generated $38 billion in negotiable instruments. Growth is exponential — first billion took 9 months, next billion took 5 months, now approaching 3 weeks per billion. Goal: outpace the system's capacity to respond.
  • Functional sovereignty — Cal's daily life No driver's license. No tax filings. No car registration (drives others' cars when needed). Only ID is US passport and birth certificate (trust indenture). Police pull him over at liquor stops — don't ask for ID, wave him through. Officer on train during mask mandates accepted 'I have an exemption' with no follow-up. Cal attributes this to embodied understanding, not just paperwork. Reality bubble: his coherence supersedes their jurisdiction.
  • The King's oath and biblical contract The 1611 King James Bible is the primary contract binding the Crown and all those under oath to the Crown. King Charles swore his oath within 72 hours of Elizabeth's death, witnessed by 178 Privy Council members including the Lord Mayor of London. Defender of the Faith. The oath makes the Bible enforceable as a commercial contract. Words like 'redemption' and 'kinsman redeemer' are both biblical and commercial terms. Dominion over land, sea, and air (Genesis) is the legal standing humans hold by divine right — but only if claimed.
  • The coming reset and parallel system Current system is debt-based fiat with no backing since 1933 (gold standard removal). Unsustainable. The elite are positioning for the next phase — more digital control, same pyramid. Cal's vision: a parallel crypto-backed monetary system built on the negotiable instruments generated through In Power. Real paper instruments with ink and signatures functioning as the foundation for a new currency. If enough people participate, the old system's money goes to zero. Wealth transfer without violence. Revelation 18 — Babylon falls when their money becomes worthless.

Joel 00:00:03.360 - 00:00:38.850 Construction contractor, musician and family man turned law merchant scholar, Cal Washington is the co founder of In Power. He found himself tangled in the legal system and was forced to learn the truth about how things are, rather than how things appeared or how things should be. Through his difficult journey, a path emerged. At the end of this path, he found himself on the other side, free of tyranny. This knowledge and experience came at a great cost, but also with a great blessing. Today, Cal is inspired to share that knowledge and experience with others so that what happened for one can happen for many. Cal, welcome to Here for the Truth. Cal 00:00:39.410 - 00:00:42.690 Oh, honored to be here. Thanks for inviting me. Joel 00:00:42.850 - 00:00:43.410 Absolutely. Cal 00:00:43.410 - 00:00:43.730 Man. Joel 00:00:43.810 - 00:00:47.730 First time we met, you were sitting in the front of a coach on the way to Confluence. Cal 00:00:48.050 - 00:00:53.250 Yeah, you had, you had all your kids in tow and. Joel 00:00:53.250 - 00:01:13.050 Yeah, that's it, man. You met, you met the whole tribe. It was a good time for sure. Hey, Kel, one way we always like to kick off these episodes with first time guests is we kind of want to dissect your personal hero's journey and kind of the major rites of passage and I guess the story that unfolded into, you know, the path you're on now. So wherever you feel called to begin on that, man, we'd love to dive in. Cal 00:01:13.930 - 00:02:21.990 Okay. Just a normal guy, really, you know, had a mortgage, went to church, had five kids, job, played the drums, you know, played sports. And then I went through a divorce, which is still pretty normal, but that's where I came headlong with the court. And, you know, the divorce turned into a child support thing and they were relentless. And even during the divorce, the court didn't seem like what I thought it was supposed to be. Thought it was supposed to be about truth and justice and stuff, and it wasn't. It was like there was something else going on in there and I couldn't put my finger on it. So, you know, one thing led to another. I did find out what was really going on. And it's that, what. It's that journey that kind of was the start. That's where my life really changed. Like, that's where. That's where know, everything went. It was going one way and now it's going another way. And it never really stopped. Yerasimos 00:02:22.230 - 00:02:23.510 When was this around? Cal 00:02:24.390 - 00:02:32.390 This was probably around just after 2000. So I think, I think my divorce started in 2001. So it's. Yeah, it's. It's a few years ago. Yerasimos 00:02:32.710 - 00:02:34.230 Yeah, a couple decades. Speaker D 00:02:34.310 - 00:02:34.790 Yeah. Joel 00:02:35.830 - 00:02:44.500 Let's kind of zoom in on that. It seems obviously the pivotal moment, like, what is it that you experienced during the divorce process that led to this kind of unfolding or unraveling. Cal 00:02:45.140 - 00:03:18.980 Well, I would be revealing, you know, truth. Revealing some of the lies that were told during that whole thing by. By just numerous people. And I don't want to get into all that, but it. They didn't seem to care. Like, it did. Like, it was just like, oh, whatever. Okay. It's almost like they were waiting for us to just finish talking because they had something else they needed to get done. Like, just. Okay, can we just get, you know. Yeah, you talk now. You talk? Do you talk? I don't care what either of you are saying. Like, I don't care. I just want to, like, can we get to the thing that. That I need to get to? Speaker D 00:03:19.460 - 00:03:19.900 Yeah. Cal 00:03:19.900 - 00:04:41.150 Well, that was the child support order. And what that is now, you know, after years of study. The child support order is a bill of exchange, and therefore it is money. So the whole thing's a huge industry. All of the orders are the money as they create them. As soon as the judge signs it, if it has dad to pay mom x amount of dollars every month, like certain dates and then a signature on it, it's a. It's a bill of exchange by definition. So if you added up all of the child support orders that are coming out of courts all around the world, or at least North America, it's. It's a massive amount of money by the time your kids are, you know, like Joel's age, his kids, all the way up till they're about. They're 19. I found out that there was a company that was. Was seemingly buying up all these things and then operating as child enforcement. So, like, it was called FMEP here MEP in Alberta, and they, they run under different names, but it's the same company behind the whole thing. Multi trillion dollar industry. Huge. Yeah. Joel 00:04:41.150 - 00:04:48.110 So breaking that down, like, how does, how does a company like that, how are they making profits off the. Off these child support orders? Cal 00:04:48.990 - 00:05:50.780 Because the orders are the money. So, like, they're negotiable instruments. So they're probably buying them at. At a percentage, say 40%. They run it as an asset on their books. And if you're in the banking sort of circles, that's all. That's all money to them. So if you're high up, high enough up the pyramid, all those child support monies are. All those child support orders are literally assets that you can turn into what we would call cash or at least be an asset in their bank accounts or what. However it all works. But that Is it's actually money according to their laws. So that's. That's when it dawned on me. Once I figured that out, I went, okay, now I know what. Why they were just ignoring me. They just wanted to get to that thing. Because once they've got those, like, they give the. The data copy, but they keep the original. The court has the original order, which is the money. Joel 00:05:53.740 - 00:05:56.940 The court sells these orders to third parties. Cal 00:05:58.240 - 00:06:31.200 I have no proof of it, but that's what it seems like was going. And I made accusations, and I got a lot of people, you know, hiding and running and, like, getting scared. So I'm like, okay, yeah, this is what's going on. So there was a company called Themis that was behind, like, it's the parent company or the company doing business as all these other child enforcement companies. So that act almost like they're government, but they're not. They're private. So it's. It's a big divorce industry. Speaker D 00:06:31.840 - 00:06:32.320 Wow. Yerasimos 00:06:33.200 - 00:06:35.360 I've never heard this before. So this is pretty wild. Cal 00:06:36.080 - 00:07:50.600 Yeah. So they are very strong with it. They're very organized, and they have the whole deadbeat dad moniker to paint anybody that. That speaks up against it. So all society thinks if the. If the. If this thing is chasing after you, that you're a deadbeat dad. Right. So it's really well organized and. And orchestrated and. And you have the society at large basically behind the whole premise of trying to get money from dads and giving it to their. To their kids. But that's the. The amount of actual deadbeat dads is probably under 3%. Most guys are just trying to get. Trying to make a living and see their kids really. And, you know, they just can't make it mathematically. It's not that they're trying to hold anything back from their kids. It's they. They. It's designed to. To make you fail unless you abandon your kids. If you abandon your kids, just stay with your mom and pay. It'll work. If you try to have your kids over to your house, you will end up failing. It's designed that way. What. What. What? In. Joel 00:07:50.680 - 00:07:55.800 In having the kids over to the house, that leads to greater failure rates. Cal 00:07:56.680 - 00:08:31.110 Well, what it. What happens is a lot of. A lot of marriages break down for financial reasons in the first place. That's usually a part of it. So now you have doubled up your living, doubled up your car, doubled up, like, everything doubles all your insurance. Yeah, everything now has doubled. And the dad has to pick up the original situation plus his new situation if he Tries to set up to have kids. If he just goes into a small apartment or a room or something and just pays for that and lives by himself, you can generally make it. Speaker D 00:08:31.190 - 00:08:31.750 Yeah. Joel 00:08:31.990 - 00:08:49.230 So, like, what's, what's the real solution here in. In your eyes? Like, obviously, divorce rates, I believe, are on, on the rise, and, you know, they're probably out of know what should be normal realm. What is your, what is your kind of solution or advice here for legitimate divorce and how someone navigates that appropriately? Cal 00:08:49.790 - 00:09:14.210 Stay out of the courts. You can get the courts to, you know, like, do the divorce. They have to actually stamp it, but you could. There's now companies out there that will do. You can just pay for your own divorce and stay out of that. The lawyer idea, because the lawyers are, are throwing gas on it. It's, it's, it's incredible what's happening. And here's something you, you got to understand about this. Speaker D 00:09:14.210 - 00:09:14.770 Yeah. Cal 00:09:15.010 - 00:10:03.060 When, when my divorce happened, I was in kind of in shock, and I went on a website called Dad's Divorce, and on the front page, on the, on the landing page, it said, if you're reading this, this is what just happened to you. Boom, boom, boom, boom. And I went, what is that? Here's the TV show she was watching. Here's the magazine she had. She started exercising. She was this age. Like, it was like, I hit every one of them. I went, okay, what's going on here? And. And they said, this is like 99 of all divorces are this exact scenario. So it's a, it's by design. There's something going on and the, and the media is a part of it. Yerasimos 00:10:03.540 - 00:10:06.420 So you're saying that, like, they're being. Joel 00:10:06.420 - 00:10:09.540 Programmed or there's like psychological priming. Cal 00:10:09.700 - 00:10:10.100 Yeah. Joel 00:10:10.100 - 00:10:12.500 For it. Can you, can you speak more into that? Cal 00:10:14.100 - 00:10:42.350 It's literally, you go, girl. You don't need that, man. You get certain friends. There were certain shows, like Oprah Winfrey was, Was top of the list. There was a magazine called Self. I saw those magazines in my house. And this was like, it's about me. I, I gotta have my, you know, and I'm not poo pooing anybody or I'm just saying this is what's going on. Speaker D 00:10:43.870 - 00:10:44.430 Yeah. Yerasimos 00:10:45.710 - 00:10:54.270 It's kind of the war on the genders and elements of feminism to a certain degree that aren't healthy. Wow. Cal 00:10:54.790 - 00:11:16.710 Yeah, exactly. So I talked to my friend about this. I said, and, you know, because he's, he's still married, and he goes, yeah, my wife was aware of this and she Actually consciously shunned it. She could see what was happening. She wouldn't watch those programs, she wouldn't engage in any of that kind of talk. So she was, she had enough self awareness to know that there was some programming going on. Joel 00:11:16.710 - 00:11:22.110 I'm sure, I'm sure back in the early 2000s, sex in the City was on the top of those lists as well. Cal 00:11:22.110 - 00:11:23.200 Yep, yep. Speaker D 00:11:23.600 - 00:11:24.160 Yeah. Yerasimos 00:11:24.400 - 00:11:52.480 So, so after you discovered this, like what was the next step in your journey around really diving deeper into the law because it's a pretty complicated subject that I think some people want to learn more about. But then they're like, where do I start? And then every, their mother it seems is like leading some workshop and has the answers to make you free. And it's like, it's like hard to decide like where to go. But like in your personal journey, what did that look like? Cal 00:11:53.180 - 00:12:18.940 Well, it, it, you know, at first I had a lawyer and then the lawyers, once they got our house, they worked together, got our house and dropped both of us. So we were now self litigating and so I started going on these sites and then I found a, like a, a few gurus out there like, like you were talking about. But back then there weren't that many around. Like it was, it was still pretty new this whole, you know, what you see now. Speaker D 00:12:19.350 - 00:12:19.670 Yeah. Cal 00:12:19.910 - 00:13:26.460 And so there was a few of them here in my city because this was a hotbed of it. So I said, you know, I started, went and study with some of these guys and went to, I found these meetings and all these, you know, what we would call truthers now. But I don't know what we were calling them back then, but they had these weekly meetings or monthly meetings and I'd go, and they were talking about the, you know, capitalized name and the birth certificate and I'm like, what is all this? Right. So I went through that whole thing and I tried all that in court and just got arrested and pepper sprayed and you know, spent a lot of time behind bars or in the back of a police car and, and like a lot and. But I kept going and kept learning. I had some, some success with some things, but most of it really didn't work. By the time I was doing it. They, the, the court and everything was on top of it. And then I went to a commerce thing and it was just the next guy I'm trying, like I'm just going to go, let's see what this guy's got. Right. Because I'll try anything to get free of this because just, just for the. Joel 00:13:26.460 - 00:13:28.459 Audience sake, Cal, this is in Canada, right? Cal 00:13:29.020 - 00:15:34.830 This is in Canada. Yeah. In Vancouver. Yeah. So, and, and like I said, the, the, the child support, they don't give up. Like, they, they are relentless. Like, they don't get out of your life. You can't. They, you know, they will garnish your wages, take your passport, take your driver's license. They, they like shut you down. And they have all this, this power, I think, because they're, they're buying the notes from the, from the, from the court. So they, you know, they get a lot of, you know, they help them quite a bit. But the judges did tell me, one judge was very frustrated and he kept telling her to be quiet. And then he looked at me, goes, they're collectors, just like any other collector. And I went, oh, so they're not really part of the government that, you know, they're really just a third party collector and they don't really have any standing in there at all. And so, but he was frustrated at what was going on because, you know, I wasn't giving up and they weren't giving up. And, and we were. And some of the stuff that I was saying because I would just blurt stuff out in court was really causing them a lot of problems, right? I was, I was a bit of a problem. So they always called my case last and all that stuff because I was just trying anything. So I find this guy, he's doing a com. Seminar on commerce about four hours from where I lived. And so we, we drove up there, spent the weekend. So let's try this guy's thing because I'm willing to try anything, right? I'm experimenting on my own stuff. We do the, the bond thing. Put a bond on a case that I already, already running for driving without insurance. And the judge ran out of the room. And that day was the day where it's, the tide was coming in and then the tide started going out. From that point on, I was still in it. Waves are still coming in. But my life really changed again at that point. Joel 00:15:35.470 - 00:15:44.590 Hey, Kel, what's happening inside you when you have just all this conviction? It's like, just go into the courts and try all this stuff. Like, what's, what's driving you at this point? Cal 00:15:45.470 - 00:16:03.710 What's driving me is my kids. You can't tell me how I'm gonna, you know, that I can't see my kids, or I can't do this or I can't do that. Like, I, I, no, you know, I wasn't a bad person. I'm not perfect or anything, but I wasn't. There was no abuser, like, nothing like that going on. It was just a divorce. Speaker D 00:16:03.870 - 00:16:04.430 Yeah. Cal 00:16:05.550 - 00:17:31.669 And for no apparent reason, really. And, you know, there was a few things, but I don't want to go, you know, dig all that up. But, but the main thing was my kids. I, I, I was going to see my kids no matter what. I was going to be a part of their lives. They were going to come to my house even if I was, you know, could barely feed them. And it was like that, you know. You know, I really couldn't do much with them. They're. The highlight of their weekend would be going to the dollar store and they would get two things. That's all the money I had. I mean, it was just really hard to work when you kept, you know, garnishees kept following you. And it's like, well, why would I come to work here when you're going to take all my money? Like, there's no point. It was really that bad. And I came in after, it was worse before me because there was a lot of guys that were committing suicide because of the, the absolute oppression of this system. So by the time I got there, they were, they were backing off a bit, but they still weren't really backing off and, but it wasn't as bad. Guys were being arrested at work. I knew a crane operator. He, they would come and arrest him at work. He's the crane operator. Just pull him right off the job, like, and shut the job down. And he, yeah, he put on Pink Floyd and, and checked out and. Because, like, he just couldn't live like that. Speaker D 00:17:32.709 - 00:17:33.269 Yeah. Cal 00:17:33.429 - 00:17:35.909 So it was, it's a pretty horrible thing what's going on. Joel 00:17:36.789 - 00:18:07.070 I mean, the reality is, it's like being a dad and raising a together family unit is like, hard enough, like, as it is then to like, separate that and basically double the load. As you're, as you're saying, it seems like an impossible feat. It seems like a mountain that would be incredibly difficult to kind of traverse. Yeah. It's kind of what's expected, you know, which is heavy, a heavy load. And, and the man's instinct is, I can do this, I can carry this, I can. And he's going to get crushed most of the time. Cal 00:18:07.070 - 00:18:47.110 Just, yeah, men, just buckle down. Okay. I'm just going to plow through this. But I, you know, because I was involved with it, I studied and there was a guy who did a full research thing on, on this divorce industry and In Canada, he said, he said that the tables for the child support, the amount is by design to get the dad away from the kids. Like I said, it's designed to make you live by yourself and pay. If you do that, you can, it's workable. You try to have your kids over. You have just doubled up your. What you had before. Yeah, I had five kids, so I had to have a three bedroom house. Joel 00:18:47.270 - 00:18:52.070 Let's, let's speak to the obvious real quick. Why would they want the dad away from the kids, Cal? Cal 00:18:52.550 - 00:19:46.490 Yeah, because usually, here's the thing, it's usually the, the age of that. What it said was the age was 35. So that's when a woman goes through like some changes. And that's what, that's, that generally that's when it happened. The kids are still young, under 10. And if you understand what the process of, of how, how a child is supposed to come up, the, the mum nurtures till about 10 or 11 and then the dad is supposed to take over. So they want the dads out. That makes, what happens is you end up with dysfunctional people in your society because they're not trained to. How do, how do I get out there and, and be in the world? You know, the nurturing part is over. So if you end up with a bunch of nurturing for forever, you end up with what we're seeing. Speaker D 00:19:46.810 - 00:19:47.290 Yeah. Joel 00:19:48.010 - 00:20:00.770 And then there's also, there's no, there's no defense to like the ideologies that they're driving in the schools, in the colleges. Like there's no masculine kind of there. That's like, oh, is that the truth? Is that correct? You know, there's no grounding force. Cal 00:20:01.250 - 00:20:02.530 Exactly. So that's what. Joel 00:20:02.530 - 00:20:04.370 Not that mom can't be a grounding force. Cal 00:20:04.690 - 00:20:40.990 Yeah, they're trying to get the dads out of the family. That's, that was, that's the goal. And here's the thing in Canada, he says it's such a fraud. He said that the, the parliament voted on the, on these tables, these, these money tables before they were published. She goes, look, they voted to pass it and here. And it, it got published about three weeks later. They didn't even read it. He goes, there's no way they read it because it wasn't, it didn't exist. So they're voting on something, passed it and didn't even know what it was. So, so it's pretty bad. Joel 00:20:41.310 - 00:20:49.550 Your continued journey of empowerment in the court system. So you have this moment, the judge is fleeing the courts. Tides are Turning a bit. What's, what's happening next? Speaker D 00:20:49.550 - 00:20:49.970 There's. Yerasimos 00:20:50.280 - 00:21:11.240 Yeah, and real quickly along with that too, Cal, like you said, you took a course on commerce. So if you can at some point, like, is this like a different jurisdiction that you're talking about? Like, there's commercial law, there's common law, etc. And so you got into the commercial element of it. And is that what Lex Mercatoria is? Cal 00:21:11.480 - 00:21:11.960 Yes. Yerasimos 00:21:12.440 - 00:21:12.920 Okay. Cal 00:21:12.920 - 00:21:42.000 Yeah. So I still didn't know about Lex Mercatoria or that term. I heard it, but they didn't really understand it and they hadn't really studied it because I, I kept studying after all this. So once I got into commerce, then things change because you can find out that the court is a business. And I had judges blurt that out that because they, they got very frustrated with the whole situation because they're, they're on like, they're sitting there, it's, it's their signature on these pieces of paper, right? Speaker D 00:21:42.000 - 00:21:42.360 Yeah. Joel 00:21:42.360 - 00:21:43.680 The skin in the game and this. Cal 00:21:43.680 - 00:22:03.180 And this guy is saying stuff that's making me like, ah, man, I, I, this could go really bad. And it's me, I got, I'm taking that they're on the phone to, you know, who knows who way up the food chain, but they're not, their names aren't on, on the thing. So the judges were not comfortable with what, where I was headed and is it. Yerasimos 00:22:03.180 - 00:22:13.060 They're not educated in this stuff at all. So when you're talking about this, are they kind of like, what. Or do they know and choose to do follow, obviously, the, the rule of their court? Cal 00:22:14.060 - 00:24:25.690 Most lawyers didn't know and most judges did, knew something about it. Some were very, very up to speed. Others were, you know, I know something about that, but I, I'm, you know, I'm just, you know, they're really afraid. Others knew exactly what I was talking about. So they do get an upgrade in some way. So, so by the time I, I'm kind of moving into commerce, you know, the, the judge running out of the room was the first thing. And I thought it was a coincidence. I thought he had, you know, a stomach problem. That's how he left. I just, and he just bolted. And everybody's looking around like, where did, where'd the judge go? And then he came back in later. And so I thought, you know, later on that night I went, I wonder if that had to do with, you know, this new thing that we're trying to. And so let's, let's do more of this and sure enough, got all kinds of behaviors out of judges on numerous cases. And then I went, okay, we're, we're hitting something here. I don't know what it is, but something's really bugging them. And that's when I dove in to try and figure out, like reverse engineer it, basically. So turns out the, all the countries are corporations, all the courts are corporations offering court services, not really courts. And once, once you understand that, then they are all subject to commercial law. But if you stay underneath them, then you're in their box. But once you rise above them and, and treat them like Walmart, see, if it was Walmart, Walmart wouldn't be able to go, yeah, we passed this, this, this thing, you know, our policy, and you have to, you have to shop here once a month. And yeah, we noticed you didn't shop here last month. So here's your ticket and you need to pay this ticket. You would go, like what? Yeah, well, guess what? The United States, Canada, Australia, all these places are just that. Joel 00:24:27.210 - 00:24:46.880 So, okay, so you're, you're, you're realizing that governments or corporate corporations, courts or corporations, and they're subject to commercial law. But then what is the, what is the law where they're held accountable if the law that you're engaging with is like a corporate front. So where, where is that level of law where they can be held accountable as corporations? Cal 00:24:47.600 - 00:25:42.740 Law Merchant, it's ancient. They, they actually fused it into the common law. In the 1700s, Lord Mansfield and, and Lord Coke, I think. So there was, there was these landmark cases where now Admiralty was put into the common law and Law Merchant was put into the common law. So a lot of people talk about Admiralty, but nobody talks about Law Merchant. And one of the biggest differences between Admiralty and Law Merchant, because they are very related. It has to do with, you know, shipping goods is the commercial instruments, these negotiable instruments, bills of exchange, promissory notes. Once you get into that, the game is like over. Now you are playing the proper game with the proper rules and you've got all the tools you need. And it, it's, that's when it's, you blow the doors off the thing. Yerasimos 00:25:43.300 - 00:25:50.290 When you say law Merchant, is that synonymous with commerce or is it, how does that play out? Cal 00:25:50.770 - 00:27:07.650 It's Lex. Yeah, it's Lex Mercatoria. It's old. It goes back at least to ancient Babylon, like the Hammurabi code. So Hammurabi code has commercial elements in it that are still used today. It comes from the merchant families. So this is A thing that's really important. The. It was a cast. You had to be born a merchant, like you were born a royal. It was. It was like that. The merchants had more money than the royals. They still do. The governments aren't running things. The merchants are the merchant families. You've heard of them, Rockefellers, Rothschilds, Dupont Windsors. It's. It's th. That those bloodlines. And bloodlines are. Are important. It goes way back into the time of Noah. These bloodlines. So the. These bloodlines were running all commerce. So like the Silk Road and all that. These are the merchants. They were like, we would call them wholesalers now, but they were kind of running almost all the commodities. Everything kind of ran through them, through these guilds and they had all these. These things set up. Very wealthy. Speaker D 00:27:07.650 - 00:27:07.890 They. Cal 00:27:07.890 - 00:27:43.780 They opened up most of the universities, museums, opera houses, like Patron of the Arts. They were. They were the. The money people. Kings and stuff borrowed from them because they had. They were running commerce. And so that whole system never went away. They just kind of went into the background and they put all these governments and they think, we think we're voting for something, but we're not. It's all run by. Through ownership. And. Yeah, once you. Once you understand something's a corporation, well, then it has owners, period. Speaker D 00:27:44.980 - 00:27:45.460 Yeah. Yerasimos 00:27:45.460 - 00:27:54.180 So when you're talking about jurisdictional hierarchy, where do they. Where do these different jurisdictions stand? Is like Lex Mercatoria at the top, and then it keeps going down. Cal 00:27:54.420 - 00:28:35.580 Yeah, for. For man's laws or like for the system's laws. Lex Mercatoria is the top. They don't have anything. Once you're there, they got nothing to trump you with. You've now moved into spiritual law and they lose every time. So. Because they're lying, cheating, stealing, killing, you know, all that. So Lex Mercatori is the highest form that they can still control us with, and that's why they don't want us knowing that it exists. Because it's quite easy, once you understand what's happened, to flip the tables on them. They're just. They were hoping nobody ever caught on, like, figured it out and. Speaker D 00:28:36.060 - 00:28:36.780 Oh, go. Cal 00:28:36.940 - 00:29:05.690 Yeah. And I did, you know, through, you know, trial and error, really. Not. Not that I'm the smartest person in the world, because I'm not. But it's literally trial and error. Like, why did they do that? And then. Look, look, don't try it again. Try it again. And you start to fall into these things and it became obvious what was happening and it's fully repeatable. You Go in with commercial instruments and the judges don't want to have anything to do with it. Like, not touching that. Yerasimos 00:29:05.930 - 00:29:24.080 So what happens? I know you said like, the judge ran out, but like, can you give other examples that you've used with certain things or people that you've worked with or people that, you know, like, so curious to like, see how this process plays out? Like, you're in court, you start, you know, presenting things that the judges are like, what the, and then what happens? Joel 00:29:24.080 - 00:29:29.080 Then what, what are the next levels of success and empowerment that you started having, experiencing with this? Cal 00:29:29.320 - 00:30:02.300 Well, I, I, I did 60 days in jail. They ended up owing me $300 million. And then I started helping my, when I got out, I started helping my cellmate. He was up on, on marijuana charges, two of them, one in provincial and one in Supreme Court. So I go, I go to his, his case the, the day before, and I, and I put a, an instrument in. The court goes, no, we're not, we're not taking that. I said, well, you know, the judge is going to want to know. It has nothing to do with you. I did this with the US Treasury. Joel 00:30:02.460 - 00:30:05.340 What does that, what does that mean? Sorry, man. What does that mean? Putting instruments in? Cal 00:30:05.980 - 00:30:23.440 I put a bond in. So bonding is part of admiralty and part of law merchant. So bonding is like insuring. Okay, so all cases are bonded, all lawyers are bonded, all judges are bonded. You have to have a, indemnification if you're operating in the public. Speaker D 00:30:23.600 - 00:30:24.320 Gotcha. Cal 00:30:25.200 - 00:30:43.920 So it's like your medical insurance or, you know, there's just so many of them. So it's, it's a little complicated. I'm, I'm leaving a lot of details out, but the results is, is what you really need to see. Otherwise all the details are just, it's just theoretical. Right? Speaker D 00:30:43.920 - 00:30:44.360 Yep. Cal 00:30:45.230 - 00:31:51.510 So I go, I, I, I said, you know, the judge is going to want to know that, that I've done this. It has nothing to do with you. Whether you see this or not. It's already done. Like, it's, it's, it's a happening thing outside of this place. She goes, well, I'll come, I'll come back. So she leaves her about 20 minutes and she goes, no, we're not taking it. I said, okay, fine, I'm just giving you notice. And I walked away. Next day, I go into court, I go up the stairs, Some guy comes running up to me, you know, are you here on the blah, blah, blah case? And I'm like, I don't know you and Like, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not giving you any answers about anything. He goes, are you here on the. Listen, I'm here to help, but I'm not giving you. I'm not talking to you. I don't know who even. Who know who you are. He goes, you know that thing you came in here yesterday with? That's bunk, you know, when he storms off, I'm like, oh, so you guys didn't take it well? How does this guy know about it? So we go in the courtroom. I see that guy. He's sitting at the front, on. In the galley, at the. At the front. I don't. Still don't know who he is. They bring my guy in. The judge steps down from the case, first thing. Speaker D 00:31:52.870 - 00:31:53.270 Wow. Cal 00:31:53.270 - 00:32:11.000 She goes, yeah, I'm gonna have to recuse myself because. Yeah. Turns out that the accused lawyer is my husband's partner. Now, she's seen this. This case has been before at least 10 times. Speaker D 00:32:11.560 - 00:32:12.040 Yeah. Cal 00:32:12.520 - 00:32:32.200 All of a sudden, she recognizes that. Oh, oh, yeah. You're my husband's partners. I shouldn't be on this case. Yeah. What were we thinking? So the next judge comes in, and he is fuming mad, coming in the room, like, spitting, like, just. He's in a rage. Speaker D 00:32:32.360 - 00:32:32.840 Yeah. Cal 00:32:34.490 - 00:32:42.090 And he just adjourns it. He says, I'm just standing this thing over just to adjourn it. He was losing his mind. Joel 00:32:42.410 - 00:32:48.050 They don't want to deal with hearts. Like, it's like. It's like a bad day at work that I just never want to arise kind of things, like. Speaker D 00:32:48.050 - 00:32:48.410 Yeah. Cal 00:32:48.650 - 00:32:50.410 He didn't want to have anything to do with it. Speaker D 00:32:50.410 - 00:32:50.890 Yeah. Cal 00:32:50.890 - 00:34:20.090 So that was the end of that. My. My guy phones me from jail. He goes, well, that was weird. You know, the judge stepping down. He goes, you know that guy that was sitting in the front? I said, yeah, he came and talked to me. He goes, that was my lawyer, and he fired me today. Or he stepped down from the case as well. Wow. Yeah. So the next time I go in, now, we've got this older judge, long beard, very calm, you know, very cool, and probably in his 70s or something. And my guy's sitting in the. In the glass cage, and I'm kind of behind him. He's kind of in the middle of the room, and they're asking him questions, and he looks back at me, and I'm going, yeah, no. Yeah, no. You know, answering for him. And he just blurts it out. So the judge goes, you keep looking back at that man, you know, in the back there. Would it be helpful if. If you guys could meet? And the prosecutor goes, oh, you can't. No, they can't meet. Blah, blah. And the judge. Are you telling me what I can and cannot do in my courtroom? No, your honor, there a place where they can meet? Well, they can meet down in cells where the lawyers talk through the glass. Okay, we're going to stand this down. You go down to the sheriff's office. You take him back down into cells, and they. They can talk and then we'll reconvene. So they wouldn't let me talk to them down there. Right. Sheriff's want to give us your number and we'll have them call you. I said, I'm not giving you my phone number. It's not happening. Well, that's all we got. I said, well, I don't care. So go back. Joel 00:34:20.090 - 00:34:23.810 They didn't follow the judge's orders in the sheriff's office. They didn't. They didn't let you communicate? Speaker D 00:34:23.810 - 00:34:24.090 Okay? Cal 00:34:24.090 - 00:35:18.790 Yep. I said, the judge. That's not what the judge said. He said I could. I could communicate through the glass. Well, we're not doing that. Okay? I don't care. So we go back up there. The judge goes, so did these fellows get to meet? No, your honor. He wouldn't give up a hand up again. Okay, they're going to meet him in. In here in the courtroom. And the prosecutors. Well, no, no, no. You know, that man might have a weapon or something. Sir, would you mind if the sheriff would search you? No. Okay, everybody out of the courtroom. Search that man. Sheriff, I want you standing at the front. Let him out of the glass thing. They can sit in the back, and they can have my courtroom as long as they want. And I don't want you listening to them. Everybody out and lock the door. Boom. That's my. Yeah. So what is this now? I've been in court for years, right? Yerasimos 00:35:19.110 - 00:35:20.550 VIP treatment, pal. Cal 00:35:21.110 - 00:36:24.770 Exactly. And so this is the type of thing I kept seeing. So in his other case, same thing. I walk into the. Walk into there. I missed. I missed the morning. And I got there around lunch. I had to work. And so I. I thought, well, maybe they haven't called this case yet. So I drove by there, and the freebie lawyer comes running up to me. He goes, where were you this morning? I'm like, I'm not obligated to be here. Just like, it's not my case. Well, we couldn't call the case unless you were here. I'm like, what? What? So you can See that? I'm getting these reactions from them and I don't fully understand it at the time, but it's like, what is that? Can you come and talk to the judge? I said, yeah. So we go into a courtroom, she's got a case running, people are, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah. And she goes, oh, she sees us at the back, she goes, oh, stop talking. Every, I'm standing this one down, I need to talk to that man right there. Like she literally stopped. Yerasimos 00:36:24.770 - 00:36:25.810 This is a new judge. Cal 00:36:25.890 - 00:36:38.200 Yeah. A whole different, whole different courtroom. He's on two charges in two different jurisdictions. Can you be here in the afternoon? Yes. Would two o' clock work for you? Yes. Yerasimos 00:36:39.880 - 00:36:41.560 Can you have a sandwich waiting for me? Cal 00:36:41.560 - 00:37:19.390 Yes. Just like that. So after you see, you know this a few times, you're going, okay, I'm on to something here. There's something going on. And then on, on tv, the, the attorney general here. Yeah, we gotta up the bonds on our hard working judges. And I went, oh, oh, so we're the bonds is what's, you know, you're feeling this. And the judges are all complaining because I'm out bonding them. Like I'm, I'm way out bonding them so their, their insurance won't cover what I'm, what I'm putting in my skin in the game is way higher. Yerasimos 00:37:20.750 - 00:37:33.440 And so the judge, the, I guess the older judge with the beard that you said that was like came in and was treating you so nicely. So he's realizing that he could be held liable or some. And that's why he obviously doesn't want to take that heat. Cal 00:37:33.600 - 00:37:42.240 Yep. So he is like going out of his way, rolling out the red carpet, whatever you want. I am not getting in your way, sir. Joel 00:37:43.840 - 00:37:46.160 So what, what was the outcome with your cellmate? Cal 00:37:47.200 - 00:38:12.810 The outcome of my case with your cellmates. Your cellmate's case, they ended up offering him a deal like where he could, they would drop everything if he would sign something along the lines of he wasn't fit to stand trial and he wouldn't do it. And I went, that's your out, dude. They're giving you the out. So, yeah, he ended up going, doing I think six months. Speaker D 00:38:13.130 - 00:38:13.770 Thank you. Cal 00:38:14.250 - 00:38:26.190 Yeah, he was sentenced to two years and I think he was out in four or six months or something. But in a, in a very open, more like a camp thing like they, they were really again trying not to. Speaker D 00:38:26.590 - 00:38:27.030 Yeah. Cal 00:38:27.030 - 00:38:27.950 Push on him too hard. Speaker D 00:38:27.950 - 00:38:28.750 Yeah. Yeah. Joel 00:38:29.550 - 00:38:36.910 Okay. So I guess how does deeper understanding and more coherence around what you are uncovering how does that progress from here? Cal 00:38:37.070 - 00:38:49.560 Like, well, I, I went after the 300 million that they owed me and that. That was a, you know, a couple of years of, know, trying different things, and they ignored it. Then we tried something real quickly, Cal. Yerasimos 00:38:49.640 - 00:38:57.720 Real quickly, because you just mentioned it. Obviously you planted that seed earlier. But, like, how, how do you. Where do you get the 300 million from? Because you mentioned it when you were in 60 days in jail, I think. Cal 00:38:57.960 - 00:39:22.370 Yeah. So I was arrested for driving without insurance, and I was held without bail because I kept doing these processes and not showing up to court because they couldn't answer my questions, like, where does your authority come from? Because it looks to me like you're a corporation. Here's your number. So who are you? Why are you saying that I have to do anything? Where, like, what contract do we have here? Yerasimos 00:39:22.530 - 00:39:25.170 Where do you find, like, oh, sorry, go. You keep going. Cal 00:39:25.170 - 00:40:49.130 Yeah, they're not the government. They're. They're acting like the government, especially the courts and all that. But you're not. It's. There's no chain of command. You're all under the queen because you're all doing oaths, but her oath is to the Bible. So again, you guys are breaking that law. So why do I have to come again? And so I wouldn't show up. And then it would be a warrant and, you know, just, just sort of, you know, staring contest. So they, they picked me up and held me for. They thought it was going to be a weekend. They got me on a long weekend. I'd. I'd only ever done nights in jail, like 24 hours or less numerous times. So they thought, well, let's put them in remand. Like, it's where you're, you know, you have to wear the uniform and it's, you know, you're in with murderers and all. Everybody waiting, awaiting trial for three days. So they picked me up on a Friday and I wouldn't appear till Tuesday because the long weekend. So they thought that would break me. It didn't. And now they're stuck because I'm not answering to the name, I'm not doing anything, I'm not signing anything. And they really had a hard time getting jurisdiction. That's why it took so long because 60 days every time I went in there, like, no, no, no, put them back, put them back. So, you know, they had to go. Joel 00:40:49.130 - 00:40:53.930 You were supposed to spend a weekend in jail, and you end up spending 60 days in jail because you wouldn't sign. Cal 00:40:53.930 - 00:40:56.960 Yep. Okay. Yeah, because I, it didn't scare me. You wouldn't comply? Speaker D 00:40:56.960 - 00:40:57.600 Yeah, no. Cal 00:40:57.840 - 00:44:59.180 Most people, once you're in, in that situation, you want to get out, you'll, you'll do anything. Well, I didn't. And so that's just the way it went. So now, now what do we do? Right, so they were kind of frantic and numerous judges, like it was a revolving judge seat and prosecutor even was revolving and, and, but the prosecutors that, that left would come and watch afterwards. They were always in the room. Like I had a lot of lawyers and all kinds of people watching my cases, very interested. So it was like a dog and pony show. I wouldn't answer to the name, they had to call me teeny, etc. Etc. And they tried to even extradite me to the United States. And that didn't work because I was born in Canada, you know, because the only ID I have is a US passport. And so they tried everything to get to, they didn't know what to do. And so they got the newest judge. She'd been a judge for three months. They got her to, from a different courtroom to take this case because nobody wanted it. Not like nobody wanted to touch it had 300 million on it. So what happened was once I was arrested, they wouldn't give me a phone call. And I had kids at home. Two of my daughters lived with me full time and I couldn't contact them. I was just gone. Like they arrested me at work. So a lawyer, I'd seen him around the courtrooms because I was in the courtrooms a lot and I'd seen this guy and I didn't know who he was, but he was always with the street people. But he wasn't a street person. Like he, he kind of dressed down, he wasn't wearing the suits and everything, but he, but he was, you know, dressed with clean clothes. He looked, yeah, just kind of a hip looking dude. And so they, they got me down in cells one time and they said, somebody wants to talk to you up, up at the, you know, where the lawyers talk. And I see it's this guy. I recognize him. I don't know who he is, but I've seen him before. And he goes, I'm a lawyer. And I'm like, well, we're almost done talking right now, you know. And he says, I was in your case today and, and I heard that you can't get a message to your daughters. He said, you know, I'd like to help with you with that if, if I can. I went, oh, okay. So I wouldn't give him my daughter's name. But I gave him my friend's name who was doing all this commerce and stuff with me. I said, phone him, tell him what's happened and he knows how to get a hold of my kids. Well now they, now my friends know that I'm in jail and so they do the habeas corpus and, and a 300 million dollar promissory note basically saying you're a corporate corporation, you're somehow making money off this case. Here's a whole pile that, that way more than you would could possibly be making. Let our guy go. And so they took the note because it was out of the file. So they accepted it. It's now it's got a qip number and everything. We're doing more research on it. But anyway they took the note and then they kept, but they kept me there. And then on the last day she tried to give me my time back on paper. She said, I'm giving you your sentence is one day in jail and 59 days credit because I was there for 60 days. So I said, well the credit has to equal the promissory note. And she goes, what promissory note? And I went, there was a promissory note put in. And you know, she goes, what? You know, so we're playing this game. I had to repeat things three times. So finally she admitted that it was there and then she asked me how much it was. So I said, you know, the, the, this credit you that you just gave me has to equal that. It has to balance, has to balance to zero. That's how accounting works. She goes, okay, how much was the promissory note? 300 million u. S. And I, like I said, all the lawyers and everybody were in the back behind me and I could hear them all like whoa, some are laughing, some are shocked somewhere. Joel 00:44:59.260 - 00:45:01.740 Just quickly, how was the 300 million quantified? Cal 00:45:02.590 - 00:45:05.070 Yeah, what do you mean quantified? Joel 00:45:05.070 - 00:45:09.150 Like how, where did that number come from? Was that you just saying this is what, this is what my time is worth? Cal 00:45:09.150 - 00:45:25.710 Yeah, well, it wasn't me. I didn't do it. It was, my friends put it, we were, we were taught at the time that 300 million is a good number because it doesn't topple the system. They can, they can integrate it quite well and it's enough money where they really pay attention. Speaker D 00:45:25.710 - 00:45:27.110 Gotcha. Yeah. Cal 00:45:27.110 - 00:48:29.800 So that's where that number comes from. I've done more and less than those that number, but that's what it was. So then we were from that Point on, once I got out, it was us trying to collect and they were just ignoring, ignoring like they always do until we did a, went to another seminar in New York, came back with more, a little bit more knowledge and some, and some pretty good templates. So we kind of went through the templates, altered it for Canada, combined a bunch of things and came up with this document. It took months. These things don't pop out of nowhere. And we looked up every word. We vowed that we were, we were going to understand this thing. So we, we looked up the words that we, you know, we spend a lot of time, every line, just reading it until we fully understood it. So I get it, I get it notarized at the US Consulate and I send it in and it just about blew the place up. The government guys were running. And then, so then we ended up escalating to the feds. The top guy in Canada stepped down. He's the clerk of the Privy Council. He's not, he's not elected, he's appointed. He's basically actually running it for, on behalf of the Queen. So he's the, He's a. The Privy council is like this secret, because privy means secret council that is kind of operating on behalf of the Queen or advising the queen or whatever it is. Right. But anyway, there's a secret group, so he's the head of that. He left on the day he got notice on final default notice. And he had done a press conference in the morning, didn't announce any kind of retirement. The mail came after the press conference around 10:30 or 11. By noon, he grabbed his pencils off his desk and said, I'm out of here. And it shocked everybody because this guy was an insider's insider. He had been with the, he was the, he had been previously the CEO of the bank of Canada, which is like the Federal Reserve. And he also had been director at the imf. So he's like, up, up, up, up, up guy. When we saw him step down, we went, whoa. We weren't expecting that at all. So we were like, kind of like somber. We're like, whoa, like, we just knocked down one of the giants, right? Like, this is, is serious. What, whatever we're doing, it's serious. That guy knows more about this than we do. And he, he left with no notice. It was all in all, you know, all the publications on the news and everything. And so that's when we knew, without a doubt and at least for me, that what I'm talking about is real. And nobody can say, oh, yeah, that's. Whatever, because I just seen too much. Speaker D 00:48:30.450 - 00:48:30.770 Yeah. Cal 00:48:30.850 - 00:49:25.090 And so then, moving forward, I am now, you know, at the place where I haven't collected the 300 million, but they are leaving me completely alone. And that's what I. What I wanted right through the divorce. Like, get out of my life. Leave me alone. Let me run my life and my kids the way I. I see fit. And so I was. I was done. I thought, man, I don't need the 300 million. I'm. I'm back to status quo. And, you know, yeah, this. By this time, you know, a lot of time has gone by, so the divorce isn't so, you know, stingy. You know, things have calmed down, and. And so I thought, yeah, I'm done. I'll just go back to work now. And there's no more garnishes. None of that stuff's happening. And then my friend Josh, who, you guys know, made the movie take back your powers. This is about 2, 2013. Joel 00:49:25.330 - 00:49:26.770 Shout out to Josh del Sol. Speaker D 00:49:27.250 - 00:49:27.650 Yeah. Cal 00:49:27.650 - 00:52:29.570 Yeah. And so actually, the guy who, who did the editing was also the guy who did the $300 million thing. So I introduced. Yeah, I introduced them. He goes, I got. I got all this stuff in the can, but I, I, you know, I. I can't find an editor. I said, I know an editor. And boom. So that's. That's how that came about. So anyway, he's showing the. The film, and it's all about the dangers of smart meters, but people are walking out of the movie theater all despondent, and we're all gonna die. And, you know, like, this is horrible. And, and he goes, well, there's no solution. And he was a. I met him around the time of the 300 million because it was in the newspaper and everything. And so he met me right at that. That point. And then we became friends after that. So he. He said, is, Cal. Is there anything you can do? And I said, well, I said, I don't know much about smart meters, but are they using notices like they do door hangers, or do they put notices on your. On your utility bill? He goes, yeah. I said, commerce, Lex, Mercatoria. I know exactly what they're doing. They're. They're putting out offers. We can counter this. But boom, boom, boom. By this time, I'm pretty adept. And so I took the, The. The document that we poured over for months on the 300 million, and I adapted that to the smart meter again. Took me a couple months to, you know, switch it over. And that became the notice of liability. So then he went. He said, there's about 20 people in Seattle that want to. Want to do this. Can you come down and talk? And I said, nah, man, you can just have the document fill it out. You know, it'll. It'll take care of itself. And he said, no, come down. Come down and talk. So I did. And the room kind of lit up like they were all. They all kind of got it. As I went through the document, I went, whoa, this is different. Because everybody's kind of asleep back then. So 20 of them did it. We got the same kind of results count. City councilor stepping down, mayor stepping down, city councilors not seeking reelect. So it's all happening again. And then one thing led to another. A woman in Detroit was getting sick. She was having symptoms, and she couldn't figure out what was going on. And then she realized it all started around the time they changed the meter on her house. So then she started studying. Maybe it's the meter. And sure enough, it was. So then she ended up finding out about Josh because of the movie. And we had just done Seattle. She says, well, come out to Detroit and. And do the talk there, too. So, boom, we flew out to Detroit and. And then I did one in Kelowna, which was back in Canada. So we had three cities doing it, two in the United States, and. And that's how Empower came about. It just n. Organically came about. We didn't. It wasn't really planned. Yerasimos 00:52:30.850 - 00:52:45.250 I feel like some of the best things are that way. You know, they don't. They don't. You're not sitting here, like, 10 years prior. Well, in 10 years, I'm going to start an organization in power. Like, the path is the path. You know, it's like things present themselves to you and you act or you don't. Cal 00:52:45.730 - 00:53:01.350 Oh, yeah. If you would ask me, you know, 15, 20 years ago, you'd be, you know, I'd be doing interviews with people. I'd be like, no, that's not me. I'm. I'm not that. You know, I don't gravitate towards that. Right. It's not. I'm used to it now, but I'm not that way. Speaker D 00:53:01.350 - 00:53:01.710 Right. Yerasimos 00:53:01.790 - 00:53:27.360 Hey, Cal. So these people are stepping down, but then are new people taking their place and. Because, like, the things that are causing the. The people to step down, they're like, cool, no one's messing with me anymore. Then the new people come in and they're hoping that no one else is going to do the same exact thing. Like, I'm just curious, like, is there just a revolving door of people stepping down and then being rehired? Like, what is the. What is. How do things look on the back, like the back of the house? Cal 00:53:29.120 - 00:54:25.810 Well, we. We had me. We had. Actually most of the. The people in Seattle kept their meters, I think, to this day, so in full saturation. They just stepped over them. So we've had that. We've had meters change back, and we've had a lot of meters where they just ignore it and push through. But the revolving door is only a revolving door until it isn't. So in Canada, they had a problem filling the role of the health minister, I think, in. In New Brunswick or Nova Scotia. And I went, aha. There's the. There's where it starts, where the words getting around. And nobody wants to step into that spot because it stays the. The document stays with the spot. You send to the next person coming in, they take over. Just like when you take over a business, you take all the debts and liabilities. And the. Joel 00:54:25.890 - 00:54:29.770 The potential suitor stepping up is aware that there's that document waiting for them. Cal 00:54:29.770 - 00:54:51.510 I guess they're starting to. They're starting to figure it out. Yeah. So in Seattle, the mayor, a new mayor, came in because the first one stepped down. We sent him the documents a month later after just becoming the mayor. I'm out too. So we saw that and. And so we thought, well, if we did this on mass, they wouldn't be able to keep up. Speaker D 00:54:51.830 - 00:54:52.390 Yeah. Cal 00:54:53.990 - 00:55:48.959 So if we had hundreds of thousands of people sending, they wouldn't be able to keep. They would run out of people, especially at the highest levels. Because if you're way up the food chain, you have to go through initiations. Like, they don't just. You don't just pop in there because you. You're gonna see too much. So you've got to be. You know what I'm saying? That you've got to go through some stuff where they have assurance that you're not gonna turn on them. Right. So you. You participate in all these rituals and all kinds of nasty stuff. So at the top levels, they don't. Those aren't. You can't replace those really quickly. They got to be. Have come up through the secret societies and all that. And then we got. Two years ago, on New Year's Eve, the Queen of Denmark stepped down. And that was the first royal, first bloodline that I've seen step down. Yerasimos 00:55:49.360 - 00:55:55.920 And how. How did that go about? Like, who sent. Like, did someone Directly send her a notice of liability. Cal 00:55:56.240 - 00:55:57.200 14 people. Speaker D 00:55:58.810 - 00:55:58.970 Really. Yerasimos 00:55:58.970 - 00:56:02.410 I think I remember the new story of the Queen of Denmark's or whatever. He's. Joel 00:56:03.050 - 00:56:07.210 I remember reading that she's Aussie, I think, now. The new. The queen, the current queen. Cal 00:56:08.090 - 00:56:09.530 Well, it's, it's her son, but. Joel 00:56:10.090 - 00:56:12.970 Yeah, that's right, yeah, yeah, he married an Aussie in. Cal 00:56:13.130 - 00:56:55.010 Yeah, that's right, that's right, that's right, yeah. So, but if you get the backstory from the people who live there, early 50s, right. She's been there a long time, almost the same time as Queen Elizabeth. And they said her mantra was, I will never abdicate the throne. It's something they heard all their lives. But she repeated it. I will be here until I pass away. I will never abdicate the throne. And then she goes on her new regular New Year's Eve thing and goes, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Oh, and by the way, I'm abdicating the throne. I'm, I'm out of here in two weeks. And everybody was just, what. Yerasimos 00:56:56.690 - 00:57:21.820 So I have this question. So these people are stepping down. You're sending these notice of liabilities. This is the queen, like, what if she ignored it? Like, she's like, I'm the queen, like, who's going to come and arrest me? Like, I'm just curious, like, how does this play out? Where the people in power that are at these upper levels are like, well, who's there to enforce this? Where these, you know, quote unquote normal people are sending these documents? Cal 00:57:22.620 - 00:57:44.140 Well, that's a really good question. And here's the answer. The bills of exchange that we're sending them, like I said at the beginning, are the money. So these are like the child support orders that they, the court's been writing, like just flipping them out of there every day. Well, guess what? We're now doing that. Yerasimos 00:57:46.310 - 00:57:48.710 So you're putting pressure on their financial life. Cal 00:57:50.230 - 00:58:30.990 We could, if we did a, like a public lien. But if we just hold the bills, they are money according to their rules, according to statutory and law merchant rules. So we're up to $38 billion U. S now with about 400, 400 people sending. If it was 4,000, add another zero to that. It was 40, 000 people sending. Add another zero to that. It was 400, 000 people. We are now competing with the US GDP like we're, we're, we're creating more money than the United States of America. Yerasimos 00:58:32.510 - 00:58:53.350 So, but, and again, excuse me if I'm not understanding this. So don't people, these people, like, unknow that you have bills of exchanges, but they're scared or what's, what's the. Like. I'm just trying to figure out what's happening when it's like, okay, what, we're not paying them out, who's going to arrest me? Like, I'm going to keep doing my thing and showing up to my job every day. That's what I don't understand. And I could just be just ignorant. Cal 00:58:53.350 - 01:00:46.050 Yeah. No, no, no. These are, these are perfect questions. So, and so what's happened, what's, what's came about again, just unfolded is we can bill continuously, we can literally bill all the money out of the current system with enough people doing this. And then what we're doing is we're issuing a crypto based on that so we can have a full, separate monetary system based on the old one, based on all the wealth of the old one is now on new pieces of paper and then now in. And then back into digital form. And their money goes to zero because we don't use it. Revelation 18 in the Bible talks about this. This is how Babylon falls. Their money goes to zero. If their money goes to zero, who is Bill G, who is Elon Musk, who is Donald Trump, who's Rockefeller? All those digits that they've amassed over hundreds or thousands of years, because these are old merchant families, goes to zero. And we have a separate system based on the old one. Like all the infrastructures here, it's just, what currency are we going to use? You want to keep using US Dollars or you want to use this, this other form that they've allowed in? Because they're trying to move to that as well, we can beat them to the door. And if people understand what's happened, that we're taking the wealth from the old system and giving it back to the people. We're not selling it, we're giving it back. Yerasimos 01:00:46.930 - 01:01:02.190 And how does one access that money? Like, let's say like you're, you're setting up a crypto and you have all this money that just there. Is it, is it hypothetical? Is it, is it real? Like, it's real actual. Anyways, I don't know if you know what I'm trying to say. Cal 01:01:02.670 - 01:01:59.610 The bills of exchange are real. They're actually 3D on. They're on paper, they're signed, there's ink, just like any other financial instrument. Just like a dollar bill, really, or $20 bill. It's just a form that we weren't taught In. If you were in. In a certain level, you were taught all this stuff, and that's how they, that's how they're getting rich. That has flipped on them. And so it takes an edge, you know, some education. You're asking the exact right questions. So we flipped that whole thing on them where now they're. Because they're using weapon. They're deploying weapons using commercial means. We can now build them for that because it's, it's an offer and ex. And offer. We get them into, Into a. An agreement, and then we can start building and we can build till our. Till we run out of paper or ink. That's what they do. They're. Joel 01:01:59.610 - 01:02:01.010 They're billing you for existing. Cal 01:02:02.130 - 01:02:39.590 Yeah, well, they bill you, but. But they run money like out of the. Just start up the presses, and then they lend it to the United States and then they want the United States to the corporation to tax the people to get that money back that they printed out of nothing, plus interest. That whole thing has flipped on them. Where now that we're the ones making the pieces of paper and if we all agree that this is now the. The currency in the world because it, it's. It makes sense for everybody concerned and there's nobody siphoning, you know, off the. Speaker D 01:02:39.590 - 01:02:39.870 Top. Cal 01:02:41.630 - 01:02:50.870 We can, we can literally have a parallel system that's not tied to theirs. They have no accounting of it. Speaker D 01:02:50.870 - 01:02:51.310 Yeah. Yerasimos 01:02:53.310 - 01:03:11.210 I was going to say. So, so is the goal to actually have all this money for the people, or is it through this process, the ultimate goal also is like, just don't with me. Let me live my life and do what I want to do. Cal 01:03:11.210 - 01:03:20.130 And, and you know, it starts with that because if, if they stop doing smart meters, vaccinations, spraying in the air, and the 5G, we're done. Speaker D 01:03:20.610 - 01:03:21.170 Yeah. Joel 01:03:21.490 - 01:03:21.850 So. Cal 01:03:21.850 - 01:04:23.340 But they keep, they keep going. They keep ignoring. Okay, if you're gonna keep ignoring, I'm just gonna keep billing you. And you're. And you. You think that nothing's going on, but we're up. You know, put it this way. It took. It took nine months to get our first billion. Just so you can see what the power of this. Nine months to get our first billion all together. The next billion took, I think, five months. Now we're past just under a month for a billion. Not quite three weeks. We will be three weeks a billion, then two weeks, then one week every three days, every day, every six hours, every three hours, every hour, every minute, every second. It's like the printing presses were sucking the wealth the way Mike Carnemoni puts it, we're sucking the wealth out of them. Yerasimos 01:04:23.830 - 01:04:25.990 This is like a Hollywood movie. Who's writing the script, Cal? Cal 01:04:26.390 - 01:04:30.390 It is, you know, but it's not. But it's not. Yerasimos 01:04:30.390 - 01:04:32.790 We can reverse the predictive programming. Let's go. Cal 01:04:33.190 - 01:04:51.680 Yes. It. We're using all the same things that they have done to us. We're literally. We're going to use the group mind, all that stuff. Everything is flipped on them. And. And the time has come where that wealth is going to. To. There's going to be the biggest wealth transfer ever. Joel 01:04:53.360 - 01:05:09.960 How do you. How do you live your life personally today? Like what? Like what. What level of engagement or compliance do you currently have with the government or with taxes or with whatever it might be? How do you go about your life today? Like, as an example, I don't file. Cal 01:05:09.960 - 01:05:27.380 Taxes, so therefore I don't pay. I don't have a driver's license. The only ID I have is a US Passport, like picture id. And then I have my birth certificate, because that's a trust indenture. Joel 01:05:28.020 - 01:05:38.100 Okay, so just for an example, like when, like the last time that you, I guess, maybe pulled over, like a traffic or a road offense and you didn't have a license, like, how did that kind of play out? Cal 01:05:40.260 - 01:05:52.300 Because that's a really good question, too. So the last time that I was in a car and pulled over, it was a liquor stop. We have a really strict liquor laws here in bc. Speaker D 01:05:52.300 - 01:05:52.700 Yeah. Cal 01:05:54.460 - 01:06:31.400 So, you know, they funneled and you can't get away. So, you know, I went, okay, whatever. Went. Didn't go into fear because the fear came up. And then I went, no, not going to fear. That's a key point. So I pull up to one guy and he goes. He shuffles me on to the next guy. I roll down the window, he goes, where were you tonight? I said, downtown. I was at a band practice and I'd had a couple beers. He didn't ask me that. And he said, look at my glasses. And then he shot a light across my eyes and he said, have a nice evening. Yerasimos 01:06:33.640 - 01:06:35.800 So not even, like, he didn't ask. Joel 01:06:35.800 - 01:06:36.600 You for your license? Cal 01:06:37.690 - 01:07:08.590 Ask for my license. Name? Nothing. The last time, like, with the mask thing, the last time that I even had any kind of almost an interaction with police in that fashion, I got off the train, I didn't have the mask, and there's signs everywhere, and there's two officers, you know, standing by the gate where I have to go out. I walk by them within elbowing distance, two of them, man and a woman didn't even make eye contact with me. It's like that they couldn't see me. Joel 01:07:10.670 - 01:07:12.670 Is your car registered and insured? Cal 01:07:13.630 - 01:07:19.390 No, the, I don't have a car. I was driving somebody else's car at that time. Speaker D 01:07:19.470 - 01:07:19.949 Okay. Cal 01:07:19.949 - 01:07:24.270 So they didn't run the plates or anything. This, that was all within seconds. Joel 01:07:24.270 - 01:07:33.880 So have you, have you, have you ever been in a situation like where, like you needed, where you quote unquote needed the license and you were asked to show the license that you didn't provide it? Cal 01:07:35.080 - 01:07:35.960 Not in years. Speaker D 01:07:36.120 - 01:07:36.760 Okay. Cal 01:07:37.880 - 01:08:05.390 What I'm, what I'm getting at is it's seems to me because it's happened about four or five times. The, it's, it's, it's. These are not the droids you're looking for, huh? I, it's like a re my reality. Their reality can't supersede my reality. It's like I have a bubble and, and it's like it just pushes through and they can't really interact anymore. That's what it feels like. Joel 01:08:06.350 - 01:08:06.870 Interesting. Cal 01:08:06.870 - 01:08:08.190 And I know that sounds woo woo. Yerasimos 01:08:08.190 - 01:08:11.550 No, no, I mean I, I, I, I get it to some degree, you. Cal 01:08:11.550 - 01:09:12.220 Know, it's, yeah, it's, it's, it's like that. So the last few times, the one time where I was talking to the, to the officer, you know, about mask, he saw me get on the train and he jumped on and then he, you know, came running up to where I was on the train and goes, where, where's your mask? I said, I have an exemption. And he just stared at me. I believe you. And I just stared at him. He goes, but others might, might not. And I'm like, still didn't answer. All I've said so far is I have an exemption. And he goes, and he already had his ticket book out and he's I'm not going to give you a ticket today. Puts it back, but you should carry a mask just in case, you know, another officer sees you. And by the way, you know, you might have to prove this in court that you have an exemption. Again, I don't answer. Just, you know, he says, have a nice day. I said, yeah, have a nice day. And I sat down with my son and we carried on on the train. Speaker D 01:09:12.300 - 01:09:13.500 Yeah, yeah. Joel 01:09:14.380 - 01:10:19.640 I, I fully obviously resonate and with the spiritual empowerment level of this. I don't know if we spoke about it when we met in person, but I received three separate fines from the Australian government breaching public health orders during COVID matters. And I Self defended myself in court and I won every single time. A couple of the occasions was literally like they just dropped the case and it was like, you know, we don't want any part of this kind of thing. There is, I've noticed in the truth fray, some pushback from, you know, I guess people of your caliber or of the this ilk that are like encouraging people to kind of come up against the government or leg legislation or whatever it might be and it might come across as woo, woo. And like some people are saying it's a little bit irrational, people are getting, you know, themselves into more trouble, et cetera. Where is that line for you? And do you have any kind of comments on that? Like, you know, people just going, yeah, oh, I'm a living man, I'm a living woman. I'm going to do whatever I want. Like where, where, where, where are you on that? Cal 01:10:20.390 - 01:10:33.590 Yeah, I, I don't, I don't promote any of that kind of, that, those kind of behaviors. You have to like for me to get to the point where, you know, I'm not having eye contact or there's something going on. Speaker D 01:10:33.670 - 01:10:34.230 Yeah. Cal 01:10:34.630 - 01:10:45.430 Because it happened in, in Toronto airport as well where I should have been searched and I walked right past them. So it's, it's that did. I didn't jump to that. Speaker D 01:10:45.760 - 01:10:46.040 Yeah. Cal 01:10:46.040 - 01:11:49.100 And I didn't even know that that was, that existed. I just kind of started observing like, hey, something's changed here and it's consistent. So, so what I, what we do at Empower is we teach the I Te, you know, we teach the principles and, and the history so you understand what it is that you're dealing with. And then you have to embody it. You have to, you have to be it. It's not pieces of paper and you put your name on, on the line and, and you know, that works to a certain degree, but for some of this, some of these things you've gotta, you gotta kind of be it, not pretend to be it or just say words. Right. I say very little words when I, if I talk to police, like very little. I'm not one of these. I got the right. Because the minute you do that, you get painted with a certain brush and, and things start to escalate. Speaker D 01:11:50.540 - 01:11:50.980 Yeah. Yerasimos 01:11:50.980 - 01:12:17.100 Plus it comes across like you talk about earlier about like you have this bubble. Like it comes across the man who speaks less like almost feels more powerful. And on the flip side, maybe there's something, whether it's unconscious or not coming up in the person. I don't, maybe I Don't want to mess with this person. You know, like, you exude something as opposed to, like, you said, oh, I'm gonna do this and I'm gonna be aggressive with you, and I'm smarter than you, and you're just a dumb cop. Cal 01:12:17.100 - 01:12:17.660 Yeah, yeah. Joel 01:12:17.660 - 01:12:40.500 And. But what you're speaking to your asmos is something that's, like, earned through lived experience, through going through the process, through dealing with all the emotions that come with confrontation and all the rest of it. Like, it's. It's an embodied lived experience. When you can present as that way. It's not like I read something online, I listened to a podcast, I watched a YouTube video. Now, the next time a police officer pulls me over, I'm gonna, you know, act in this way. Cal 01:12:41.660 - 01:13:30.090 Yeah, well, we teach that. We teach, like, don't do that. Do, like, embody this thing. I had a few people during COVID There was one guy, you know, he was putting video YouTubes up. And, you know, the. The YouTube's always ended with. Because he had a camera here. It always ended with the camera going on to the back of a police car. Like, every time, like, that's the black. And I said, dude, you're cut. You're the cause of that. No, no, no, no, no. I said, yeah, you are. I said, you. The fact that you're going with a camera means you're hoping to. You're expecting to film something, a confrontation. Don't do that. So he stopped doing that, and then all the behavior stopped. Speaker D 01:13:30.570 - 01:13:31.130 Mm. Cal 01:13:33.060 - 01:13:55.140 So it's. It's part of it. It's is us. And if you get. If you want to confront these guys and argue with them, they're going to argue back. But if you just. Yeshua was really good at this. Like, even at his as trial for to be crucified, he said very little and mostly was questions. He didn't defend himself. He just like, yeah, who do you say that I am? Speaker D 01:13:56.260 - 01:13:56.740 Yeah. Cal 01:13:57.300 - 01:13:58.260 What. What role? Joel 01:13:58.260 - 01:14:08.430 Because you mentioned revelation before and now, you know, Yeshua, what. What role does, like, biblical scripture intersect with law? Like, where. Where is that enmeshment? Cal 01:14:09.630 - 01:14:34.780 The. The main event. The main. Where you can see the contract is with the. With the King's oath. Two oaths in particular. The first one, because that they scramble to get it done as soon as there's a change. So within 72 hours, he was in a room with 178 movers and shakers, including the Lord Mayor of London, if you understand what that is. No, that's that square mile in. Speaker D 01:14:34.860 - 01:14:36.300 Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. Cal 01:14:37.260 - 01:15:05.320 The mayor of that is in that room with no notice. Queen dies on Thursday. He's in that room on Saturday. Dropped whatever he was doing. And they're all signing it as well. So 178 privy council are all there. When Elizabeth did it, it was within 24 hours and she was in Africa. Get on the plane, get back here. You got to do this oath. Joel 01:15:07.320 - 01:15:08.440 And what does that represent? Cal 01:15:09.720 - 01:17:42.850 The, the oath represents the Bible. Okay, so that's, they. They're the defender of the faith. So that's where the, that's where the main agreement is between the realms is, is the, is the 1611 King James Bible in particular. And it doesn't matter how incorrect it is or, you know, whether they. Things got changed, none of that matters. And, and they try and get people thinking like this. How I, how I put it is if they're swearing on a Dr. Seuss book, then we're talking about green eggs and ham, and I need to see some green eggs and ham. That's how you got to treat it. Don't get into the religious aspect of it. I mean, it's talking about God and Yeshua and, and that's all true, but look at it as a contract, because that's how they're looking at it. But you've got to hold them to that contract, not call the contract bunk. That doesn't work. Their oath is not bunk. It's real. And there's 178 people signing it, which is odd because it's not their oath. But why are you guys signing it? And so there it is right there. The Bible is the, is the main contract. And, and if you look at, when I started studying commerce, the principles of, of Lex Mercatoria were the, were biblical principles. One of them was copying the other. I don't, you know, because we're told so many things, but they are definitely saying the same thing in, in a different way. So words like redemption are commercial terms. So like the redeemer, kinsman, redeemer, that's, that has to do with properties going back to the original owner and all that. So all these terms are both in the Bible and in commerce. So there you can learn a lot from, from the Bible and you can hold them for about a third of the world, maybe even more, because the king is under oath to that Bible. If you bring forth the Bible with the right one, the 1611, he has, he's obligated, and anybody under oath to him is obligated. So there's the, there's the contract. So you can kind of hold them, you know, to, to that fire up before God. And that's the key to this. Because once God is brought into it as the ultimate judge, as if, you know, as a court case, and if we bring enough evidence up there, we can shut this thing down, he will, he will grant that order. He's looking to grant it. Speaker D 01:17:44.370 - 01:17:44.850 Yeah. Yerasimos 01:17:45.010 - 01:17:48.850 What's the ideal future, Cal? Like, what do you see happening? Cal 01:17:50.130 - 01:18:28.870 I see this thing coming apart and not being able to put back together. So the reset is coming. They know it. They're trying to position themselves so they have the same kind of positions on the other side of the reset, just like they did with the one we're in now. This one's coming to an end. This has been about 100 years, this particular at least portion of something. Because about 1933 is when they switched everything and now that's, it's not working anymore. So they're switching now to a different system. Similar system, but different, more digital. Yerasimos 01:18:29.270 - 01:18:32.550 When you say switch, do you mean like post depression? Like there is. Speaker D 01:18:32.710 - 01:18:33.270 Okay. Cal 01:18:33.750 - 01:19:46.510 If you follow the history of what ha. Of everything that happened, it has to do with these, these things called commercial instruments, negotiable instruments, promissory notes. Promissory notes were payable in gold. So the paper represented gold. And you could go and collect it from whoever the debtor was on there at any time and you could pass it to another person. They could go back to the. So that's, that's how it worked when they took the money, when they took those instruments off of gold. 1933, that changed everything. And now they, there's just paper, paper, paper, paper, paper and debt, debt, debt, debt. But there's nothing to, there's nothing to collect. Nowhere, nowhere to collect it. So it's, it's, it's gone completely bonkers. And, and of course a few families have gotten uber rich over the last hundred years. So that, that's, that's the system. But it can't continue because it's a debt based system and it's gotta, you've got to balance it somehow. You can't just keep going into debt forever. A three year old will be able to figure it out after, after a certain point. Speaker D 01:19:46.750 - 01:19:47.230 Yeah. Yerasimos 01:19:47.790 - 01:19:56.390 So let's say you have a lot of money in this current system. How do, how do you recommend someone protect it as we transition to whatever's. Cal 01:19:56.390 - 01:20:47.810 Coming, get it into something 3D, that's the, you know, gold, silver, real property, you know, business. Anything on paper is just, it's Literally paper with ink on it. Look at everything like that. It's, it's. It has value because we believe it has value. But certain things do have value. So, you know, gold and silver or, or even art or, you know, things. Cars, you know, houses, that kind of thing. Yeah, because everything else is. Can be turned to nothing really. Joel 01:20:49.730 - 01:20:51.090 What, what is money, Cal? Cal 01:20:52.450 - 01:21:50.450 Money right now is negotiable instruments. That's all there is. There's just pieces of paper with writing on them that says somebody owes somebody a certain amount on a certain date and a signature. That's all there is. And so, but that, that being said, once you understand this and you know that they turned you into a merchant with your birth certificate name, you can write these things. This is why we're writing bills of exchange based on these four harms. So we're not writing them out of nothing like they do. We're. There's an actual harm and we go through a process and, and get an agreement and all that. But, but at the end of the day, we could have. Could have just been writing these things because that's what they do. But we're actually doing it honorably so we can write our own money, and we're doing it all the time. We just don't know it and they're taking the value of it. Yerasimos 01:21:53.250 - 01:22:17.250 So a lot of people in this world, our little world talk about were owed $17 million or whatever. Like, even with the, the. I don't know what you call it. Was it the, the notes or the bills of exchange presented? Like, do you know people that are collecting like. Or is it not. No one's actually, no one's actually paying out or is there. Or are they? Cal 01:22:17.890 - 01:22:46.140 Well, there are, there. There are processes out there that are very complex and have to do with where you are as a, as a person more than anything else that are, that are working. That said, it's not, it's not taking the wealth out of the system. It's just literally redistributing it somewhat. But it doesn't, it's not, it's not getting rid of the system. Speaker D 01:22:46.700 - 01:22:47.180 Yeah. Cal 01:22:47.580 - 01:22:57.620 Yeah. So what we're doing is actually has the potential to start something new based on the, on the value that's already, that we already believe in. Yerasimos 01:22:58.180 - 01:23:15.980 You know, Cal, the stuff that you're into that we've talked about today, like, do you use this to not even put, like, like, can people use this to not pay property taxes, to, to not pay, like, liability, like, for utilities? I'm just curious, like, if you do. Cal 01:23:15.980 - 01:23:22.040 If you understand it, yes. But if you don't generally know. Speaker D 01:23:22.280 - 01:23:22.680 Yeah. Cal 01:23:22.680 - 01:25:08.450 And it's the same pieces of paper. That's the thing. You know, this is what I've seen over the years. It has to do with where you are as a man or woman. Yeah, there's something more going on here and whatever you do here, you think this is all that there is but there's another court case going on and you're being accused of this, that and everything else and that's standing there. So you've got to understand what's really going on here and, and make sure that you're as clean as possible. Nobody's 100 clean. You don't have to be, but you don't, you, you can't just ignore that other court case because you're losing by default there. Like if you have greed, that's set up there and God has to go. Yeah, yeah you're right. So yeah, it's not going to work. It's, it's kind of like that. It's, it has to do with where you are in your, in your personal journey. So that's the biggest part of this that we really need to understand who we are in here and move forward. Take our spot. Because they're taking it by default these, these half breed so called know elite families because we're not stepping forward but we have the prime position. We just don't, we're not aware of it. But it's right on page one in the Bible. We have dominion over land, sea and air, it says over the birds of the air, the fish of the sea and the, and everything that creeps upon the land. That's what the king swore to and they don't want us to know that. So if we come forward and we take this, there's nothing they can do about it. It's all by agreement. Yerasimos 01:25:09.570 - 01:25:17.810 So how do people learn more about this and also what you know, what do you offer? How can people support you? How can people get into everything you're talking about here? Cal 01:25:18.370 - 01:27:02.100 Well we have a membership site. It's 150 a year or 15amonth. You get the, you get the notices of liability on the four agendas. 5G smart meters, vaccinations and spraying in the air. And we're in about, I don't know, 15, 16 countries. And then you get all the teachings of like from Bible and, and, and law Merchant and they overlap a lot. Like this is what I'm saying. Like it's like when you see the principle here, it's like, oh, it's the same principle over there. Oh, wow, isn't that weird? And it's, it's keeps happening like that. So we do teach all the principles and then, then people, once, they sort of go, ah, they have that aha moment. And then they start to pay some bills that they're getting the results. And we don't teach any of that. We don't, we don't do any templates because like was said earlier, there's a lot of that going on here. You know, buy my pieces of paper, stick your name on it. And it's supposed to, you know, magic pieces of paper. They're not. So we just provide the, the principles of what an acceptance is so you understand what an acceptance is. Don't just write accepted for value. Like, what does that mean? What, what is it you're doing when you say that? It's not just the words. And then once you, once you grasp that. Okay, now I get it now you can hold your reality in, in it, you can create that, that bubble that I was talking about. Like, it, like your reality starts to go, no, this is real. Like, I understand this. And their reality can't infringe upon it. So that, that's how things start to work. Speaker D 01:27:02.980 - 01:27:03.340 Yeah. Cal 01:27:03.340 - 01:27:44.030 And if we were all doing this, we could change the world. We all understood this. We are way more powerful than we have been led to believe. But we've got to start believing the, the truth and understanding what, what's really going on and act like that it's our actions and, and we can change the world. It's. It's. We're so close. I can feel it. Like, I'm very excited about this time. I know there's going to be a big switch because that's how they do it. They do a, they do a. Knock buildings out in New York and then they. Now we've got the, the group mine and boom, boom, they start putting the, the information into it so we can do the same thing. Yerasimos 01:27:44.670 - 01:27:50.830 Yeah, I love, I love your optimism, especially in a sea of doom and gloom that we find very often. Cal 01:27:52.670 - 01:27:52.990 In. Yerasimos 01:27:52.990 - 01:28:01.550 Our world real quickly. Because I'm just curious, like, this process, how have people used it, let's say with, with vaccination? Cal 01:28:03.790 - 01:29:43.020 Well, it's. We. What we're. What it is is based on a conditional acceptance. We go, we see your offer because everything they did, like in Covid, you can really see it. They sold it. They had commercials hugging your grandma and they had the music, and that's all. That's all sales, like they're, they're selling a, an idea or a feeling. Go get your vaccination. And oh, yeah, it's just going to be so good. And so saying, we see. Yeah, we. And same thing with smart meters and the 5G like angles. Turn on the TV, you're going to see an ad for 5G. And ours is the fastest. Ours the. Oh, oh. And everybody's like, yeah, yeah, yeah, but it's a weapon. It's actually a weapon system. It's not an upgrade from 4G. They've switched and, and everybody thinks because they slowly boil this, the frog, 1g, 2g, 3g, 4g, 5g is a whole other animal. And, and it's for surveillance and kill grid, whatever you want to call it, like, it's got all. It's a weapon. So they sell this stuff. And so what we did is we go, okay, I see your offer in commerce. I will accept your offer if you can prove it safe. Well, try. Prove a weapon is safe. You can't because it's a weapon. It's designed to destroy stuff. And if you don't prove it safe to this level of, you know, to this, these criteria, then I'm going to char. And if you put it up in my vicinity, I'm going to charge you 20, 30, 40, $50,000 a day. Do we have a deal? Yerasimos 01:29:43.900 - 01:29:51.420 So let's say you have a child in public school and can you present a notice of liability to, like, the principal of the school? Cal 01:29:53.500 - 01:29:53.940 Yep. Yerasimos 01:29:53.940 - 01:29:57.340 That's requiring, like, the mandate for your child to receive education. Cal 01:29:58.750 - 01:30:31.640 We vet all your, your respondents. That one's a little, little weak. But for the principal of the school on the masks I just wrote, you know, on the day they had to have mass, I wrote, isaiah will not be wearing a mask. Reason, behavior. Because that's what I read in the, in the act, they had one word, behavior. So that's what I did. Behavior. Not any kind of behavior, just behavior. Never heard a word from them. And he went to school, never wore a mask. Yerasimos 01:30:32.760 - 01:30:34.600 So your reason was just behavior. Cal 01:30:34.760 - 01:30:57.750 Behavior, huh? Because in the act, see, everybody reads the headlines. We're taught to read the headlines. Headlines, headlines. We don't go into the details. But so if you actually read the act, because they always have the hyperlink in the date details, you just click on that and then actually read the actual. Here are the exemptions for kids at school. Behavior. Joel 01:30:57.910 - 01:31:24.210 Yeah, well, that's, that's kind of how I skirted my personal public health orders in the Australian government is because I read the act and it said that in order for the public health order to be valid, you must be personally handed the order and you must be personally biomedically tested by a medical officer. And none of this shit happened to me. And that's all I cited in the court. And they're like, okay, see, yeah, that's the thing. Cal 01:31:24.210 - 01:31:25.610 You educated yourself. Speaker D 01:31:25.690 - 01:31:26.250 Yeah. Cal 01:31:26.810 - 01:31:34.250 And then once you put that in front of them, the judge has to go, yeah, you're right. See, like, stop talking. I don't want everybody else to know about it. Speaker D 01:31:34.410 - 01:31:34.890 Yeah. Cal 01:31:35.130 - 01:31:51.370 Because it's all smoke and mirrors. It's all bluffing. It's like poker. And they, it's like Walmart says. Yeah, you got to do this, you got to do that. No, I don't. They leave the, they leave the, the remedy for you, but you got to go and search it. They don't put it out on the headline. Exactly. Go into the. Speaker D 01:31:51.460 - 01:31:52.020 Yeah, yeah. Joel 01:31:52.020 - 01:32:00.420 It's a game of pressure, force and coercion. And they bet on you not wanting to personally empower yourself by learning what you need to learn, you know? Cal 01:32:00.420 - 01:32:00.780 Yes. Speaker D 01:32:00.780 - 01:32:01.220 Yeah. Cal 01:32:01.300 - 01:32:11.220 Because everything, including food, is fast food. Give me the short version. Give me the quick, you know, how do I drive through? Yeah, give me the, give me the, you know. Speaker D 01:32:12.580 - 01:32:13.140 Yeah. Cal 01:32:13.300 - 01:32:16.900 What fits on my phone. That's what I, that's all I can deal with. Speaker D 01:32:17.240 - 01:32:18.040 Yeah. Yeah. Joel 01:32:18.120 - 01:32:47.870 And I mean, ultimately the call to action, as always, is to empower yourself. And this, this doesn't start at a high level. It starts on your micro reality. What's happening in front of you? Where are the areas where you're withdrawing your consciousness? Where is the cave that you fear to enter and like walk towards it? And this happens on levels as you move through and progress through life. But you have to start at a base level. Like, what are you avoiding now in your reality? Empower yourself, build the self esteem and move on to the next level, you know? Cal 01:32:48.430 - 01:33:21.520 Exactly. Don't hide from your own stuff. Like, like deal with it, move through it. Whatever, whatever you need to do, do it. Like, don't put it off. Don't. Yeah, sit and drink beer and watch football. You know, like, it's, it's okay to do that, but like, don't get distracted by all this, this nonsense. Like you, something is happening here and we need to figure out what our position is in here and do it. Because if we don't, we're losing by default. It's literally a default situation. Speaker D 01:33:21.680 - 01:33:22.960 Yep. Yeah. Joel 01:33:23.440 - 01:33:38.480 Cal, thank you so much for your time, man. It's been awesome. To actually begin to understand this, you know, in. In a deeper way. And it's awesome what you've achieved, man, and the way that you've empowered yourself and now empowering others. Do you have a final message for those listening here before we wrap this up? Cal 01:33:39.820 - 01:33:46.540 If you're here right now, you're here for a reason and you need to. You need to get engaged. Don't be distracted by the world. Speaker D 01:33:46.860 - 01:33:47.420 Yeah. Cal 01:33:47.580 - 01:34:00.780 Another thing, for those that want to join that are. That are watching us, we'll we. We have a discount of $50 off the first year, so it'll be a hundred dollars. So we'll put the link at the bottom of this. And those that wanna. Joel 01:34:00.940 - 01:34:05.740 Absolutely. And what's. What's that link for those that are just listening? We'll put it in the brief anyway. But what is the website? Cal 01:34:07.670 - 01:34:16.070 It will be Empower Movement. Org, and then there'll probably be a slash with your thing on it. Yeah. Speaker D 01:34:16.070 - 01:34:16.630 Awesome. Joel 01:34:17.270 - 01:34:22.710 All right, man, thank you so much. Everyone else, thank you for listening and we'll see you next time.
