Melissa Kupsch The Transformative Power & Suppressed History of Homeopathy

EPISODE 255 · MELISSA KUPSCH
The Transformative Power & Suppressed History of Homeopathy

Melissa Kupsch's sister spent six years in a loop — sex, UTI, hospital, oxygen mask, antibiotic drip, incontinence. Every medical intervention tried. Final prognosis: prophylactic antibiotics for life, no sex allowed. One 90-minute consult with a homeopath, one remedy (two drops under the tongue twice daily), and within three days her bladder tone returned. By eight weeks, the cycle was broken. She has a family now.

That's how Melissa met homeopathy — a 250-year-old system of vibrational medicine suppressed by the AMA, kept alive by Rockefeller's private physicians, and responsible for 1% mortality rates during Spanish flu while conventional hospitals lost 30%. This conversation unpacks the founding principles (like cures like), the historic data buried by medical suppression, the remedy-making process (one bee = infinite Apis), and why trauma doesn't need to be relived to be healed — only mirrored back to the body at the right frequency.

  • Six-year UTI cycle broken by one remedy Melissa's sister — 15 to 21 years old — hospitalized every few months with severe UTIs after sex. Oxygen mask, antibiotic drip, full-body response. Six years of every medical and naturopathic intervention. Final prognosis: prophylactic antibiotics for life, no sex. One 90-minute consult, one remedy (two drops twice daily), and within three days her bladder tone returned. By eight weeks, the cycle was broken. She has a family now.
  • Like cures like — homeopathy's founding principle Samuel Hahnemann, 1776, translating medical texts in a Romanian library. Discovers that Chinchona bark (malaria treatment) produces malaria symptoms in healthy people. The medicine that cures the symptom also causes it in a well person. Paracelsus: the difference between poison and cure is in the dose. Homeopathy dilutes and succusses until only frequency remains — pure energy, no toxicity.
  • AMA formed to suppress homeopathy By the early 1900s, homeopathy was par-on-par with allopathic medicine in the US. 22 prestigious universities taught it. The American Institute of Homeopathy formed first; the AMA followed three years later. Legal rule: any physician consulting with a homeopath loses their license — even if married to one. Rockefeller donated millions to universities with one condition: stop teaching homeopathy. He kept three private homeopaths for his own family.
  • Epidemic mortality — homeopathy vs. allopathy Spanish flu, cholera, scarlet fever — historic data from homeopathic hospitals vs. conventional. Homeopathic mortality: 1% or less. Conventional: 30%. The homeopath doesn't care whether it's virus, poisoning, or terrain — only symptoms. Match the frequency to the symptom pattern, the body responds, you live. Samuel Hahnemann has the only physician statue in Washington, DC. He's not even American.
  • The remedy doesn't suppress — it stimulates healing from within A dry cough turns wet within minutes of remedy administration. Warts simultaneously blacken and fall off after medarinum. Seven cold sores break out overnight after sulfur (and never return). The remedy mirrors the distortion in your field, your body recognizes it, and pushes the healing response. You're not reliving trauma — you're purging the energetic blueprint. Sympathy with the body, not suppression.
  • Trauma remedies — shock, violation, dissociation Aconite: sudden shock, panic attack, fright. For circumcision trauma, birth trauma, any moment of overwhelming fear. Staphysagria: violation — surgical wounds, episiotomy, abuse, suppressed rage, UTIs after feeling violated. Opium: dissociation after unbearable horror — combat veterans, severe abuse, general anesthetic that never fully releases. The lights are on, nobody's home. Give the remedy, they come back into their body.
  • Frequency doesn't expire One honeybee sacrificed 100 years ago = all the Apis remedy in every first aid kit worldwide. Water carries memory. Dilute and succuss 200 times, you've reached beyond Avogadro's number — no crude matter left, pure energy. Homeopathic pharmacies share the original stock, graft it endlessly. That's why pharma never captured it — no money in frequency. The medicine is cheap. The transformation is priceless.
  • Health = complete freedom to live your purpose Hahnemann 250 years ago: health is not just absence of disease or mental symptoms — it's the complete ability to use this vessel for God's will on earth. If fear of failure, fear of rejection, or suppressed rage blocks you from your path, you're not healthy. The gym addict who needs it to function is no freer than the person who needs a beer. Different crutches, same distortion. Vibrational alignment means waking up to synchronicities, peace, love, joy — and the natural desire to help others.

(3:09 - 3:19) It's been about, I think, 246 episodes since we've discussed homeopathy on Here For The Truth. So looking forward to diving in here for sure. Welcome to Here For The Truth, Melissa. (3:20 - 3:29) Thanks, guys. Who did you have on first to talk about it? Well, we had our friend Kaylee on to talk about homeopathy and human design. It was a bunch of different things we got into. (3:29 - 3:52) So yeah, it was a fun, good conversation for sure. Yeah, it was very, very early on, I think over three years ago. Um, one way we always like to kick off these conversations with a first time guest is we want to dive a little bit deeper into your personal hero's journey and some of the major rites of passage in your life and kind of what were those moments that led you down this path? Oh, for sure. (3:52 - 4:00) So it started with my sister being chronically sick. So she's one year younger than me. And so we grew up real close. (4:00 - 4:11) And when we get to about age 16, she's 15. She's figuring out this like loop. So pretty much if she had sex, she would get a UTI, so severe. (4:11 - 4:19) She would be in the hospital and she'd be on an antibiotic drip. She'd have an oxygen mask on. Like it wasn't your normal urinary tract infection. (4:19 - 4:30) It was like a full-on response of her body. And this was literally any time she had sex, it's like to hospital and she'd be having a week or two stay there. So it's like just going like every couple of months, hospital, hospital, hospital. (4:31 - 4:44) And this goes on for six years. So in that time, she's done every medical treatment you can imagine. So our dog, my dad is a GP in Australia, so a medical physician. (4:44 - 4:58) And so he'd gotten her all of the best care that conventional medicine can give. I was training to be a naturopath at the time. And so I'd done all of the more holistic things, taken her to the acupuncturist, done the herbs. (4:58 - 5:01) She was grounding. She was meditating. She had to quit her job by this point. (5:01 - 5:22) She's in her early twenties and her bladder had become so incontinent from all of this sort of treatment and still this just toxic cycle. So pretty much the doctor at the end of that is just like, look, really going forward from here, we've only got one solution. And it's really, you need to be on prophylactic antibiotics every day for the rest of your life and you cannot have sex. (5:23 - 5:31) Double whammy, just like, okay, right. And so that just wasn't good enough. It's just not a solution. (5:31 - 5:45) But there was just nothing else. And anyway, fate would have it that I had a lecturer at uni and he was actually my anatomy and physiology teacher, but he was also a homeopath. And he always used to slip in these little underhanded comments about how great homeopathy was. (5:45 - 5:51) And he would say to me, you'd be really great. You'd love it. And because I'd never heard of homeopathy, I fobbed it off for a very long time. (5:51 - 6:06) Cause I thought it was just some sort of like hippity-dippity, not full blown medicine when I realized eventually what it was. But yeah, one day he said to me about homeopathy and I was like, right, that's it. If you cure my sister's chronic condition, I'll change my degree over. (6:06 - 6:13) And he was like, right, when can she meet me? We meet in a coffee shop the next week. He takes her case. So like 19 minutes, he's deep diving with her. (6:13 - 6:24) And he's like, what are your sort of like most suppressed, you know, emotions and, you know, like little things. And she's like, oh, you know, nothing really. Cause you know, we're like 21 and we don't think we've got any issues. (6:25 - 6:32) And then he's like, yeah, okay. What are you like if you get cut off in traffic? And then we look at each other and we start laughing cause she's like real psycho with like road rage. And he's like, okay. (6:32 - 6:49) And he's like writing this stuff down. And I'm like, what on earth is he gathering this info for? What foods do you crave? You know, what's your relationship like with your parents? How well do you sleep? Is your body more hot or cold? Like such random questions for 90 minutes. He asks her at the end, he gives her this bottle of medicine. (6:50 - 6:55) He was like, right. I want you to take two drops under your tongue in the morning and in the evening going forward. And I'll see you in eight weeks. (6:55 - 7:06) I was like, what the hell? I'm like two drops under the tongue. Did he like not listen to how serious this condition is? Like she's hospitalized constantly. Anyway, she goes forward. (7:06 - 7:14) She does it. Within the first couple of days, it becomes obvious that something really profound is shifting in her body. She's having heaps of discharges coming out. (7:14 - 7:26) And by the third day, she's not bladder incontinent anymore. So up until that point, she had to go to the bathroom like every 20 minutes cause she just had no tone in the bladder. And then it gets to like three hours and she's like, oh my gosh, I haven't had to go to the toilet. (7:27 - 7:40) And it was things were really shifting. And then this emotional purge is coming and it's all of this suppressed anger. And essentially what happens, you know, when you find out with homeopathy and you guys would obviously understand but we have this human spirit. (7:40 - 7:52) If we've got wounds to our spirit, we've got mental, emotional trauma that can lodge into our field. It can disrupt the field and cause like a dis-ease state. And this is where our symptoms arise. (7:52 - 7:58) And it's just showing our body, you know, you're out of alignment. We've got to recalibrate things here. And that's what that remedy did for her. (7:58 - 8:02) So it purged it all out. It broke that cycle. She's got a family now. (8:02 - 8:25) She's thriving, you know, so it just completely turned that around. So that was mine first, you know, exposure to homeopathy's transformative powers. And then after that, you know, I was still kind of sus cause I just could not comprehend honestly how drops under the tongue could cause this full on, like whole body change. (8:25 - 8:42) So then I said to the guy, I'm like, well, okay, oh wait, now before I changed my degree, now you just got to treat me cause I just need to make sure that wasn't a fluke. And then anyway, he saw me, he took my case, sat in the same coffee shop, 90 minutes of random questions. He gives me a remedy called Sulfur. (8:43 - 9:03) Profound, what happened for me after. So I would say to him at that point, I'm really quite robust, you know, mentally, emotionally, like I'm pretty good but like try and find the right remedy for me. I was fascinated by this search from him to find the one remedy that really matches the patient's whole state. (9:03 - 9:24) So say I've got a book here, right? And you look in a homeopathic textbook. So this is one of our materia medicas and you go through here and it probably lists probably 200 maybe different remedies in detail. And what you are aiming for as a homeopath is to match up the distortion of energy in the person in front of you with the best remedy. (9:24 - 9:37) So for what homeopathy is, we're harnessing energy from nature, from all different sources. It could be a herb like a plant. It could be a mineral like sulfur, like arsenic, something like that. (9:38 - 10:04) It can even be like animal tissue, human tissue. It's everything vibrates at this unique, you know, sort of frequency. And when you expose the body to that unique frequency, if that specific frequency matches the distortion that's currently running in your body, it stimulates your field and it encourages your body to push back and heal itself. (10:04 - 10:18) So that's where homeopathy really comes to the front. It's this like cures like. If you've got an imbalance, mirror it up to your body so your body can see it and get back on track and push that healing out. (10:18 - 10:40) So yeah, he prescribed sulfur for me and I had all of that night, I had all of these cold sores come up onto my lips. I had seven break out on my lips and I told him in the consult, oh, historically I get a cold sore each month or every other month, but for sure in that time. And it could be triggered by like too much sun, like heaps of wind or stress, you know, random things. (10:41 - 10:56) And then to take that remedy and that night have all of these cold sores break out and I bump into him the next day at uni. And he's like, how are you going? I'm like, oh, well, I'm actually really sick, you know, and I had this full head cold and I was going home from uni because I'm like, I'm so sick. And he's like, oh, excellent. (10:56 - 11:01) The sulfur is working brilliantly. And I'm like, what? I'm like, you think this is related? And he's like, for sure. And he said, see all these cold sores. (11:01 - 11:07) He's like, don't use any creams, don't suppress it, let the body dump it. You know, just go along with it. I'm like, okay. (11:08 - 11:17) And the head cold, you know, that's just a detoxing symptom. The body's going to use mucus to push everything out. And I never had a cold sore again from that point. (11:17 - 11:25) And that was nearly 15 years ago. And I used to get them all the time. And so the power of this medicine, what I have seen, it's just outrageous. (11:26 - 11:48) And then working with patients, you know, it's just, it transforms people's lives. That's amazing. So is the goal to find a single remedy or do you use a collection depending on what's going on with the person? Okay, the great debate amongst homeopaths, right? So we've got the old school, the way that, you know, Samuel Hahnemann, who founded it back, you know, 250 plus years ago. (11:49 - 12:03) It really was one remedy only at a time back then. But then you find in his later years, he was working in a clinic in Paris. And when you go through his final case notes, you know, in the years before he died, he was doing dual prescriptions. (12:04 - 12:16) So what he was addressing was different sides of a case, but with two remedies at a time. Not a lot of people know that, you know, it's not necessarily public knowledge. So some people are a bit dogmatic about, no, it's got to be done this way. (12:16 - 12:46) I'm very open minded, having spoken to so many homeopaths around the world about what do you do? How do you practice? And looking at the results that they get. And the reality is people are doing all sorts of different things and all getting brilliant outcomes. But I think there is something to be said for this more layered approach these days, because our generation and our kids, we've got such different disease presentations to what Samuel Hahnemann was dealing with, you know, 250 years ago. (12:46 - 12:57) They didn't have the layers of vaccine damage. They didn't have levels of toxicity that we've got. So this, you know, yeah, the layered approach, I think is becoming a lot more popular. (12:57 - 13:53) So I do love still to find the simulamum, you know, that one remedy that sort of is the person's inherent sort of constitution, that it really matches their energy. But then happy to use these other layers at the same time to like chip away and just get the fastest, the most gentle as possible results and that true curative healing. And the thing with homeopathy is it's meant to be gentle, right? Sometimes things like having seven cold sores blow out onto your face that people like, well, that's not gentle, like what? But it's like what is necessary for your body to overcome what it's been stuck with? And some people have got so many layers of toxic suppression, emotional trauma that is so locked down that yeah, healing can be a pretty rocky wild road. (13:53 - 14:12) And so you want to hold the hand of a homeopath. But the remedies themselves, when they stimulate the vital force, they purge things out in a way that in my opinion, you're not reliving the trauma and the return of old symptoms. It's this classic sign in homeopathy that you're onto the right remedy, that you've found the one. (14:12 - 14:25) Because what you find is the body starts to express these old symptoms that it used to have. And you might not have seen these symptoms for like 10 or 20 years. And you're like, oh my God, like all my tonsils are like all swollen up overnight. (14:26 - 14:31) And it's like this person had Epstein-Barr, you know, back in the day. And they're like, oh my gosh, this fatigue. Yeah, I remember this. (14:32 - 14:39) Or men will say, oh, my neck. Yeah, I had this injury to my neck when I was like 18. And now this feels like really the same. (14:39 - 14:56) And it's that the body remembers all of the traumas, all of the injuries, whether it's emotional, whether it's physical, whether it's a toxic layer. And it can still many years later be stimulated to purge it and get rid of it. And yeah, as gentle as possible way. (14:56 - 15:03) Incredible. Yeah. OK, well, can we kind of dive into, I guess you've touched on about more of the origins of homeopathy. (15:03 - 15:32) How did this Samuel go about discovering this system and discovering these different elements of nature and their curative effects? So he was a medical physician and the guy was like probably savant, like next level intelligent, because he knew, I'm pretty sure it was like 11 different languages. And so he's just crazy smart. But when he's practicing medicine or he's watching it being practiced, he's like, what are we doing? This is so dangerous. (15:32 - 15:44) This is so deadly. And this is obviously the era of heroic medicine, bloodletting, leeches, a lot of mercury poisoning. What's the exact timeline? What's the timeline? 1776. (15:45 - 15:48) I think he's really putting he's putting it together. Wow. Yeah. (15:48 - 15:59) So it's a revolutionary time. For sure, for sure. And so Hahnemann, when he moves away from the conventional medicine of that era and he just says, right, that's it. (15:59 - 16:03) I'm just not going to do it anymore. I can't in good conscience. Practice this medicine. (16:04 - 16:23) So he then went into translating medical texts. So because he was so intelligent and he can do all of these different languages, he had the sort of benefit of seeing all of the medical discoveries around the world and being able to translate them. So like he's learning, he's immersed in the field of medicine. (16:23 - 16:35) So it's continuing on, even though he's not practicing as a doctor. And he's working in this library. So I'm pretty sure it's the richest man in Romania and his name was Baron von Bruckenfeld. (16:36 - 16:43) And I think he was a Lutheran and Hahnemann was a Lutheran. And I think back in those days, Lutherans looked after Lutherans. So he's like, yeah, right. (16:43 - 16:55) You can have a job in my library. So in this huge library, he is exposed to all of the alchemical texts of the day. So things that we wouldn't even, you know, dream of reading or knowing or understanding. (16:56 - 17:17) But things like Paracelsus's work on alchemy, even Isaac Newton, a lot of people know his work in physics, not that he did lots of stuff in alchemy. So Hahnemann gets the advantage of really reading what these great people were already working on. And to an extent, you could say that Paracelsus was a little bit, perhaps the first homeopath. (17:17 - 17:27) Like Hahnemann brought it together. He developed the methodology and fine-tuned it. But he had a bit of help, I would say, from some of the earlier pioneers. (17:27 - 17:49) So yeah, he's getting into that. And then one day he's doing these sort of experiments and he's, well, he's reading about malaria, the treatment of malaria. And what he's finding is that the Chinchona bark that they use to treat malaria actually produces the same symptoms that malaria would have in a sick person. (17:49 - 18:09) So say with that bark, if a healthy person starts eating it, what happens? You break out with the symptoms of malaria. And he's like, isn't that so weird that the medicine that cures the symptoms will also cause the symptoms in a healthy person? So he's piecing it together. Oh my gosh, like cures like. (18:10 - 18:30) And Paracelsus said, he's got some quote, and it's like, the difference between a poison or a cure is in the dose. So it's like the tiny, the homeopathic dose is minuscule. It's so diluted and succused to the point of it's really just pure energy. (18:31 - 18:45) But they each realised that something that could cause these symptoms could also cure it. So that's really where he's figuring it out. Then he starts to trial it, obviously on, mainly his family got volunteered, to be honest. (18:45 - 18:51) He's like, oh, kids come here. I got to try this medicine on you and see what symptoms start to break out. And then he's like documenting it all. (18:51 - 19:08) And then he starts to get a lot more friends and followers. And a lot of the medical physicians at the time, they would follow suit because once they saw what homeopathy could do, they're just like, oh my God, this is the Holy Grail. And there's some hilarious stories of some of the early adopters. (19:08 - 19:25) So there's this one guy, Constantine Herring, and he's sort of known for being the father of homeopathy, perhaps bringing it across the US. He was a real good, nice guy. But he was this teacher's pet, if you will, at their local university there in his medical degree. (19:25 - 19:43) And the head of the medical school said like this homeopathy is gaining traction and it's absolute like bollocks. Herring, we need you to go in there, learn what they're doing and just write an article and smash it apart, pretty much like let's obliterate this homeopathy once and for all. And so he's like, yeah, cool. (19:43 - 19:47) Goat is into it. And he's like researching. He's like, yep, it's unfathomable. (19:47 - 19:57) There's no way it can work and do what they're saying it does. But he's like curious and like watching on at the results. Anyway, at the same time in his medical school, he suffers a dissecting wound. (19:57 - 20:06) He like cuts really badly into his finger. And the allopaths at that time in his conventional school, they're like, we've got to amputate the finger. The infection is getting so bad. (20:06 - 20:12) You're going to lose like the finger for sure. We've got to amputate it. But then he goes to the homeopath and he's like, oh, my God, I've got this rotting finger. (20:13 - 20:26) What can I do? And they give him arsenic album, which is a homeopathic remedy we still use a lot today. And anyway, it cured his infection, saved his finger. And then he just becomes this fanatic for homeopathy. (20:27 - 20:44) So he goes from being the one who was meant to bash it to the one who's standing up on tables in pubs and saying, we found, you know, the solution. And he's like, you need to, he said, you need to pull yourself away from the grips of the cutthroats and the murderers. And he's referring to the conventional medicine, you know, paradigm back then. (20:45 - 21:04) So he was a big swing. But yes, so that's where it was going. And then it continued to rise in a lot of the epidemics back in the day, Spanish flu, if you will, whatever the issue is with those people getting sick, like whatever the belief someone has on why the people got sick. (21:05 - 21:29) The reality is they were sick with symptoms and the homeopath is not concerned necessarily with how or why. Is it just a poisoning or is it, you know, a virus? What we care about is the symptoms, because as long as we can match up the frequency to match your symptoms, your body will respond and you will live. And so if you look, there's a Western aid price article and it's beautifully written. (21:29 - 22:05) And it's all of the historic data from the homeopathic hospitals compared to the conventional hospitals in the time of all of these epidemics and the mortality rates. The comparison is just unbelievably in favour of homeopathic medicine, you know, where we might have had a 1% mortality or less and they've got 30% with these things going through and whether that's scarlet fever, Spanish flu, cholera, you can look through the historic data. So, you know, the homeopathic hospitals in this time, they're gaining so much traction, so much popularity. (22:05 - 22:14) You guys in the US, you've got a statue of Samuel Hahnemann in DC and it's this huge. I just visited it recently. I was like, oh my gosh, this is so amazing. (22:14 - 22:23) It's huge. And you think to yourself, there's only one medical physician who is honoured in Washington, DC with a statue. It's not some little thing. (22:24 - 22:34) It's this huge monument with like carvings and writing around the outside. And not only is he the only medical physician, he's not even American. The guy is German. (22:35 - 23:09) But that's how amazing homeopathy was at the time that even the presidents, they did this big opening ceremony, a dedication to him and all the work that he'd done to, you know, progress medicine in this way. So the elites were using it, but the AMA, the American Medical Association, was formed in response to the AIH, which was the homeopath started coming together. And really, it was like par on par sort of competition, right? And then they're realising, oh my gosh, like what a threat this really is. (23:09 - 23:20) And so they create their association after three years after the homeopaths had theirs. And they're like, right, we need to create something else. So the AMA is born and then come the more legalistic rules. (23:21 - 23:32) And it's, you cannot be, you cannot practise medicine if you're a medical physician and do homeopathy. You can't do that. So if you're going to do any homeopathy, you will lose your licence straight off the bat. (23:32 - 23:54) OK, but they even went so far as to make it an actual legal, well, it was more of an association thing that you would lose your medical licence if you were even consulting with a homeopath. If you got their opinion on one of your cases, you would be disbarred. And that was actually followed through it. (23:54 - 24:08) So you had some homeopaths who were married to conventional physicians. They were stripped of their licence. And I think it really- Just from being married to a homeopath? Yes, because they would say, you are like literally consorting. (24:08 - 24:23) Do you know what I mean? You can't. And they must have been so threatened because when a homeopath gets in there, they revolutionise the way that you view the body. You would never do what doctors do to the body if you really understood how it worked. (24:23 - 24:40) And so homeopaths were a real danger to have lurking around. And so then you have Rockefeller, of course, just sort of through his little donations to certain universities and saying, all right, here you go, a couple of million dollars, but you can't teach homeopathy here anymore. That's the only proviso. (24:41 - 24:58) These sorts of things. So at that time, homeopathy was taught in 22 of your most prestigious universities across the US. And it was very hard for them to actually bash homeopathy at the time because they would pay out professions like being a midwife, right? And they would sort of say they're unlearned. (24:58 - 25:09) They'd sort of put them down as like, oh, but you're not really medical physicians. But the problem with the homeopaths is that most of them were physicians. They all started as physicians and now they were homeopaths. (25:09 - 25:36) So they sort of stood, you know, on their own and yeah, that's really where it went. So Rockefeller himself, J.D., he had three private homeopaths that looked after his family and he famously said, homeopathy is a progressive and aggressive step in medicine. That's J.D. Rockefeller before he really realised the value of his petrochemical suppressive drugs. (25:37 - 25:55) So then the story changed a little bit and, you know, through his work, homeopathy suffered a little bit. But yeah, that's really the history of it. So it was really stumped down because you can imagine if you can stop it being taught in a lot of these places, then you stop, you know, the professionals graduating. (25:56 - 26:24) Ultimately, then people stop hearing about homeopathy and it gets to the point where a girl like me, who's in a college of natural medicine, like halfway through a naturopathic degree, and I've got a lecturer telling me about homeopathy and I'm like, what's that? You know, look how quick we slipped away from it. Do you know if Rockefeller still had his team of homeopaths, like even while he was pushing, you know, pharmaceuticals, etc.? For sure, for sure. They stayed with his family and it was three women. (26:24 - 26:47) That's another thing. I was just reading about it this morning that I find so beautiful is that the homeopaths saw the value of women as homeopaths in working in medicine and knew that they had a lot of intuitive and like empathic and like listening to people's stories, a lot of being a homeopath. Yes, you are a medical detective and you're trying to piece it together. (26:47 - 27:03) And yes, find that distortion of energy. But so much is listening to people and letting them tell you pretty much their secrets, you know, because a lot of the time that's what keeps people sick. It's the things that we don't want to say, the things that are really suppressed. (27:03 - 27:18) And I love that the homeopath brought the women in. So homeopathy has always been very favoured by women. And it took the AMA like years, like decades later before they started acknowledging and letting women come into the fold. (27:19 - 27:26) So I just think homeopathy was ahead of the game the whole time. And they just sort of keep following us. Yeah, that's fascinating. (27:27 - 28:11) So you've kind of touched on it again, but like back in the day, that was still the role of the homeopath, basically to be like a psychological archaeologist for someone and to try and uncover what the right remedy was like. Was there anything beyond that? Well, even today, when someone goes to homeopathy school and they learn to become a homeopath, like what are the core tenets that makes a homeopath? Yeah, so a lot of it comes down to you have to learn your remedies, right? You have to learn the Materia Medica because you need to know the profile of each of these medicines so that you recognise it in the patient when they come to you. So it's gotten easier these days because we have online repertory software. (28:11 - 28:31) So pretty much we all need to, and they did back in the day, we need to sit down with our patients and we need to get all of the intricate information, the stuff that doctors overlook. Like in Australia, your average appointment with a doctor per Medicare billing is seven minutes. From like come in and sit down to out. (28:31 - 29:05) Like what information can you gather in seven minutes, let alone prescribed to it? And so the homeopath needs like 90 minutes minimum to find out what exactly is your body doing? And so, yeah, every homeopath gets trained like in our course, for example, all of the case taking skills. So yeah, they were acting sort of like psychologists. They were looking at the mind and acknowledging that the mental state of the patient is so important to their physical wellbeing that suppressed emotions, will manifest as disease. (29:05 - 29:15) They just pieced it together in the most beautiful and I would say scientific way. There's not a lot of science, actually, with conventional medicine. Do you know what I mean? It's just this for that. (29:15 - 29:32) The depths of, you know, what they figured out as homeopaths in this Materia Medica, it's just profound. So you need to learn that. You need to learn how to turn your patient's symptoms into what we call rubrics. (29:32 - 29:46) So this is where in our books, right? Okay, sorry, I'll show you another book. But this one here is a repertory. So this is all of the symptoms that anyone could possibly ever come to you and say. (29:46 - 30:09) And in that it is catalogued and it's the most outrageous stuff. So you will find in there a rubric for ailments from divorce. So these are all of the frequencies that we have found in nature that have a special affinity for either children of divorce or of the parents, the individuals themselves who has gone through a divorce. (30:10 - 30:24) That sort of trauma, it brings up specific symptoms. And so there might be, say, 40 remedies listed under that where they just have a real affinity for that area. And a lot of them are grief, they're rejection. (30:24 - 30:40) They've got all of that essence that the people then can sometimes go forward in their life and create this vibrational pattern. So you've got ailments from divorce. You've got, I was looking at with my students last night, and there's one for the person who is like pathologically a clean freak in the house. (30:40 - 30:56) Like they have to have their house so neat and tidy and organised or they just cannot function. And so you look at the 20 remedies associated with that. And they're a lot of our most neurotic, you know, clean freak, sometimes gern, scared people. (30:56 - 31:22) And it's just all of these random things that you would think, why would a doctor want to know all of this? But it is all an indication of your energy, of your field. And it's when you're out of alignment. So if someone says to us, like, you know, I've got just so much rage, I don't, and this is the homeopath wants to know, not what you're like at your best, right? When you're all happy, having a good day, we don't care. (31:22 - 31:45) I want to know what are you like on your worst day? When you're your most out of balance and you've just been pushed so far, tell me what that looks like, because that will help me find the remedy that will really bring that distortion up and out. And it is like this alchemical process. If we imagine our body, it's like this big sort of vibrational energetic field. (31:46 - 32:02) This is the power of a remedy with these drops under the tongue to, it just can completely recalibrate that field. And because it recalibrates the field so quickly, the physical symptoms can change like that. The emotions can change so quickly. (32:03 - 32:19) So you're looking at, you know, it detoxes, it recalibrates the mind. It's all of it. So obviously as part of homeopathic curriculum as well, you do need to learn your share of anatomy and physiology, the medical terms, because you do need to understand the body. (32:19 - 32:28) Peter Berryman, who, so the lecturer who originally healed my sister and then did the appointment with me, healed my cold sores. His name is Peter Berryman. And now we teach our academy together. (32:29 - 32:35) So 15 years later, we are, yeah, rolling it out around the world. It's funny, actually. Yeah, you answered my next question. (32:35 - 32:47) I was going to be like, what happened to that guy that prescribed those remedies to you? Yeah. And it's funny because the woman who taught him his masters of homeopathy, she's in here too. So it's like she taught him, he taught me. (32:47 - 32:51) Now we're all doing it together. Three generations of homeopaths. That's incredible. (32:52 - 33:16) Yeah. So again, you kind of, you're preempting my questions, but there's a value in someone engaging with homeopathy, even if they aren't, quote unquote, experiencing symptoms or illness or sickness, like someone can turn to homeopathy simply as something that can heal, like deeper and greater stuff that they've been experiencing in their general history, rather than, oh, I've got a symptom. Let me go see a homeopath and just deal with this micro thing that's happening now. (33:16 - 33:50) My fantasy for the future would be that we get to a point where we can afford to have people come and see a homeopath, like a mandatory once a year checkup, because that would keep people on the right track. Then we're not waiting until they're diagnosed with the cancer or the Hashimoto's or whatever to try and backpedal. We're heading it off in the moment because these days, a lot of people, they might say, yeah, I don't have any diseases, but truly if you sit down with them, they got a lot of stuff going on. (33:50 - 34:34) They got a lot of trauma, a lot of fears, a lot of anxieties, all this stuff that's, you know, just sort of bubbling under the surface. The homeopath can address all of this before it manifests as the full blown pathology. So that would just be the beauty of it, right? Raise your kids with homeopathy and just know that when you go through life's trials and tribulations, which we all will, that's just inevitable, but it's the homeopathy that can help transmute that energy out so that what could have been a major life trauma that completely alters, you know, your vital force and then how you interact with the world for the rest of your life, it doesn't have to be the trauma that so many people are currently carrying. (34:35 - 34:50) It really can be lifted off. And I say that, and people have been through all sorts of horrors. If anyone's going to, you know, go and be a homeopath, you're going to hear, you know, the most devastating of stories that you can imagine. (34:50 - 35:02) I was so young when I started and I was so naive. I just did not think these sorts of things existed in the world. I didn't realise how many people grew up with parents not loving them or treating them well. (35:02 - 35:18) It's horrific, some of the things people have experienced. But even that, when they take the remedy that is needed for their vital force, yep, they might spend a week crying about it and purging it all. But there's this level of acceptance. (35:19 - 35:44) And to be honest, a lot of the time, gratitude for what they've been through, because they're finally on the other side of that energetic blueprint, no longer having that emotional or visceral response. And this might be people who've been in talk therapy, like seeing psychiatrists, psychologists for 20 plus years, and they're going over the trauma again and again. And it's like, sometimes I think it's just re-traumatising. (35:44 - 35:54) They're so stuck in that energy. They have one appointment with the homeopath, and it's like, oh my God, I'm a new person. I can think about that situation, this abuse from my childhood. (35:55 - 36:00) And I actually just don't feel anything anymore. It's like separated. So it's, yeah, a most beautiful thing. (36:00 - 36:11) So I think people seeing a homeopath, even when they're not unwell, is just so, so powerful. I would definitely do it with my kids, like their whole life. Yeah. (36:11 - 36:37) Well, it seems like finding the right remedy can change the trajectory of your life and your fate even, you know, the decisions that you might make if you didn't kind of get that energetic shift can be incredibly profound. It's, for me, it's so important that people understand it's not just like the medicine, right? It's not just this acute for colds and flus. It's not even just this thing for asthma, eczema, fertility, like all of the deeper chronic stuff. (36:38 - 37:00) It is a vibrational medicine to heal your whole spirit. And when you do that, you understand that human beings are these vibrational emitters and receivers, like this whole universe is vibrational. And so when we change our frequency that we're emitting, exactly as you said, Joel, we literally change fate, like what comes onto our path. (37:00 - 37:22) So I told this story at Confluence, but when I was studying homeopathy, we were learning about this remedy once, and it's called lycopodium. And the essence of it is that people have a fear of rejection, fear of failure. It's one of these remedies that comes under the divorce rubric, like ailments from divorce. (37:23 - 37:32) And as we were learning about it, I'm like, oh my gosh, like this is a vibe for me. I can like feel this. And so my parents in my life, my mum's been divorced four times. (37:32 - 37:38) My dad's been divorced twice. That's like six stacked against me. That's a lot of divorce to be privy to growing up. (37:38 - 37:43) It is a lot. And my parents are the most beautiful people ever. It's just they marry people instead of dating them, I think. (37:43 - 37:58) I don't know why. And so here I am studying homeopathy and I'm, what am I, like 22, 23, maybe. And I hadn't been in a relationship since my high school boyfriends. (37:58 - 38:08) I had a nice high school boyfriend, broke up. So like seven years, I'm completely single, but I don't want to be. Like I'm obsessed with the idea of I want to meet the person. (38:08 - 38:13) I want to settle down. I want to have kids. I would have had kids at 18 if I'd like met the right person. (38:13 - 38:36) That's like what I wanted so much. And I think a lot of the times people who really romanticise it, who really want that, they are sometimes kids of divorce who want what they didn't have, you know, despite having a beautiful family. Anyway, this half a logical mismatch of energies when it came to relationships, any person that I was interested in was like, yeah, nah. (38:36 - 38:52) And anyone, whenever they were interested in me, I was like, oh, no. And it was like, could not catch a break for seven years, just nonstop. And at the end of that, my mum sort of said to me, like there was this person in my life and he was like really interested. (38:52 - 39:02) And I was like, oh no. And my mum's like, I actually think now it's like a you thing, right? Like, cause it's not normal that you're like this. And I'm like, I actually agree. (39:02 - 39:30) I actually think. And so when I'm learning about like a podium and how these people will have commitment issues because they're scared of it sailing, they've got like a low self-confidence when it comes to commitment. And what if it goes wrong? What if I get rejected? And I really realised in that moment, this vibration that I had going on, my fear of divorce was so strong that it was blocking me from letting anyone into my life because divorce is painful. (39:30 - 39:37) Divorce can be messy. But it was so subconscious. So here I am on the surface and I'm thinking I'm like so ready. (39:38 - 39:53) And but the inside is like, hell no, like a real energetic block. Anyway, I took like a podium in that student clinic at my uni. And within like a couple of days, I'm walking around the lake that we're near where I work. (39:53 - 40:02) And I have this like full, just epiphany. You know, sometimes you have those moments and something just clicks in your brain. And I'm like, oh my gosh, yes, I've been doing this this whole time out of like these different fears. (40:03 - 40:08) Oh, well, I don't need to do that anymore. And it was like moving on from that. That night, started talking to my husband. (40:08 - 40:18) We actually went to the same school, but he was two years above me. Anyway, within nine months, pregnant with our first kid, within four years, we've got three kids. It's just like everything went so quickly. (40:18 - 40:42) But I fully believe that if I did not learn homeopathy, if I didn't have that vibrational budge out of the hole that I was in, my life might have looked very different. And I work with a lot of people and they've got these different energetic distortions. A lot of people, they've got them around money, right? They grew up around this poverty mentality and the family really didn't have enough. (40:42 - 40:54) And so it's a very subconscious lack. There's never enough to go around and they become like hoarders or they're so penny pinching and it's really stressful and all this stuff. And then, you know, you meet other people and they're real, you know, flippant, lapsy-daisy. (40:54 - 41:10) And you just see things always work out for them. And these different energy patterns, we've all got different things that we grew up with. But when you look through these books and you're like, oh my God, I didn't realise so many other people have these same thoughts and patterns. (41:10 - 41:25) And you realise that as human beings, as unique as we are, we're not as unique as we really think we are. Like a lot of people have the same patterns going on. People have the same people-pleasing tendencies, the same diseases that come from the same thought patterns. (41:26 - 41:30) And then you just realise, wow, I'm not stuck with this. I can actually heal it. Wow. (41:31 - 41:52) I want to ask a question. So earlier on, you mentioned, it's like really discovering what that match is for that person's constitutional blueprint. Over the course of someone's life, how many key remedies would be for them? Is that a fair question? Or is it more so it's just endless, so to speak? Yeah. (41:52 - 42:09) So again, controversy amongst homeopaths. Some believe that you have this one inherent constitution that is essentially you from the moment you're born until you die. And taking that remedy is like your elixir, right? Like that's your philosopher's stone that brings you back to base. (42:09 - 42:30) And I sort of do believe that having found my own, I'm like, yeah, look, this is just the energy that I am, that I always have been since I was a child until now. I can so see it. But there are layers that we have on our lives, I think put on by what we go through or toxic things that we do. (42:31 - 42:45) So different remedies come into play at different times throughout life to address situationally what you're going through, perhaps. So I'll give you an example. I took a Gardasil, so the HPV vaccine detox remedy. (42:46 - 42:57) I worked in fertility in my first five years of practice. I worked almost exclusively in fertility. And so I was making up a remedy one day for somebody who had had a Gardasil, you know, adverse reaction. (42:57 - 43:05) She'd almost hemorrhaged like straight after getting it. And a lot of people develop issues after that. And so I thought for you, I'm going to do a Gardasil detox. (43:05 - 43:24) So what we're doing in homeopathy is still like cures, like we're getting that element of the actual Gardasil vaccine. And in the homeopathic pharmacy, we are making it in the homeopathic process of dilute it, succuss it, dilute it, succuss it, dilute it, succuss it. And so water, and you guys know this, carries the memory. (43:24 - 43:47) Water has consciousness. When you put that Gardasil, a little bit of Gardasil vaccine in there, the water reacts to it, the molecular mimicry, it holds the memory of what that substance was. So in the homeopathic pharmacy, still, when you dilute it and you succuss it, yes, you're getting rid of all of the toxicity from the actual component, but you're keeping the energy, the memory of it in that water. (43:47 - 44:02) So you dilute it and succuss it, say a hundred times. And the average person, you know, who is logically thinking goes, you've diluted it a hundred times, that couldn't possibly do anything to the body. But the person who understands water and memory knows, yes, it has transferred across, it's been remembered. (44:02 - 44:18) And so while I was making up this Gardasil remedy to give to that patient, I thought, oh, I got that jab when I was at school. I'm going to take this detox remedy just in case, even though I didn't have any issues, I didn't have fertility issues, like as far as I knew, no issues whatsoever. So I just take that and I go on about my night. (44:18 - 44:30) The next morning I wake up and I'm pulling on my nightgown. I say to my husband, oh my gosh, I was like, my arm. I was like, I feel like I've just had a, and I'm like, oh my God, no. (44:30 - 44:35) I was like, I feel like I've just had a vaccine. I'm like, it's in this exact muscle. My arm is dead. (44:36 - 44:49) What on earth? And I was like, that couldn't possibly be. But I'm racking my brain to try and think what I could possibly have done the day before to pull the muscle in the exact like vaccine entry point. And I'm like dumbfounded. (44:49 - 45:01) And then I call my sister and I'm like, this has just happened. And she's like, yeah, don't you remember when we actually got those shots at school, how dead our arms were. We were like complaining about it to mom. (45:01 - 45:06) And I'm like, I don't remember that at all. And she's like, yeah, no, it was definitely, definitely happened. I'm like, oh. (45:06 - 45:17) And then I speak to this other man, Dr. Isaac Golden. Now he's an Australian homeopath, specialises in homeoprophylaxis and vaccine detox. And so I was speaking to him. (45:17 - 45:34) I was like, I just had this thing happen. Is this normal? He's like, especially with Gardasil, but like, yes, definitely. And I just was mind blown that this layer to my case, to my body, that that was 20 years ago, you know, that I had gotten that vaccine. (45:34 - 45:49) 20 years later, I took the energetic stimulation of it and my body then and my next cycle was completely thrown out. My skin, I had like pimples breaking out. It had completely triggered this big detox reaction and my arm was dead. (45:49 - 46:07) And so what that reminded me of is, you know, like they say, the body keeps the score. It doesn't get forgotten. Even from 20 years ago, it can be stuck in your vibrational craw and, you know, using it to clear these layers, I think we continue to elevate ourselves and our health. (46:07 - 46:34) And so I think these days as a homeopath, I'm much more inclined to believe that people are like onions, right? We've just got these different layers, depending on what we've done, what drugging we've done, what traumas we've experienced. And so I'm fine with people taking, you know, a series of remedies to get themselves, you know, symptom-free and like all of those chains broken. I don't just want someone who's not got a physical disease. (46:35 - 46:47) I want them to be thriving, right? So vibrationally in alignment that they wake up in the morning. It's like this is where you really know as a homeopath, you've done your job well because they start to get the full-blown synchronicities. Everything in their life is working out for them. (46:47 - 46:52) Better than ever before. So, you know, right? You're vibrationally pumping. Yeah. (46:53 - 47:20) A key discussion recently on this podcast has been the trauma of circumcision and some of the psychological fractures that can come along with that. Is there anything of that sort discussed in homeopathy or has anyone come across a key remedy that can kind of assist in that capacity? Yeah. So we definitely have remedies for people who are never well since a frightening or shocking experience. (47:21 - 47:33) So depending on, do kids go under general for that? I don't know whether they do go under general. I don't think it's general, no. And sometimes the procedure is done before probably even the anesthetic really takes, you know, takes hold. (47:34 - 47:53) So, and they weren't even using an anesthetic for a long time, but that's another conversation. Oh, gosh. So in terms of the fright, the trauma, the fear that somebody feels, if you were to map those people's lives, you would definitely find that they are more prone to certain issues, whether it's like panic, anxiety, fears, you know, these sorts of things. (47:54 - 48:16) And so as homeopaths, we absolutely would find the right remedies. Now we've got a couple, you know, say aconite, where it's like this sudden shock adrenaline, like it's the full blown manifestation of almost like a panic attack. It's one of the biggest remedies if someone's in the midst of a panic attack, aconite is one of the first remedies you're going to give them to just completely bring that down. (48:17 - 48:34) So a lot of those kids might be in an aconite state throughout life where they're really susceptible, you know, to those sorts of reactions and panic. But you also have other remedies when people have been violated. And this remedy Staphysagria is a brilliant one for post-surgery. (48:34 - 49:03) I prescribe it so many times for birth trauma because it's a woman when she's giving birth, right? She's in her most vulnerable state. And if she feels violated by like, sometimes it's a male doctor who like does something to her, cuts into her body, gives her an episiotomy, hurts her in any way, makes her feel humiliated or violated. After there's a very specific sort of disease pathology and symptoms that can start to show up in her body. (49:03 - 49:15) So UTIs is one of them. And this is why Staphysagria is such a brilliant remedy for a history of abuse. But it's brilliant in surgery because even when say, for example, it's a surgery that was needed. (49:15 - 49:31) Let's say it was a C-section that was absolutely needed or circumcision, no. But it's like the body feels violated. Even if the woman herself was willing to do something, the body can feel violated. (49:31 - 49:46) And that can absolutely manifest in distorted energy and physical symptoms, emotional symptoms, depression, anger, rage, suppressed, all of that. But the last one I'll tell you about is actually opium. So the homeopathic remedy made from opium is a brilliant remedy. (49:47 - 50:20) And people who have gone under a general anaesthetic, sometimes they never come back fully into their body. Same goes though, even outside of anaesthetic, if somebody has undergone an immensely shocking trauma and they're in it, right? Let's pretend it's like horrific sexual abuse or let's say a circumcision that's so painful, you're so scared. The human body and the human spirit, you actually have this potential to almost fragment off, almost like get out of body because it's too horrifying to stay here. (50:20 - 50:29) So it's like you can flip this switch. And in the opium state, the person can come back slightly zombified. You know, the lights are on, but nobody's home. (50:29 - 50:39) And they're not quite the same. They're talking and they're interacting in the world, but like they're not fully here anymore after that trauma. Some people, it can come and go. (50:40 - 50:57) They can get dissociated, you know, and that's where a lot of these, I think, identity disorders and dissociation come from. It's really, you've fragmented off in the midst of like immense trauma. The same goes for veterans who come back from war after all of the horrific, unimaginable stuff they've seen. (50:58 - 51:10) And, you know, the wives will say like, the lights are on, but nobody's home. He's not really here with me anymore. And it's like he had to adapt in order to cope with all of this heinous stuff that he was, you know, surrounded by. (51:10 - 51:38) He's fragmented off a little bit, but you give the homeopathic opium, they come back in, you know, the lights come back on. And there's physical, you know, stuff that goes on with these people too when they're in that state, like opium, for example, chronic constipation, like just such bad constipation. And it's kind of funny that the patients are like that, right? Because if you ingest opium, you know, like even codeine, these are notorious for making people constipated because when you take the drug, that's what it causes. (51:38 - 51:55) So when the person has these drugged out sort of symptoms, give the homeopathic version, you bring them back to life. So, yeah, definitely, if people have issues post a surgery, post a trauma like circumcision, for sure you can use homeopathy. Cool. (51:56 - 52:13) I wanted to circle back a little bit. Your dad as like a GP, what was his initial kind of reaction when you wanted to go more of a natural path some kind of pushback or discussion there, perhaps? Yeah, yeah. He's funny, my dad. (52:13 - 52:23) So we were driving when I told him and this is when I said, Dad, I think I'm going to be a naturopath. And he like slows down the car and like pulls over and he jokes. He's like, all right, get out, get out. (52:23 - 52:53) And like we laugh, but he, he's a pretty wholesome doctor as far as doctors go. So in his fantasy world, he would spend his time talking to them about like diet nutrition, because he works in a really low socioeconomic area where 99% probably of their disease and illness is all from being obese and the way that they're feeding and stuff like that. So he's more into getting to the roots of it, but they're constrained in what they're able to do. (52:53 - 53:13) You know, in Australia as doctors, they, you know, have to be mindful, you know, to, they'll get flagged if they're not pumping out enough prescriptions, they get flagged of what are you doing? You know, over here this year, it doesn't look like you're practicing medicine or you're spending too much time with your patients. That's something people get drilled for in Australia. So it's a ridiculous system. (53:14 - 53:28) But yeah, so dad's pretty wholesome. Yeah, comes from a very medical family. So my dad and my uncle are both, I would say they're both on the spectrum and they have like photographic memories. (53:28 - 53:41) So very, very intelligent and, you know, learning medicine was easy for them. My uncle, my dad's brother, he actually developed a lot of the snake anti-venoms that we have in Australia. So now you get bitten by a brown in Australia. (53:42 - 53:51) Oh my God, I found it so funny in America when they just think everything is so deadly in Australia. I was like, oh, would you come up to Australia? And they're like, no. It's ridiculous. (53:51 - 54:10) The conversations I have with people over here, it's like, it's like, it's just like animal planet is what they, it's their only perception of Australia. Like there's crocodiles walking down like urban suburbs. I spent, I've told this story before, but I spent my junior year university, this was in 2001, studying abroad in Sydney, Australia. (54:10 - 54:26) So we're looking at 24 years ago. And when I told people I would be going to Australia to study here, everyone pretty much thought that Australia was crocodile Dundee. Like that everywhere in Australia, I'm like, I'm going to a city, like it's called Sydney. (54:26 - 54:36) Like, and there aren't going to be tarantulas and kangaroo and alligators. You know, it was pretty ridiculous. Like you can't go swimming. (54:36 - 54:45) You're going to be eaten by a shark. For sure. Which, you know, what I find funny is that when we were in Florida recently, we were driving, we were staying in this like estate. (54:45 - 54:57) It was like a gated community and we'd landed in Florida pretty late. So we're like driving into this like place and we've got like a convoy of the cars that are coming with us. And where my husband pulls up, he's like, what the F? We get out. (54:58 - 55:09) It's a little alligator in the middle of the road. It's been run over. What the hell? You would never find that in Australia, in suburbia, an alligator on the middle of the road. (55:09 - 55:27) We're like, where the hell are we? And then people joke, they say that Orlando, or they say Florida is like, you know, the Australia of the US. I'm like, are you guys are wild here? What's the remedy for it? What's the remedy for ignorance? Take this and you'll ask any more stupid questions. Thank you. (55:29 - 55:51) I love it. Can you go? I know you mentioned it a little bit before, but like, what is the entire process of creating a remedy? Like you just go out and source, hey, let me get that HPV vaccine and just pop it in a thing. Like what's the method? So they do in the homeopathic pharmacies, they need to get the original constituents. (55:51 - 56:05) So they, whether it's a plant, right? So we've got the remedy belladonna. So they'd go out and they'd actually harvest the part of the belladonna. They'd take it back to the pharmacy and then they triturate it, you know, so you're mashing it up and you're adding in your alcohol. (56:05 - 56:24) So alcohol acts as a preservative for the frequency. And it's that, you know, you can put your remedies in water and the frequency will disperse all throughout the water. But the problem with water is it's prone to, you know, bacterial and other things that can come in over time and it can warp, you know, the frequency. (56:24 - 56:44) So we've got to be careful to make sure that we preserve them correctly. But it's not that you've got people in every pharmacy, you know, getting all of these Gardasil shots and, you know, making up fresh ones all the time. The thing about frequency is the way that it carries across and it can be grafted many hundreds of times. (56:44 - 57:10) And so the pharmacies around the world are often sharing the same original remedy that was made, the stock, and then they can disseminate it to all of the other pharmacies and then they're disseminating it to patients. So this is why probably pharma's never been interested in trying to, you know, manipulate homeopathy. There's not much money in the actual medicines because frequency travels across so amazingly. (57:11 - 57:36) So our medicines are very, very cheap. So, yeah, the process, right, even Arnica, most people know Arnica, it's like you're getting some of that plant, Arnica montana, triturating it, adding in your alcohol, then diluting it and succussing it, diluting and succussing it, diluting and succussing it. Now, depending on how much you dilute and succuss, depends how, you know, what the strength of it is. (57:36 - 57:48) As homeopaths, we use all different strengths of that frequency. Some are really high, which means like lots of dilutions and succussions. Some are more closer to the crude dose. (57:48 - 58:00) So you might just do it six times and then you've got this remedy here. You choose your frequency based off the symptoms in front of you. So you're going to still be trying to match it perfectly to the patient. (58:00 - 58:15) But yeah, that's the process. And so say, for example, even our remedy Apis, it's actually made from the sting of a honeybee. And, you know, when you get stung by a bee, what happens, right? You get this swelling, you get like edema. (58:15 - 58:39) It's like red, it's hot, it's inflamed and it usually burns and stings a bit. What's interesting is when you've made that into a homeopathic remedy, you can give that remedy to anybody with red, swollen, inflamed symptoms anywhere, whether it's that they've broken out in hives from head to toe from eating something they're allergic to. You give them Apis and you will just watch that completely dissolve in front of your eyes. (58:40 - 58:57) And it's not that we're out there mashing up, you know, hundreds of honeybees and like mutilating these poor things. It's like one bee was sacrificed to make all of the Apis that exists in the world in all the first aid kits on all of the shelves. That's how far frequency can travel. (58:57 - 59:11) So it could be a bee from like 100 years ago and everyone's using the same thing. Yes, I know. It's outrageous, right? Some of the remedies, the sources we still have from hundreds of years ago because frequency doesn't really expire. (59:11 - 59:20) They dug up some of the homeopaths back in the day. They would have a suitcase of remedies and they would do house calls. And so they would take their kit with them. (59:20 - 59:25) And it's these gorgeous, like leather bound, like briefcases. You open it up. They've tested the remedies to this day. (59:26 - 59:36) They were not exposed to light, oxygen. They're still active like 100 years later. Imelos, I'm curious because you mentioned before about like, oh, you're swollen and you take this remedy and it goes down. (59:36 - 1:00:08) So is it speeding up the healing process or is there any potential for like interrupting a natural process? Because I know we talk about that a lot with supplements, quote unquote, like that. It's like, well, let the body just do its thing. Yeah, and so this is something I'm really passionate about because I'm not a fan of all natural medicine and definitely not all like therapeutic techniques because what we need to understand is, are we acting in sympathy with the body, which is homeopathy? It is triggering and bolstering your own healing response from within. (1:00:09 - 1:00:38) Homeopathy does not have the power to suppress because it can only stimulate your own energetic force and your own energetic force only knows how to heal. So I would wager that really it's just that healing from within and it speeds up the process. But this is why I always say to people, you know, you can take a homeopathic remedy for a cough, right? But if your cough doesn't disappear like that, your cough is an appropriate immune response. (1:00:39 - 1:00:49) That is your body trying to get any toxic debris, any phlegm up out of your body. So what's fascinating, you know, you take a homeopathic cough remedy. I have a cough blend in my first aid kit. (1:00:49 - 1:01:00) And the first time that I actually tried it, my husband and I, we were in the caravan with our three kids and our youngest was like, had this dry hacking cough. He's like going all night. And in general, I'm a pretty hands off mom. (1:01:00 - 1:01:09) I just let their bodies do whatever their bodies are going to do. I'm not like, oh, let me get a remedy for this and a remedy for that. Even though I've got hundreds of remedies, I'm largely just like, leave it alone. (1:01:09 - 1:01:14) Their body's going to do it in time. But this cough was like driving my husband and I mad. I'm like, oh, I've got a cough blend here. (1:01:14 - 1:01:25) And I get up, give it to him, the drops in the mouth. He's half asleep and he goes back to sleep. I jump back into bed with my husband and his very next cough, it's wet and it's phlegmy. (1:01:26 - 1:01:34) And my husband, who's not a homeopath, he's a tradesman builder. And then he looks at me, he's like, did you just hear how that changed? He said, yeah, wet that is. And I was like, yes, I did. (1:01:35 - 1:01:52) That's a classic homeopathic response, right? It's just given him that bolst so quickly to get the lungs a little bit wet, actually get the mucus, whatever's irritating his lungs up and out. So then here he coughs this wet cough. He doesn't cough again that night and he's off to sleep. (1:01:53 - 1:02:21) That's a classic thing that you'll see happen with homeopathy. And the same thing goes for warts, right? And it's a really good example because if you use even natural substances, if you're going to use oils or whatever on the outside to burn your warts off and have them fall off, have you really cured it? Do you know what I mean? Is that really much better than going to the doctor and getting them frozen off? Well, sure, maybe it's slightly less toxic. But in terms of your organism, you've not really cured it. (1:02:22 - 1:02:37) And so homeopathically, when you take the right remedy or you give it to a child, I had a little girl once she was covered in warts and she was really embarrassed by them. And she was given medarinum. And within a couple of days, her warts all simultaneously turned black and fell off. (1:02:37 - 1:02:47) That tells you that the homeopathy is healing her from within. It's her own vital force is now strong enough to drop those warts. We no longer need it. (1:02:47 - 1:03:05) That's dead, gone. So in any approach that I ever get behind, I want to make sure that it is acting in sympathy with the body to bolster its own immune mechanisms. So for me, things like fasting, therapeutic fasting, that's acting in sympathy. (1:03:05 - 1:03:16) That's bolstering your body's healing response. Saunas, right? Sweating out toxins, doing an enema can be helping reduce that toxins. It's like helping your body do what it wants to do. (1:03:16 - 1:03:37) What I don't do is things like, yeah, I'm a bit anti-supplement in general, maybe like a little bit of nutraceuticals because maybe the soil is a bit depleted. I don't know. But in general, people are using herbs and supplements and super doses of them to try and again, force the body into submission. (1:03:37 - 1:03:57) And it's still suppressive. And if you've got eczema, and you're putting on a natural cream and then it's disappearing, you've got to ask yourself, are we really curing that distortion of energy or is it just acting like a natural, you know, almost steroid suppressant? So yeah, antipathy is what the allopaths do. They tend to do the opposite. (1:03:58 - 1:04:13) They oppose the body at every turn. You know, you roll your ankle, they'll give you an anti-inflammatory because all of that inflammation in the ankle, they're like, all right, let's get rid of it. The homeopath knows why would you want to do that? The inflammation is the healing response. (1:04:13 - 1:04:30) But I want to give you a remedy where you would also see the inflammation to bolster your body's own efforts. And then yes, they move through the pain and the inflammation process so much quicker. So yeah, you got to, you got to act in sympathy with the body. (1:04:31 - 1:04:44) Yeah, I tend to be in alignment with that. I'm not a big fan of supplements, except maybe the occasional one, once in a while. So yeah, I just like, I think like falling in love with your body and trusting the brilliance and wisdom of nature is usually the way to go. (1:04:45 - 1:04:55) Like, and the panic and the worry that comes when you don't understand biology or physiology and like the symptoms that are happening. Because most people, you know, we're trained to think, oh, this is bad. This is horrible. (1:04:55 - 1:05:14) This thing's happening in my body, as opposed to, there's probably a very natural reason why this is happening. Can we kind of not get, we're super worried and panicked and bring more peace and harmony into our life and trust that our body is going to do what it's going to do. Just like, you know, if I get a slight cut, I'm not sitting there freaking out all the time. (1:05:14 - 1:05:22) And then my body goes through this whole process and oh wow, look, it's closing up, it's healing. And it's like, that's happening all over the place. We just have to get out of the way sometimes. (1:05:23 - 1:05:35) For sure. And just like learn to be comfortable with some bloody symptoms, right? It's like, yeah, okay, you've got teenagers and maybe they've got a bit of acne. Well, yeah, their body's going through like a massive like leap. (1:05:35 - 1:05:40) Their hormones are all over the place. Like give them a bit of grace. Don't whack these girls on the pill. (1:05:40 - 1:05:46) Don't give them Roaccutane and all of this just chronic like Band-Aid things. It's just getting crazy. Yeah. (1:05:46 - 1:06:03) I say the same thing with pets too. You know, like we have our dog and like maybe my wife and I'll go away for a week and then we come back and like, you know, she might have like diarrhea for a few days or something else or vomiting. And I just go, she'll be fine in three days. (1:06:03 - 1:06:11) And then she's fine in three days. Like it's just, I'm not rushing her to the vet to get some type of medication or some hard supplements. It's like, I just trust. (1:06:11 - 1:06:22) Now, again, I know there are homeopaths that you can do to support the process as well. And my wife uses homeopaths and like flower essences and other things with our animals. But I just think like people freak out so much. (1:06:22 - 1:06:31) But there's been so much conditioning and indoctrination around like being sick and showing symptoms. 100%. Okay. (1:06:31 - 1:06:49) What's the difference between tissue salts, cell salts and homeopathics? Because I know tissue salts seems to be like a connected branch in some capacity, right? Yeah, for sure. So we just had a guest lecture. So one of the most famous homeopaths around the tissue salt conversation is Miranda Castro. (1:06:50 - 1:07:11) And so tissue salts, you're really looking at the very minute but still substantial doses of something that the body can sort of receive. And this is where I think the structural and physical support can really quickly come in. So let's say bones, teeth, hair, skin and nails. (1:07:11 - 1:07:39) If you take the silica, the calcphos sort of like a combination remedy, you're giving the body these really tiny like mineral constituents for what it needs to sort of go in and rebuild some of these things throughout the body. So they don't have the depths of the energetic profiles that homeopathic remedies have. You know, you're not going to be looking at all the mental emotional aspects with the tissue salt, but they can be absolutely beautiful as a supportive. (1:07:39 - 1:07:58) And definitely they can help with like drainage in the body if people have got things like fluid retention. Sometimes the cell salts can bring things back into more harmony in the body. When women are pregnant is another beautiful time just to give them that bolster of all of the critical components that go into building that healthy baby. (1:07:58 - 1:08:31) So yeah, tissue salts is a bit of an aside to, I like to take, if I'm going to give a tissue salt, which is rare for me, to be honest, because mainly I just use homeopathy, but I would give it for things like if kids had like, yeah, teeth that were rotting out prematurely, even though they were on the right diet or that, I might give them a tissue salt, but I'm also going to give them a remedy to address the deeper reasons for why, you know, it's going on in the first place. Yeah. What's the difference between like drops and then those little, you know, the little white pills that you see? Yeah. (1:08:31 - 1:08:52) So it just depends where you buy them and what you prefer. So from the pharmacy, you can always buy either liquid or pillules, but the pillules have just got, they put like a drop of liquid into the vial of pillules, shake it around like crazy until every pillule has been touched by that liquid, and then it's absorbed into the outside. So the frequency is coated on those pills. (1:08:52 - 1:09:09) So when you take two under the tongue, it gives your body that stimulation, but it's also the same if you were to take a drop of a remedy directly under the tongue, same stimulation. So exactly the same effect, really. And the numbers that you see on the vials, like 200 CC, those are just the intensity of the dose. (1:09:09 - 1:09:22) And then how is that created? I'm curious. Yeah. So the 200 C, right? I've got one here and it's a 200 C. That means the dilution and succussion ratio has been done 200 times. (1:09:23 - 1:09:42) So you take one drop of the original, let's say, arsenic amalgam, right? Let's say arsenic is actually what that remedy is made from, the poison arsenic. But we're diluting and succussing to the point where it's safe. So you get your arsenic in the lab and you're going to dilute it, you know, one to a hundred, not 99 and one drop of the thing. (1:09:43 - 1:09:50) Succuss it, take one drop of that into 99 drops water. Again, just go. And you do that 200 times. (1:09:51 - 1:09:56) So the 200 is less crude and then say like a 30. Exactly. Understood. (1:09:57 - 1:10:20) So you'd only want to be careful with some of your crude doses of, yeah, maybe things like belladonna. Like if you're looking at the really low potencies, you really shouldn't be ingesting that probably below three C, I think. And so it's like, do you guys know Avogadro's number where it's like, it reaches the point where you dilute it and succuss enough where there is no substantial element anymore in that bottle. (1:10:20 - 1:10:30) It is all energetic at that point. Well, yeah, that was my next question. Can someone hurt or injure themselves with the wrong remedy? No, not really. (1:10:30 - 1:11:02) So you have this thing in homeopathy where in order to find a lot of our symptoms, you conduct provings on healthy people. So you're giving them doses and waiting to see what symptoms come up in them. But the thing is, is that for a remedy to find resonance with someone and then have this purging of the mental and emotional sphere and actually be aware of the symptoms associated with it, it's like it's got to still find resonance with you, the human being. (1:11:03 - 1:11:13) That's the great majority of it. So if I take like this remedy right now, this gastro remedy, I've got no symptoms whatsoever that correlate with that. It's going to do nothing. (1:11:13 - 1:11:25) Once I walked in and my middle son had my youngest son, he's like 18 months old and they've got my first aid kit and it's like all liquid, like alcohol remedies. And he's like, yeah, head back. And it's like, bang, I've just got empty bottles, like everywhere. (1:11:25 - 1:11:36) And I'm like, oh my gosh. And I hadn't actually had that much alcohol, but I was just like, oh. But most people would freak out because they're like, oh my gosh, they just tried like, you know, 10 different remedies. (1:11:37 - 1:11:50) But because they weren't sick, do you know what I mean? It did nothing. It's like the remedies found no resonance in them, no harm done. For me, I can't have the pillules, like those little sugar pills, because my kids would, they would pretend to be sick if they needed that. (1:11:50 - 1:11:58) And I'm not going to give them a complex of like, mom, I need medicine. I'm sick, you know, because they want the lollies. So they only get drops at home because that's easier. (1:11:59 - 1:12:06) That's so funny. Yeah. Kind of, as you mentioned, there seems to obviously be some kind of cross section with Veda Austin's work on water. (1:12:06 - 1:12:21) And it seems like there's some kind of cross section with Eileen McKusick's work on the bio field as well. I'm curious if you've had a chat with either of those ladies and, you know, what that has been like. Yeah, so Veda has done some work with different homeopathic remedies. (1:12:21 - 1:12:30) She's looked at arnica. She's looked at, what are the other ones that she's done? Maybe aconite. And just the different frozen like frequency shapes. (1:12:30 - 1:12:43) They're completely different remedy to remedy, which of course is expected because they're completely different, unique frequencies. So she has actually tested her own homeopathics and frozen and shown the pictures of those. So that's absolutely beautiful. (1:12:43 - 1:12:58) Eileen, when I was listening to her presentation at Confluence, like it all correlates very much. It's all held in the field. The homeopaths are looking at different information and using different tools to uproot it, but same field. (1:12:59 - 1:13:12) And it's really, you know, you go to all of the greatest traditions, right? Whether it's chi, you know, in acupuncture, it's the same field that we're all working with. We just call it different things. The homeopath calls it the vital force. (1:13:12 - 1:13:27) Yeah. Have you noticed maybe like resurgence or a new surge of homeopathy into, you know, the mainframe recently? For sure. Like definitely since COVID era. (1:13:28 - 1:13:51) And it's just, it's like something has clicked in people's consciousness where we finally realise that health and like our spirit and our wellbeing, like that's really the great anchor to like health. Even like, you know, of course, a lot of people have moved away from conventional medicine in recent years, you know, the last 10 years. I mean, that's a really sinking ship. (1:13:51 - 1:14:03) When I was young, that was sort of the heyday, I think, of, you know, oh, antibiotics, oh, steroids, cool. They didn't see all of the downfall that this generation now is seeing. And people are kind of sick of it. (1:14:04 - 1:14:14) They're like, can you not actually cure anything? Like I'm bringing my child with eczema to you. Why are you suggesting a bleach bath? Like, don't you know how to fix this? And unfortunately, they're so limited in their tools. They're poor things. (1:14:14 - 1:14:26) All they can do is, you got trauma, I'll give you this antidepressant. You know, it's just like, they're so limited. But I'm even finding in the holistic world, heaps of people are stripping it back now. (1:14:27 - 1:14:47) Like 10 years ago, I'm so hardcore about supplements and biohacking and all of the things. And people are like coming way back to basics. Like they're kind of fed up and they're like, you know, those people didn't end up much healthier than the people on the other side because they're so stressed and like hardcore about like all of these fanatical health protocols that they're doing. (1:14:47 - 1:15:01) That's my experience anyway, working or talking to people. And so it's really coming back into this really slow, just like spiritual aspect of health. But homeopathy being that bridge between the metaphysical and all of the symptoms. (1:15:01 - 1:15:13) Because as much as I'm a like sit back, you know, person and like, oh, I'll let your body work it out and do what it wants to do. Like there are people in dire need of medicine. You've got parents, their kids are covered head to toe in eczema. (1:15:13 - 1:15:35) And what are you going to say to them? Like, oh, just like, you know, chill and meditate, just get spiritually aligned. It's like, no, they need medicine and they need homeopathy and even things like asthma. And I guess this brings us to a point that we haven't really touched on is that a lot of people these days being born, they are inheriting the energy of their parents. (1:15:35 - 1:15:52) And because the parents suppressed in their childhood, you know, the eczema got suppressed with steroid creams, the asthma got suppressed with the inhalers. Then they're wondering why their children, that they birthed really wholesomely, did all the breastfeeding. They didn't use any medical interventions at all. (1:15:52 - 1:16:13) And they're like, why is my child so sick? And it's because they are still the culmination of the energy that is coming down your family lines. In the mainstream, they want to call it things like it's your genetics. The homeopath knows it is your energetics and it's just a blueprint, but it is still a blueprint that you inherited from your parents. (1:16:13 - 1:16:34) And if you want to rewire that blueprint, you need to get to the root and you can only do that with energy. You can't change the energetic blueprint with any supplement or any drug. So it's where homeopathy is needed to support these people who are sort of falling into those cracks of, I don't like conventional medicine, but I'm actually desperate for help. (1:16:35 - 1:16:45) And that's why I think homeopathy is going to come back and just be like huger than huge. Like it's just, I think it's the future of medicine. I say that a lot. (1:16:45 - 1:16:55) It is a revolution in medicine. It's obviously, it was great back in the day they were par on par, then it got, you know, pretty much stamped down. But you really can't hide a good thing. (1:16:55 - 1:17:04) And these days, a lot of truth is coming to light. A lot of people are just realising, like, oh my gosh. And once people see that this works, they never go back. (1:17:04 - 1:17:23) And never, you'd never go back to any other modality over homeopathy once you've actually seen the depths of what it is capable of. So, you know, in our school, in our academy, we had, it was our first enrolment that we did. And we had 570 people sign up for a two year course. (1:17:24 - 1:17:29) That's like, you know, pretty bloody expensive too. Like it's an investment. It's like not a nothing little course. (1:17:29 - 1:17:36) It's like a full blown two year course. 570 people. That's like the largest intake of homeopaths in history. (1:17:37 - 1:17:51) Usually, yeah. Most of your homeopathic, you know, institutions, your education providers around the world, on average would probably have, you know, 30 students a year or maybe like 50 if they're like a huge school and going well, I think. Yeah. (1:17:52 - 1:18:04) So 570 is like, what the hell, you know? And I've just been talking about it a lot on Instagram. And I always showed my cases. I did a lot of stuff publicly, a lot of like before and afters, all these remedies, da da da. (1:18:05 - 1:18:16) So people are just keen. And to be honest, I love the flexibility of people who want to study to be a homeopath. For me, I wanted my husband to like not be going to work and leaving me every day. (1:18:16 - 1:18:51) And I'm like, I'm just going to find a way that I'm going to be so successful in what I do as a homeopath that you can be home and around the house. And I just think it's sort of like, not only is it a revolution in medicine, but if we start to pivot all of this money away from Big Pharma and like these dodgy practices into the hands of like these hundreds or thousands of students who are studying homeopathy, then become practitioners, you're totally flipping where all of that money goes. You know, then people start putting money into the projects that matter, things like farming, regenerative, you know, farming practices. (1:18:51 - 1:19:06) It's like you would completely like Robin Hood this like trillion dollar industry and start to focus it on all the stuff that matters. So I think it's going to be a huge turning point. I think that homeopaths are going to, yeah, completely change the game, to be honest. (1:19:07 - 1:19:13) Brings to mind that, would I quote, three things that can't be long hidden, the sun, the moon and the truth. Amen. Yeah. (1:19:13 - 1:19:48) What do you think you've done differently in your messaging to kind of, I guess you kind of revolutionise the messaging of homeopathy in your own way, you know, to have such a large intake and to be growing so quickly? I think where I am different is I can take a very complex idea or methodology and I can say it very simply. And so the students just go, yeah, I get completely what she's saying. So the other two like lead lecturers, the senior lecturers, they are like absolute, you know, brainiacs. (1:19:48 - 1:20:08) Like, you know what I mean? They're both in their mid-60s and they're just outrageously smart. But the three of us, we do every single lecture together for our academy, because if they're ever going to say something, I can translate it so easily. I just chime in with my little opinion, my little, okay, so what you're saying is dah, dah, dah, dah. (1:20:08 - 1:20:34) And so we've got people in our course, like some of the men are tradesmen, right? They're electricians or, you know, carpenters. And they can still hear all of this, like the depth of information and they can still understand it. So I think that's where there's a lot of homeopaths around the world who are brilliant, but maybe it's difficult for them to convey their message, right? Because they're so brilliant and that's why they're such good homeopaths. (1:20:35 - 1:20:46) They sit there in their clinic and they do their work. I was very blessed that, just, I guess, Instagram as a platform as well, you know, you share things, you reach a lot of people. A lot of it, I think, was right place, right time. (1:20:47 - 1:20:58) Amazing. Are you a Gemini? I am a Pisces on like when I'm born. But if you actually look at my full blown chart, I'm actually like super Sagittarius. (1:20:59 - 1:21:06) I don't really know what that means, but what's your human signs? What are you guys? We're both pure generators. Yeah. Emotional generators. (1:21:06 - 1:21:29) I'm 5'1", 5'1", and I'm 6'2". You? You? I'm a 6'2 projector, which I don't know enough about human science, really know. But from the things that I've been told, it fully is like I can see a world in which we can actually make this work, right? Where we can actually get out from under, you know, any of the control that it seems like we're under. (1:21:29 - 1:21:56) I'm like, oh no, I can fully see a path of like flipping it around. And some of the students who are like really into human design, if you're a projector, like how are you not dead with like how much like you're working? You know, because I think we notoriously don't work very hard because it's like, yeah, all these great ideas, but not as much steam to get it done. But my sister, who was chronically sick at the start, we run our company together and it's like she is the manifesting generator. (1:21:56 - 1:22:10) So like she's all the steam and I'm like over here with some great ideas and I'm very much immersed in the academy. But yeah, I don't have the, don't have that energy that, you know, perhaps the generators do. I mean, we have different skills and abilities. (1:22:10 - 1:22:18) And yeah, the most important thing is us working together in synergy. Fully. Yeah, you're the master systems builder in many ways as a projector. (1:22:18 - 1:22:29) You know, you're here to bring new systems and to lead them in that way. And especially as a 6.2, you know, as the future role model in that capacity makes a lot of sense. And projectors understand energy more than I would say any other type. (1:22:29 - 1:22:42) And they're here to bring more efficiency as well. So even you talking about how you, how you operate even within the lecturing, you're like, OK, cool. Let me, let me just make this even more easy to understand. (1:22:43 - 1:22:51) So yeah, just from my understanding and knowledge, like it makes sense. And you're here to continue to guide people as well. So yeah, I'm a generator. (1:22:51 - 1:23:00) My wife's, my wife's a projector. She's a 3.5 projector and I'm a 5.1. So we share the five line. But I think the projector generator combo like works well, especially in business. (1:23:00 - 1:23:21) Yeah, fully. Melissa, how would you describe health and vitality? For me, it's just complete freedom, like in all things. So to be able to, I guess, live without chains. (1:23:21 - 1:23:34) So of course, we don't want physical symptoms, you know, that are causing us pain, you know, and being out of balance in that way. We don't want the crap disease. I'm all good with like acutes, you know, go through your typical acutes that humans are meant to be exposed to. (1:23:35 - 1:23:42) It's healthy for us to have flu like symptoms every year. It's healthy for us to run a fever. All of that is a sign of a healthy body. (1:23:42 - 1:23:55) In fact, it's a red flag. If someone comes to me and they're like, I've not been sick in like 15 years. I'm like, oh my gosh, what is going on at a deeper level that you cannot even mount a healthy like immune response? That's a bit concerning. (1:23:56 - 1:24:13) So health, though, for me is when people have that complete freedom of mind, right? They're not held back from like fears of failure, like they are living on purpose. I think that's my sort of highest ideal. And Samuel Hahnemann, I forget the direct quote. (1:24:14 - 1:24:29) I should learn this one by heart, but it's like the most beautiful thing. And he said it, you know, 250 years ago. And essentially what he's saying is health is not just the absence of disease and it's not even the absence of like mental issues. (1:24:29 - 1:24:52) It is the complete ability for you to use this vessel for pretty much God's will to be done for your life on this earth. Because if that's not possible, right, and you are held back, even with your own fears and not stepping into your purpose in life, well, then you're not healthy. There's stuff in your field that's holding you back. (1:24:52 - 1:25:01) And so, yeah, living your path, living your purpose, I think is one of the highest indicators that you're healthy. Yeah. Well said. (1:25:01 - 1:25:11) That lands well, for sure. It's like we're all here for a unique reason. There's something unique that wants to be born from us as human beings. (1:25:12 - 1:25:29) And if you've strayed from that path or you're not even venturing on that path, not even taking steps on that path, then yeah, I think you're drifted from health personally, for sure. Totally. And we just often don't see it that way, do we? It's like you see people and they've got these adaptations. (1:25:29 - 1:25:47) And this is the thing for me, is like all I wanted was like complete freedom in terms of like, you know, I've got a few friends and if they don't go to the gym in the morning, well, then it's like they are going to have a bad day. Like they have to go to the gym. And in this modern world, we praise these sorts of activities of like, yes, you go, like excellent, you're going to the gym. (1:25:47 - 1:26:06) But when you deep dive into more, it's like it's actually distorted energy. If you can't skip a day at the gym and still feel good in your body, you're not very free, right? That's a full just adaptation. And really to the homeopath, it's no better than the person who needs to maybe have a beer. (1:26:06 - 1:26:21) Do you know what I mean? In order to cope, like you're still having to use these crutches in order to get by. Granted, one might be a little bit better for your body, but the energy, the energy underlying it is the same. And it's that energy that actually, you know, contributes to disease. (1:26:21 - 1:26:38) And this is why we've got a lot of people pathologically healthy doing all the right things, right? And it's like, why are they all getting sick? It's the energy. So we just want good vibing energy, contented in their spirit. And it's all those things that the spirit people talk about, right? Like peace, love, joy. (1:26:38 - 1:26:58) I personally find the more aligned people get, the more like, I guess, the biblical characteristics of like, forgive other people, love other people, do good for other people. This spirit of, yeah, wanting to help other people. It just becomes like unavoidable when you're in alignment. (1:26:58 - 1:27:05) It's just, that's what you want to do because you realize that's what actually feels so good. So yes, that's the highest vibe. Beautiful. (1:27:06 - 1:27:14) All right. So someone's listened to this conversation. A lot has been shared and they're like, damn, I got to see a homeopath ASAP. (1:27:15 - 1:27:38) What is your recommendation to that person? So we have on our website, Remedy Collective, we've got a directory on there where we've got some homeopaths. We also have our student clinic. So what's interesting about homeopaths around the world, and I would always recommend people Google in their local area because there are actually homeopaths all over the place, but a lot of the time they're under the radar. (1:27:38 - 1:27:48) So do an actual Google search for homeopaths in your area. See if you can find someone. I would do a discovery call and see if you vibe the person because it's definitely an energetic thing a lot of the time. (1:27:49 - 1:28:17) And I would say, you know, as homeopaths, we all use different approaches around the world. And I do believe, though, that there are some that are more effective than others. So if you do book into a homeopath and you're not seeing the level of improvement that you believe should come, you know, having a conversation, maybe sometimes, you know, people do find someone else does something very different and it's that's where they unlock their healing. (1:28:18 - 1:28:48) But yeah, we're a little bit more liberal in our academy, right? We sort of push the body a little bit harder and get these amazing results coming back. When I was in the US recently for a conference, we were chatting with some of the homeopaths there and some are of the mind of being really conservative, like give one dose of a remedy, then sit back, watch and wait for a couple of months and see what happens. And then you'll talk to other homeopaths and they say that is not enough to trigger this deep, you know, curative healing response. (1:28:48 - 1:29:11) And so homeopaths are known for their head butting. So I would just say to people who are seeking out a homeopath, just be aware that we aren't all the same. Maybe perhaps you will need to see someone else, but definitely at the start, invest some time in your healing, allowing your practitioner the time to also figure out your true energy. (1:29:11 - 1:29:24) There is an art to homeopathy, getting to know your patient and finding that one remedy that really resonates within their simulamum. So you can't expect a miracle cure, you know, overnight necessarily. You know, you'll read about them. (1:29:25 - 1:29:32) I've seen my fair share of the outrageous miracles. But have patience in the journey. Let it unfold. (1:29:32 - 1:29:44) It's the epiphanies that you have with homeopathy. One of the best signs that your remedy is resonating, people's dreams completely change. They'll just be like, man, I am dreaming the most vivid, like outrageous things. (1:29:44 - 1:29:54) I have not remembered my dreams in years. I don't normally dream like this. And that is fully your spirit is fully working out so many of the old kinks during your sleep subconscious time. (1:29:55 - 1:30:16) But yeah, so we have a directory on Remedy Collective. If they want to be part of our student cases that we oversee, they can go through my Instagram and sign up there. And our students, they have to take 10 cases and do three follow ups, you know, with their student, with their cases to show us that they are competent to be homeopaths. (1:30:16 - 1:30:40) And even the results that they are getting, like this week, we had one of our students, she was treating a nonverbal autistic boy who had such severe rage, violence and meltdowns that it was looking like he was actually going to be removed from the house and put into more a care facility. And this is in the US, I believe. And the student gave, she gave three remedies. (1:30:40 - 1:30:54) And within eight weeks, this kid is like a completely different kid. And they're saying like, he's like 80% completely better. The violence, all of the symptoms that this kid had going on completely mitigated. (1:30:54 - 1:31:00) And this is like what a student is doing. You know, this is one of her first cases. There's an amazing book. (1:31:00 - 1:31:07) If anyone is like, listen to this and they're like, what? I just want to like, learn more. The book by Amy Lansky. She's got a PhD. (1:31:07 - 1:31:24) She was a NASA researcher, NASA scientist. And her son got diagnosed with autism. And so the book is not only her testimony of how he healed with homeopathy, lost his diagnosis, but also she does a brilliant job of weaving in all of the knowledge about homeopathy, the history of homeopathy. (1:31:24 - 1:31:30) It's a brilliant book. It's called Impossible Cure by Amy Lansky. If they read that, they will love it. (1:31:31 - 1:31:34) Amazing. Amazing. Final question. (1:31:35 - 1:32:15) So in your opinion, what are like some of the green flags when someone is seeking out a homeopath? Well, that you feel really comfortable that you are able to tell them your whole story, like really show them the true you, like no pretenses. Peter, Peter Berriman in our course, he says to our students, you know, your patients, they're only ever going to be as well as their secrets. It's the things that they're not telling you that we probably really need to know to find that remedy that gets to the depths of the distortion, whether it's the abuse when they were young, if it's the shame from something that they've done, the guilt, the whatever. (1:32:15 - 1:32:36) We need to be able to feel safe enough with our patients that they can tell us everything and know that it's just so confidential and held. So you want to have that sort of relationship where you feel that you can truly tell this person everything you need to, that they really listen to you. You can always research like the remedies that they prescribe. (1:32:36 - 1:32:49) I personally find it a green flag if a patient asks me, hey, why have you given me this remedy? Tell me like about it. I love to tell them why I'm giving it to them. I can open up a book and say, all right, see all of this information here. (1:32:49 - 1:33:05) That's what I believe fits your totality and why I'm giving it to you. A homeopath who is really guarded and feels like questioned by something like that, it's not really a good sign. A homeopath who doesn't write the name of the remedy on the bottle because they don't want you to go and research it. (1:33:05 - 1:33:24) That's not really good practice in my opinion. So yeah, I think someone who can just be open, converse with you, listens to you, pivots, who isn't afraid to like push and get some good reactions. I'm never scared of like what's going to come out. (1:33:24 - 1:33:54) I always say to my patients, you know, would you like me to be more liberal or conservative? There's sometimes in a case where you want to be a bit more conservative, right? If it's an eczema case and they have a history of suppressing it with steroids, I'm going to be really careful with what remedies I give because it has massive potential to blow back out onto the skin real hard and fast when the body detoxes. So you're careful with some things. But I'm not scared of a patient who's going to spend the week crying and getting rid of all of this trauma that they've stored away, you know, for all that time. (1:33:55 - 1:34:02) I'm going to hold their hand through it and say, this is normal. This is healthy. If you are angry and screaming right now, you know, that's all appropriate. (1:34:02 - 1:34:15) I don't get scared when things start to get a bit murky because I know on the other side of that, that's their healing and that's their freedom. You've got some homeopaths who are a bit on the scared side. I think there's no need to be. (1:34:15 - 1:34:20) The transformation is like so worth it. So that's a few things that I would keep an eye out for. Super helpful. (1:34:21 - 1:34:26) Absolutely incredible. So inspiring having this conversation. Definitely piqued my interest a lot more for sure. (1:34:27 - 1:34:42) What kind of offers or services do you have available or your website where we'd like to direct people, I guess that once you follow through? So we have homeopathic first aid kits is one thing. I would encourage every family to have a kit at home. Doesn't have to be my brand. (1:34:42 - 1:34:56) Literally just get a homeopathic first aid kit so that you've got something always there to treat acutes. That would be one thing. If people are looking for consults, you know, they can go through the website. (1:34:56 - 1:35:11) If they want to learn to be a homeopath, that's where they would visit Remedy Academy. So R-M-D-Y Academy, either on Instagram or our website that gives all the information. I think, you know, it's just gaining traction like so intensely. (1:35:11 - 1:35:28) We are currently trying to rebuild, you know, some of your old homeopathic hospitals. So I visited in the US some of the old ones and these were huge. You guys had over a hundred of them only a hundred years ago and they were huge building, right? They're not these poncy little clinics. (1:35:29 - 1:35:37) It's like in Philadelphia, the one I went and visited, the Hardeman Hospital. It's like 10 stories high, like hundreds of rooms. I was like, oh my gosh. (1:35:37 - 1:35:45) And so anyway, in Australia. What are they using it for now? Is it something now? Yeah, no, it looks vacant. It looks like they're waiting for me to buy it back. (1:35:46 - 1:35:57) Oh, wow. Yeah, I didn't see any business there, but we were there on a Sunday. But yeah, so it's like these places because people also want somewhere to go like a brick and mortar place. (1:35:57 - 1:36:25) Like if your kids are really actually ill and actually really need the care of a professional, like wouldn't it be nice to be able to go to these places where you can have trained professionals there watching people who understand, you know, even emergency medicine, like if we could merge the best of conventional emergency medicine with homeopathics, like it would be transformative. Like for parents, that's what we want. We want the safety of knowing you're going to do everything holistic within your power to keep them safe. (1:36:26 - 1:36:36) And if not, we'll fall back on emergency medicine. So as our first building is being erected in Australia right now. Wow, whereabouts? Yeah, so in Queensland, in Brisbane. (1:36:37 - 1:36:39) Amazing. Congratulations. Thank you. (1:36:40 - 1:37:04) You know, it was the most like divine, as it always is, but situation to work out in this area, the guy who owned the warehouse that we were first working out of, where we have Remedy headquarters right now, he's actually an Indian man. And when he said, what are you guys going to like rent this warehouse for? We're like, oh, we did this like natural medicine thing called homeopathy, not expecting him to know. And he's like, oh, and he's like, oh my God, he's like, I must have you here. (1:37:04 - 1:37:15) And so he like prioritised our contract over the other bidders who were on it. And he connected us. He's the BDM for this, like the billionaire who built this city in Brisbane. (1:37:15 - 1:37:27) And because so many of them in this area are Indian, in homeopathy in India, it's huge. In India, they've still got all of the homeopathic hospitals going. It's part of their government scheme for health. (1:37:28 - 1:37:49) Homeopathy is like revered in India. So to have all of these like surgeons and doctors in this area, you know, and they wanted us to sort of integrate, they wanted us to have a suite in the new public and private hospital that they built there in that suburb. And, you know, whilst I was like, oh, it's such an amazing invitation because that's what homeopaths have talked about for so long. (1:37:49 - 1:38:00) We want to be integrated and like alongside, we want to be respected. But to be honest, when I saw the suites, I'm like, oh, I just have this vision of like having my own building. I don't really want to be part of yours. (1:38:00 - 1:38:22) But still they're so beautiful and supportive. And, you know, they've got one of their surgeons there because my sister, when we were having this business meeting, Ash is like, do you think we're going to have any pushback, you know, with what we're trying to do? Because obviously it's like a bit unconventional. And he's just like, he's like, don't you even worry about that? And he said, I know one of the local surgeons and his child had severe eczema, couldn't resolve it, tried all the medical things. (1:38:23 - 1:38:34) Eventually he used homeopathy finally and it resolved the whole thing. He's like, you're not going to have pushback like in this area. And so I think in terms of where to start our first building, we hit the jackpot, you know, in that area. (1:38:35 - 1:39:12) And I think once that is shown to be a success, they're just going to roll out all around the world. And the one final thing I'll say is that Samuel Hahnemann, so the founder of homeopathy, just the most beautiful guy, even in all his time, even at the end of his life, when he's treating all of the rich and famous in Paris, right? The elites come to him and they're paying for their appointments by day. But he always opened his doors to the poor in the afternoon, you know, say from four o'clock onwards, he and his wife and like whoever else was in that office, they would just open it up and he'd have hundreds of people waiting for free treatment, like so desperate for some homeopathic help. (1:39:13 - 1:39:35) And that's just something that I so want to continue in every like homeopathic hospital or healing centre that we open. I want to have it where there's like these hours of the day that people can come because you've got families out there who like they're literally up against the wall financially right now and they can't afford this ongoing treatment. But there are people who can afford it. (1:39:35 - 1:39:51) And so I think our best work is to provide the best service possible for all of your paying clients. But our medicine is not expensive. We can afford to help the people who can't afford it until they're brought back up, their vibration is aligned. (1:39:51 - 1:40:10) You start to bring up these people who are feeling like they're at the bottom and down and out. And then when they start to thrive, you know, it's like all of us win if we look after, you know, this group of people who are struggling. So there is a world where we all win, you know, and it's we don't need as much as we think we do to be happy and reaching out to each other. (1:40:10 - 1:40:17) And yeah, doing that movement all together will be huge. Amazing. That's the 6-2 vision right there, bro. (1:40:18 - 1:40:23) That's the 6-2 vision right there. I love to hear it. Thank you so much for joining us. (1:40:23 - 1:40:33) I really enjoyed this conversation. And like Joel, you know, I'm definitely more interested in homeopathics. I mean, I've had my share of homeopathic doses, so I'm looking forward to learning more for sure. (1:40:34 - 1:40:40) For sure. And we'll put all those referenced links in the show notes for anyone that's curious. Thank you so much once again. (1:40:40 - 1:41:02) Everyone else, thank you for listening and take care. What an incredible episode. Melissa has so kindly decided to share with our audience a discount code, which is HFTT, which you can use on any of her products in her store at RemedyRMDYCollective.org.
